“Although our first rug was damaged, your team organised a replacement fairly swiftly. I was kept informed of delivery and only had to telephone once to get an update. The new rug is good and I am happy with the quality. Thank you all.”

“Lovely Rug, although difficult to vaccum due to different pile height. Would like to make people aware that the rug is alot darker than the picture which was a little dissapointing as I wanted to lift the colour from the floor (dark wood colour laminate). Yes I would reccomend having said all that.”

“Lovely rug, but rather worrying care instructions and advice about smell sent with delivery advice, ie after purchase. The rug had no initial smell and does not shed any more than any other new wool carpet or rug. Prompt delivery”

“Item was as described. It needed to be left "reverse - rolled" for a couple of days to prevent corners catching on bottom of door (mat is quite thick), but not really a problem. Has anti - slip on the reverse which is good for our use on laminate flooring.”

“I resent the fact that I have to pay for the return of the rug, as it is an exchange!!!! I have dealt with your company and have received good service but the cost of returning the rug £28!! is a little on the steep side. If I was just returning your rug without ordering another on then to pay is understandable, but a return???? ridiculous! although I love the quality of the rugs and the service I have received, I will have to look elsewhere for free returns in future!!!!! thank you Sharon bodman”

“I would say that the amount of choice and quality of the rug we received was excellent. Also the rug arrived quickly. However, the only reason I gave good rather than very good is that it would be nice to have had a delivery time stated when ordered.”

“Very quick service but shocking delivery by UKMail ! They tx me one delivery slot never showed up, gave me another slot day later no show Haifa third day off work with an 11/12 slot didn't turn up till 3pm disgusting lost 3 day work because of their shoddy delivery service. Rug Seller please use another courier in future”

“I have only given a "good" rating because although the Rugseller was excellent the delivery service by Ukmail was abysmal. Waited in two mornings as delivery promise by text and tracking but eventually had to phone. We believe they hadn't even bothered to try and deliver as we don't have a street name. BUT we do have a post code and we had to asked if they had Sat Nav in their vehicles and of course they do but just to lazy to use it. Ukmail is the only delivery service that couldn't or wouldn't find us. Needless to say we had to go and pick the rug up from their depot....most inconvenient and totally unsatisfactory.”

“A quick response was received when the original rug I ordered was out of stock. Selected a replacement and didn't have to go to the website to reorder just responded to the nice e-mail. No fuss or kafuffle. Rug arrived timeously and very happy with it.”

“I really like the rug but the colour was NOT accurate, I was expected grey tones, not beige. On the plus side as I suffer from extreme chemical sensitivities (MCS) I have trouble finding any carpeting (even plain wool) which I can tolerate - this one appears to be fine & looks like it won't need to spend months offgassing in the garage.”
