“I bought a large purple paloma rug. It is perfect, I ordered it on a Tuesday night but I heard nothing about a delivery date until I emailed the rug seller on Sunday night. They replied on Monday morning and it was delivered on Tuesday morning. Very happy with the prompt delivery after my email.”

“I am 100% satisfied with the purchase of this Rug, its Gorgeous, excellent quality and definately value for your money.It is being used in my Dining room, under my 2 year olds little dining table where she has her snacks during the day and she absolutely loves sitting there.The colours are beautiful and just lights up the space. My Daughter immediately said 'Pretty' as soon as she saw the rug To sum up, Its a 'classy' Kids Rug. I would definately recommend it.”

“The rug is great and the Rug Sellers certainly keep you posted. My only problem was with the UK Mail delivery - said they tried to deliver but left a card. This was not true as someone was in all day so? When I called them though it was sorted and it looks lovely in my front room!”

“VERY PLEASED WITH THIS RUG,REASONABLY PRICEDAND ARRIVED AFTER ABOUT EIGHT DAYS WHICH WAS AS I EXPECTED. I HAD THE GREY WHICH LOOKS LOVELY AND I FIND IT DOESN'T NEED HOOVERING NEARLY AS MUCH AS THE HEAVY DARKER RUG I HAD THERE BEFORED AND I CAN MOVE IT MOVE EASILY. OVERALL I AM DELIGHTED AND WOULD BUY AGAIN.”

“The customer service was excellent. No complaints there. Fantastic website, really easy to navigate through and excellent choice. My rug was OK .A little downside was that in real life it was less fine than it looked on line but that is not the fault of the company. The price was right for that product.”

“Very pleased with my purchase - price was great, speed of service was amazing, packaging was secure. My only negative comment would be that the rug was a lot thinner than I was expecting. It has gone on a laminate floor in our conservatory, but we were surprised how hard it still felt to walk/sit on. We have solved this by buying some carpet underlay to go underneath it, but it would have been helpful to have known we'd need this when we were choosing the rug.”

“Very helpful, polite and courteous gentleman helped on the phone when my computer screen froze mid order. Sorted in no time at all. very quick delivery, well done. Love the rug - seems good quality for the money; only slight twinge was that the colourway was much more muted in real life, than on the screen, even allowing for colour screen differences. However have decided in the long run this may be better.”

“Excellent service. I was called as the seller said the rug was very slightly larger than I had ordered. The only reason I haven't rated the seller as 5 is that the colour is very different from that shown in the photograph on line: it is a very bright green! I have kept it rather than sending it back as I know that these rugs fade over time.”

“The problem was the delivery company you used only give an all day deliver time. Most other give an am or pm. In buying in future I'll ask which company you use before purchasing”
