“I ordered my first choice and within 2 days was told it was out of stock. The company was very helpful and responded promptly. My second choice was delivered within days and I am very happy with the price, quality and service. I would buy from this company again.”

“Rug looks just as advertised. Arrived on time and well-packaged. Service excellent. Would have given higher rating but just seems a little expensive for what it is but we loved the colours.”

“This is the second rug I have bought from the Rug Seller. This time I went for a wool rug for my bedroom and it's really nice. It was also delivered on time and was well wrapped to prevent any damage. I always shop around first but compared to the price of other rugs (that were not wool) I generally find no-one really comes close.”

“We were impressed with the speed of delivery. We like the rug. It is as thick as the pictures implied. We like it even better now we have hoovered it. I think it came with some dust which was getting up my nose.”

“Price-wise and delivery-wise is consider good.. but the item itself does not reach my expectation..it is dust trapper! but it is OK then, go and get myself a new carpet brush..it is not a big deal..”

“Starlet circular shaggy rug. Service and delivery spot on even over the busy xmas period. This rug was bought for a boys bedroom but it was not quite as expected but it was so nice i kept it anyway. Colour is almost teal rather than a pure blue as the name peacock blue suggests and the fine fibres are shiny giving this a very 'girly' look so it is now looking great on my bedroom floor instead.”

“very happy with the rug. good quality, soft to touch, colour exactly as seen and fast delivery. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the rug had a very strong smell as if it was so dusty it would choke you, and I had to shampoo it to get rid of it. Would recommend it highly and I would buy again.”
