“The anti slip mat is fantastic. After years of our hallway rug drifting around on polished wood floor IT HAS NOW BEEN SECURE for two weeks and no signs of potential movement. Would recommend this anti slip (over the rubbery mesh type pushed by many suppliers) every time And fantastic service from Rug Seller ATB Alan”

“We wanted the rug as a present for our daughter and we were very happy with the quality and the price of the rug. It was a great surprise for her as she had been wanting one for quite a long time. She is extremely happy with it and it has pride of place in her lounge.”

“Decorated my hallway and was looking for inspiration when I thought of a carpet runner to jazz things up. The delivery was very quick and the runner came well packaged. Delivery instructions were followed thank you. My hallway looks great, the runner is of great quality and the colours are lovely. Great service, thank you so much”

“I paid extra to have the item delivered on a Monday morning changing plans to ensure I was available to receive it. It never arrived. I phoned and it was sent to another depot. Could not be delivered that same day so rearranged delivery. Was delivered as requested on the Wednesday. Didn’t bother ringing the doorbell they dumped it in the shed which was only arranged if I was unavailable to receive the item. I wasn’t very impressed with the service to be honest. I was told I would be refunded my delivery cost and was given 10% of my item. When I looked online all rugs were an extra 10% off so I wasn’t compensated for the inconvenience after all. I don’t think I’ll be using the company again although the rug is very nice.”

“The rug I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive it then was left outside in the rain by the courier and the packaging was torn on the corner causing the mat I ordered to get wet (looked like the package a Had been dragged along a wall or something corse) the mat once I got it out and dried off then malted fluff for days and days even after hoovering it as a result now looks less dense than it should do. Overall not great service and not a great product wont be ordering from the rug seller again unfortunatly.”
