“The website gave a true representation of the colours in the rug and I was pleased with the purchase. However there was a delay between ordering the rug and its arrival when the order (and my money) disappeared into a dark hole! The rug did arrive within the time frame set by the delivery company. As I hadn't used this company before I would have been reassured to have had more current information.”

“The rug is good but the border of red is sewn on very carelessly...the corners look as if a child did them.... Otherwise delivery was excellent and I like my rug.”

“Rugs arrived within a week of ordering. Tracking online was very effective. Delivered within the hours specified. Slightly disappointed with semi circular rug which was not cut to a perfect shape.”

“Ordered a rug and anti-slip backing thingy on Monday, it arrived Tuesday at 9am - couldn't ask for a speedier service, and for free delivery as well! My only niggle is that the rug is quite a bit darker in real life so doesn't go with my décor quite as well as I would have wished.”

“My sheepskin rug is exactly as described on line. Deep clotted cream colour, good quality. Also was despatched very quickly. The packaging looked a little random but actually did hold together so I would both use your company again and recommend it to others. Many thanks.”

“love the apollo black wool rug i bought for the rug seller ,delivery was very good, if there was anything which bothers me about my purchase, its that my rug being black seems to she a lot of wool fibres , have been told this will settle , must admit it looks fab against my white wood flooring”

“VERY PLEASED WITH THE CARPETS I PURCHASED. BUT THE DELIVERY OF THEM WAS VERY POOR SERVICE, I HAD TO STAY IN TWO DAYS HAD TO RING TWICE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING REGARDING THE DELIVERY .IT WOULD HAVE BEEN COURTESY FOR THEM TO RING ME TO INFORM ME THE PROBLEMS THEY WERE HAVING WITH THE PEOPLE THEY USE TO DELIVER THE CARPETS.”
