3 month delayed delivery as one of two rugs I'd ordered was out of stock. Heard nothing after 14 weeks and, when I rang for update, was told it would be another 12 weeks. The rug I have received looks as if it's been sitting in a warehouse, can't decide if it's dirt or just the colour....glad I decided to cancel the other rug instead of waiting. Person I spoke to was very understanding which helped.

I am very pleased with the rug itself, but extremely dissapointed with the delivery time. Ordered it on 8th December and received it on 16th March! No communication from the rugseller until I communicated with them first. Customer service were friendly when I rang but didnt ring me back as they said they would. Took 3 emails and 2 phonecalls before receiving the rug. Unfortunately this has put me off from buying from them again.

W had to wait over six weeks for the rug to arrive ,they never once communicated to explain the problem, when I phoned after three weeks they said it would be delivered the following week, it never happened, again no communication although they promised to keep me informed, this went on until week six / seven, when I phoned again they said they were carrying quality control check on the rug!!!

The rug was not the size it stated so it didn't fit. I didn't think it was a good quality Rug as it felt thin and poor. When I asked about these points I was told I was wrong. I wasn't. I can use a tape measure. I sent the rug back as it wasn't as ordered and was told to pay for a signed carrier service. They didn't offer pay either of the carriage charges so I was out of pocket to the tune of eight or nine pounds. I think the fault was theirs. I would not use them again

The rug we received, did not look at all like the one on the website. We looked on different computers/phones and got opinion from friends. When we sent the photo of the one received to customer services they were defiant that it looked the same. It clearly does not. They would not arrange for the rug to be sent back, we have had to do it. This was not a case of received an item and deciding we didn't like it, it was receiving an item that looked completely different to what was displayed. It is a shame as we have used the Rug Seller many times before and have recommended the site, however, we will not be doing either from now on.

The condition of the workmanship on the rug was very poor in that the fame of the rug could be felt when walked across and the weave was very uneven due to faulty workmanship. As a disabled person this was not acceptable.

Didn't inform me that the rug I chose was out of stock until nearly a month had passed then took 3 weeks to arrange a replacement

The edge of the rug was unstitched. I did not want the hassle of returning the rug, so kept it, but asked for a refund for it being damaged but so far have heard nothing.

I ordered had the money taken out of account straightaway but wasn't told on ordering rug out of stock. I then had to keep chasing up with calls to see what was happening. Finally ordered another rug, took much longer to get delivered than I expected.not good.

Rug out of stock was told would be in last week January had to email on 8/2 was told should be in that day did receive rug but took app 6 weeks waiting on it

Took a long time to arrive. Had to chase. Didn't get any info until the day before. I now also feel the edge is damaged and wil be calling to discuss. Thanks

I ordered the rug in November; it was supposed to be delivered in December. Then it was delayed till January - except I did not know this, but had to email to find out the delivery date. Then I had to email again, as it still had not arrived by the due date. Eventually after more emailing, it was delivered but I was disappointed that I had to keep asking, and no one thought to let me know what was going on.

Worst customer "service" I have ever encountered with an online purchase. Ignored emails, and only took action when I escalated via Paypal.

The rugs that are slipping have a rubber back, so the non rug slip is not as I had expected, quite disappointed as the ad stated carpet on carpet, thought it would have worked. Will need to find something else to stop the rugs from slipping.

Not very accurate picture. Rug not the quality or colour I was expecting. SIte says delivery is free but then charges it when you return an item. Also very unhelpful returns procedure - left to buyer to organise. WIll not use the site again because of this.

I received the wrong rug. I have sent two emails and made two phone calls. They have apologised but apart from that I am still waiting for an answer, no indications as to when will they be sending the correct one, will they collect the one I received, nothing. I can't comment on the article I'm afraid, I have not received it yet.

I ordered and paid for a small rug on 2/12/2016, expecting a one to ten day delivery. Unfortunately the rug was out of stock and they advised that it would be delivered after 29/12/2016. Nothing received in New year so asked for an update. They advised it should be available on 13/2/2017. After chasing them again, the rug arrived on 26/1/2017. No apology received.

Was told my rug was out of stock a week after I ordered it. Was then told a date it would arrive by, it didn't arrive. It eventually came a month after I'd ordered it - the rug is lovely but the customer service isnt.

i was sent the wrong rug and i did email but heard nothing. However i have purchased another one from elsewhere and it was cheaper and the right one.
