“Very pleased with the rug, but it did say Hall Runner, but it was actually just a small carpet, it looks good in the hallway however, so not too upset about the description. The quality seems good and the price is reasonable, so overall we are very happy with our purchase from the Rugseller. Will also purchase a larger version of this rug for the lounge. Delivery was as stated, so all in all very happy.”

“I called to check delivery times and was told it would arrive the next day if ordered by mid afternoon, and indeed it did, very happy with that. The colour of the rug is a little different from what I could see on the website but it still looks good in the lounge. Overall very happy, great customer service.”

“The rug is very nice. Seems good quality, thick and well constructed. However, the delivery was awful. The company used UK Mail which simply could not deliver without a lot of time being wasted and a number of phone calls. I would suggest the rug seller considers its options fas we would like to order more rugs but cannot until they have a different, reliable, delivery partner.”

“Was slightly confused about the "next available morning delivery" as thought it meant next day delivery and therefore had to wait far longer for my rug, about 8/9 days. I paid the extra £10 on top of the price for the rug and was not happy with that. The rug itself is shedding as normal but will need to be hoovered every other day as lots of shedding is occurring. I would like to think I would order again but will wait to see how many more days my rug needs hoovering and will definitely not pay another £10 charge as I feel I was slightly misled.”

“Your service is good, but I still maintain that colours online appear different to the physical product. Even if you charged £3-£5 for samples it would help those of us that are remote. I did keep one of my two choices and I'm very happy but a handsized sample would have helped me immensely. An auto link with your carrier to return an item at a customers' expense would also be very convenient and would get a thumbs up from me and an overall rating of VG. And mustn't forget the special thanks to Sophie for the human touch :-). Don't lose that.”

“Prompt delivery and a quality product. One word of caution however, the colours of the rug were not as illustrated, i.e. a beige was in fact almost gold. I could not use the rug in the planned room but I was able to use it elsewhere.”
