The rug was so tightly rolled, (obviously stored that way), it has deep ridges. Mine has been lying flat in a very warm conservatory for more than a week & it hasn't changed. It will have to be skipped & replaced.

A little disappointed that the rug gripper doesn`t work for carpet on carpet. We have a small carpet rug on exit from kitchen to prevent dirt travelling onto pale blue carpet in hallway. Although the walking isn`t quite as bad it is still a nuisance .

Good evening, disappointed that I had to return rug as I have a dog and rug is not washable. Perhaps the fact that one cannot wash the rug should be advertised online. I returned rug 14th October 2016 from UPS Access Point TM Store Number: U181 61169; received 17th October 2016 by BUNN @ 13.12. This rug was not cheap to return to you; £6.00. Hopefully I will soon receive refund for rug and postage (as not informed that rug could not be laundered) I will say rug was excellent quality but not suitable for everyone. Yours sincerely Linda J. Quick delivery but rug is shedding at an incredible rate and worried it will soon be bald. Threads are coming out too.

Sent the wrong colour rug and delivered to house across the street in error, I was home and saw the van pull up. I called to advise the position and they informed me that the correct rug would arrive within a few days and we would swap the rugs, the courier duly arrived on time but didn't swap, said another driver would be coming. Nobody came that day or the day after so I left the rug behind my door and got a call over a week later saying they had tried to collect on 4 occasions, but I live alone and work, and no cards posted through by the courier. They said they couldn't accommodate me on with a suitable collection time so in the end I gave up and paid for both rugs to save further hassle and cut ties. My experience was a poor one with The Rug Seller, and definitely wouldn't use again.

When I unfolded the rug I found that the one end was all ragged !!!!! It was obviously the way the item was rolled up . the outside end was fine but the inner end was all tattered it obviously needs some sort of thick cardboard roll for the carpet to be rolled onto , In so doing both carpet ends would stay neat and tidy . Other than that everything was fine , pity it was spoilt by the way it was rolled up in storage/packing'transport . I have purchased from you before and found everything perfect , Why have you blotted your copybook ???????

I have to say I am quite disappointed in the quality this time around. I feel it is much thinner and quite sparse in some areas and to be completely honest i do not feel it is worth the money. I have compared similarly priced rugs in stores such as NEXT and Dunelm mill and now wish I had gone there instead. The huge expense of paying for a courier to return the rug to you (£112). The rug colour was very different from photo on the website and did not go with our existing decor. I would have liked to have tried other rugs, but will not be ordering again in case I have to return it! It is a shame as the quality was very good! I resorted to onlne as the rug size required is not a standard size and I have not been able to find anything of suitable size on the 'high street'.

Hi the rug we are trying to secure on top of a carpet. following your your video.the rug is 6ft x 8 ft,but the still gets " waves" in it, Suggestions please.

Dissatified with the rugs. They look a completly differnt colour from the photos. There is no mention of them being blended with brown or look very much beige/ brown in the discription it says 'grey'. I was then told I had to pay for the privilege of returning the rugs for a refund despite the fact I feel I have been misinformed. Customer services told me, in a way, its not their problem because the sticker says grey so thats what it is.

e mail notifying delivery time sent in wrong format couldn't read it. I was notified of delivery time, by text than told it would be later. It wasn't left in porch as requested on order. Note left saying it was at a drop off shop.Next day notified of delivery by text same delivery as day before still not left as requested. Note left saying delivery would be next day. Waited all day no delivery phoned number on note told it was in transit. Then found that it was at drop of shop since first delivery day. Collected it from shop. Not very good service from Ups delivery company.

The rug I ordered and the rug I received are very different in appearance, namely I ordered circular (as per description) but received a rectangular shaped rug. When I queried this I was told by their staff member, "it wasn't one of their rugs" Well who's is it & where did it come from...?

Runner Ives natural is sold as size 66x200cm but it is 66x1.94cm Not happy!

Colour nothing like the photo. I returned the rug but wasn't refunded, when I queried this 2 weeks later I was asked for a proof of delivery. Real hassle and finally received refund. Wouldn't order again.

I HAVEN,T RECEIVED THE PRODUCT YET!!!!!! I HAVE ORDERED THE SAME PRODUCT TWICE THE FIRST ITEM ARRIVED, WAS VERY GOOD THUS I ORDERED IT AGAIN IT IS THIS SECOND ORDER THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AND I PRESUME THAT YOU ARE ASKING MY OPINION ON HAS IT GOT LOST IN THE POST HELP!!!!! gloriana@uwclub.net ps I have had to put poor otherwise this could not be sent in fact the product is very good

Ordered a rug 2 weeks ago and have still not received it. Was sent an email to say it had been despatched in error. Sure the rug will be great when it arrives but disappointed with the time it had taken
