“when packaging why when you can roll a rug would you fold it in half first there for creating a permanent crease in the rubber backing. we now have a permanent crease which wont go.”

“Delivery very quick. Love the pattern. The only down side ( that I am aware of at the moment) is - that it sheds, therefore leaving red fibres over the lounge carpet, which have to be swept up straight away.”

“Very happy with the rug and the communication from The Rug Seller Ltd., however the delivery company was not so good. I was told my rug was out for delivery 3 days in a row before it finally turned up on the fourth day. A lot of wasted time waiting in!”

“Beautiful rug arrived well wrapped but discovered to be very 'bumpy' not as a result of rolling. After a week has flattened but still not completely flat, hope this will improve.”

“We ordered 2 identical rugs for our lounge/ dining area and the quality of the rugs is excellent. The only minor point to make is that the delivery time isn't very quick but overall, I'm happy with my purchase. Thank you to The Rugseller.”

“The only comment I have is the courier firm who delivered my rug, I had to take annual leave from my job and stayed in all day until 6pm waiting for the delivery. It would have been helpful if an expected delivery time could have been given i.e. morning or afternoon. I feel that I wasted a days holiday which is rather annoying.”

“Rug is excellent. My only - minor - issue is that I requested that it be delivered on a Saturday morning and agreed to pay an additional £20 for this. However, before I was advised of the delivery date, I returned home from work on Monday (19th) to find the rug left outside my door. Seems odd that I decided to pay (and I assume I was charged?) for a Saturday delivery only for the delivery to take place when no one was at home on a Monday. Not a major issue, however, the rug is good. Thank you.”
