“Excellent service, very fast delivery, only negative was I did send a message to enquire about cleaning it as it was an outdoor mat for my kitchen, and I am still waiting for a reply....but apart from that good quality, quick service”

“I spent ages looking at their website and others for a new rug. I finally selected one of theirs and it arrived very promptly and was exactly as it was on the website picture (colour exact, etc) so very pleased. Even though it arrived tightly rolled up it lay flat pretty much straight away. All in all 5 stars.”

“Excellent service, though the rug was creased when it arrived, and we are still unable to get the creases out, but slowly they are going. The rug appeared to have been folded rather than rolled, but that could have happened in transit. Quality of rug is very good.”
