“The ordering service was first class & the person who took my order was very helpful. The big let down was the delivery service !. I was informed that my order would be delivered between 7.30 am & 6.30 pm which meant staying in for 11 hours. In fact my order wasn't delivered until 7.20 pm. Contrast that with 4 orders from other stores who deliver using DPD as their couriers. DPD e-mail their customers & inform them of the day & the HOUR during which the delivery will be made & in the 4 orders which they delivered to my home,they were spot on. Another DPD delivery is expected today between 1.0 am & 2.0 am & i've no doubt that it will arrive on time. Any delay will be notified by phone. Here we have a good store,with excellent goods on offer being let down - by their courier service. Maybe a change is in order. Having to wait in for close to 12 hours for a delivery, simply isn't good enough these days.”

“Apart from the first delivery day being changed at the last moment(and I had changed things in order to be in) the next delivery day was ok. The rug is fine and fits beautifully in my living room. It did not smell either! Valerie Pope”

“Excellent turnaround. The carpet is really nice and very colourful, the only issue I have is that it is much more pinky than orange (certainly not as orange as in the picture) but I should have listened to the other review and I am happy with the product and price.”

“I was a bit disapointed that there was a delay in the delivery time , apart from that i was pleased with the rug, I had to telephone to ask why there was a delay in the stated time however i was amazed that the phone was answered imediately a very rare thing theese days thanks for that,”

“Delivery was very quick & the rug was just as it looked in the on-site picture. I think it will wear well from the feel of the material & it is just about ideal for my purposes. My only criticism is that, at one end, the edge of the rug is not straight & this is noticeable as the edge should run down a straight line. Other than that the rug looks very good on the floor & overall I'm pretty pleased with my purchase.”

“Rug came the day after it was ordered, very impressive... however it was damaged. I called and was asked to take a photo of the damage which I did and was advised that I would get a call back. I didn't receive a call so I called again and was told that a new rug would be delivered the next day and the damaged rug taken away at the same time. Very impressed again. However no rug delivery or collection the next day (which was a Friday). I tried to ring late afternoon but the office was closed until Monday. I rang on Monday and received a sincere apology and was asked when it would be convenient to deliver, I asked for the next day and it arrived. The rating would have been very good but for the failure to deliver on the day specified.”

“Rug very good value for money and find does not slip on wooden floor. Bought this rug previously November 2013 in an other colour and has kept its look. Certainly buy from you again.”
