“I would have appreciated to receive the rug a bit sooner. The colours are a bit different from what you see in advert, but are still nice. The quality seems very good indeed, the rug is dense and does not slip easily on the hard floor which is good because I do not need to spend extra money for a non slip mat underneath.”

“ordered and delivered within 2 days.Good quality,looks quite rich.Thought I had a good price,however Amazon are selling the same rug at£63 including a delivery charge.This is £21 cheaper.I feel somewhat cheated.”

“'Just like on the tin', -the rug matched the description and picture, service was prompt and the courier took care to leave the rugs with a neighbour as we were out when it was delivered. Could anything be improved- possbly knowing when the rugs would be delivered, but I appreciate that may have been i the control of the courier rather than The Rug Seller Limited. Overall - very satisified.”

“Shipping within 10 days and the quality of the rugs are nicer then I had expected. If you are looking for a fancy look but don't want to spend 6 times the price on an original traditional carpet, go with these guys. I also spoke to the customer service, they offer personal and good help .”

“I was very impressed with the speed of delivery however the sheepskin I ordered was a double one in cream which was supposed to be a 5 star Canadian skin the one I received was from Australia and was a light caramel colour. As this matched the colour scheme in the bedroom I decided to keep it.”

“The only reason for ticking "good" rather than "very good" is that I found the courier service really bad. The delivery was supposed to have been for the following day (Friday) but the courier went to the wrong house. I eventually received the rug on the following Monday, pm. Other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. The rug colours matched the photograph and the quality was good. I would buy from Rug Seller again.”
