“Our order was despatched to us very promptly but the rug was the wrong size, we immediately telephoned the Rug Company and explained to them the error which they made, after looking into the matter they apologized for the error and that they would order the correct rug size and advise us in due course. Within 48 hours we received a phone call from the Rug Company., again apologizing for the error and that the replacement rug would be with us the following day and that we were to hand over to the courier the incorrect rug. We are very impressed with the service we received.”

“This is a really nice rug in a classic design and would look great anywhere. The price is fantastic, especially as delivery was free. However, My one concern was over poor quality control. My rug had several long strands of thread (not tufts) sticking out along the seams. I could have sent it back, but opted to cut them off. This might have left a "bald patch" but didn't. Overall I am very pleased with it.”

“The rug looks good quality and is exactly as the pictures showed. It looks great in our bathroom. The only slight problem was with the delivery as it did not arrive on the day the courier showed on their web site and was delivered 3 days later.”

“Thw rug when it came. Was lovely and very good value for money. The only down side was it took a week to get to us!. But worth the wait. I know you could pay for certain delivery dates and times, but sadly the world we live in now, internet shopping deliveres are usually very quick.”

“The Rug, I ordered arrived 2 days later and is very good quality. The only complaint is that although label reads key pattern as per the order. The actual rug was the square pattern but it does look very nice in my mothers kitchen so we kept it anyway.”
