“Problems with the site when ordering - confusing emails received, one saying order not placed, another saying order had been placed! Checked on the phone the next day and was told delivery would be day after but it took two more days after that. Price promise refund was made pretty quickly.”

“My observation is about the delivery of my rug. It was due to be delivered on the 25th Feb but upon checking on line I saw that it was not now due until the 26th. I waited in all day, still no rug although a response to my e mail enquiry stated that it had been delivered. Again I waited in on the 27th and sent you an E mail asking where my rug was at about 17.00, to which I have not had a reply? The rug in fact arrived at about 17.30. Needless to say there had been no telephone call from the delivery company that morning to advise me of the hour slot that I could expect delivery.”

“Good website with lots of choice and good pictures. Be careful with the colours though,the actual carpet may look different when it arrives. Delivery was quick with good communication. Overall we're really pleased.”

“Really good service, quick delivery and the rug was parcelled up very well. Also really good quality. My only criticism is the colour was not true to how it was on line. The base colour was darker in real. It still looks good in my lounge but I do wish the true colour could be seen. For this reason I am only giving you 4 stars.”

“The pile on the carpet is not as deep as I thought it would be it looked deeper in the picture, however the rug is good quality and pure wool.”

“Overall they were very efficient and helpful. The only problem was that they chose UKmail as couriers. We waited in for the designated delivery day but the rug didn't arrive. UKmail insisted that it was on the van for delivery the next day. We waited in. It didn't materialise. It was finally delivered by a different carrier some 5 days after the designated delivery date. Not the fault of The Rug Seller and they did all they could to sort it out. I would use them again as long as they used a different carrier.”

“When the rug arrived and I was thrilled both with the colours and the quality, it is exactly right. Overall I'd use the rugseller again and recommend them to friends and family. The only slight concern was that the tracking system didn't seem to work, which was a little disconcerting, but I sorted things out via email very quickly.”

“Sean was extraordinarily helpfuland rug was with me in 24 hours on second occasion. The rug itself is amazing quality and looks superb in my dining room my only criticism is that the images I was interested were not a true reflection of colour necessitating me to return first rug Maybe some higher resolution photos especially for lighter shades”
