“Carpet has stained the main carpet rugseller ignoring my emails would niether use nor recommend to anyone extremely let down I retract this review as rugseller have now been in touch”

“Lots of choice - and very easy to order. Took slightly longer than expected for delivery but was quick and easy to chase up and rug arrived on the day they advised. Would use them again!”

“The rug arrived very speedily but I have not opened it as it is a present for Christmas for my grand daughter so I can't say how good the product is. I can write back when we open it and hope that it looks good in the room and that the quality is as stated online. Hopefully we will love it and not need to return it -”

“It is difficult to be confident when buying a rug from a photograph so an accurate description helps. Several photographs from different angles help to determine the colours as they will appear in the room. We were given these tools and we are happy with our expensive wool rug.”

“Ive bought from this seller before, thats why i decided to buy a 2nd time. Good communication, arrived before i expected so that was good. I actually bought 2 rugs this time, the smaller one was a different colour than i expected more green than blue but that could have been my own fault so kept it as i liked it & the price, just changed my colour scheme. But overall very pleased, would buy again.”

“Brilliant service and communication, everything happened when company said it would. Delighted with product and would have got 5 stars if they had stated that non slip product to go under rug was ESSENTIAL. Therefore have had to order after delivery of rug and had to pay delivery charges. With non slip option is perfect, but not happy regarding delivery charge which could have been avoided if products purchased together.”

“The delivery was very prompt but I was disappointed with the rug, mainly the colour which was very different to the picture on my laptop but also a little bit with the quality. It's a nuisance - and an expense - to have to return it but that's the chance you take ordering something colour-critical on line and they do give a sensible length of time to organise a return courier.”
