“Order was dispatched very quickly. Rug is of a good quality and we are very pleased with our purchase. The only problem was that we didn't receive any correspondence with the rug.”

“Great quick service. Rug itself looks nice but isn't as soft underfoot as hoped, it feels lumpy and keeps rippling. Hoping this will settle. Nice colour and appearance.”

“Rug is lovely and I'm pleased with the service from the rug seller ltd, although on the promised delivery day the parcel didn't arrive, but I expect that was due to Christmas and the rush. UK Mail ltd delivered a couple of days later but they let me know first which is good.”

“The service provided by the company was very good, but was let down by the quality of the courier service. We were given a time on one day, then another on another day followed by a different time on the same day, and finally another time for the last day which turned out to be two hours late. Not impressed!! Although I made a serious error in size and colour the question of a return raised no problems. Having used the company in the past I would genuinely recommend them to anyone.”

“it would have been very good if the delivery tracking system was more obvious. The tracking asks for details ie reference numbers and uses descriptive words with regard to numerical inputs and those descriptive words are not to be found on the order details. I am not, while typing this,looking at the actual details but it is like ''customer order No.''is that the number required when the tracking asks for ''Reference No'' The carpet was excellent as was the operation of your website thanks”
