Colour nothing like the photo. I returned the rug but wasn't refunded, when I queried this 2 weeks later I was asked for a proof of delivery. Real hassle and finally received refund. Wouldn't order again.

I HAVEN,T RECEIVED THE PRODUCT YET!!!!!! I HAVE ORDERED THE SAME PRODUCT TWICE THE FIRST ITEM ARRIVED, WAS VERY GOOD THUS I ORDERED IT AGAIN IT IS THIS SECOND ORDER THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AND I PRESUME THAT YOU ARE ASKING MY OPINION ON HAS IT GOT LOST IN THE POST HELP!!!!! gloriana@uwclub.net ps I have had to put poor otherwise this could not be sent in fact the product is very good

Ordered a rug 2 weeks ago and have still not received it. Was sent an email to say it had been despatched in error. Sure the rug will be great when it arrives but disappointed with the time it had taken

ordered a sheepskin rug on 10th April, as yet 18th April it has not arrived and I have not had any indication of a delivery date.

The rug I purchased was of poor quality with several faults. I sent it back but company did not hold to their Terms and Conditions of refunding the postage if the item was faulty. I will not recommend them or be using them again!

There web site is always faulty and you can never place an order. you email them about it and it bounces back.

advised that the rugs I ordered were not in stock but would be in in 2 days and would be sent out to me immediately . did not arrive for a further week. ???

The order and delivery were prompt. And free delivery. I was not happy with the quality of my order as disliked the finish at the edge of the rugs as it seems very rough and white treads on one of the rugs. It is difficult to find the returns policy so contacted them. I had to pay to get the rugs back £ 40.00 which I have to pay until they decide if there is an issue with the quality. After I had rolled and packaged them to return the rugs the person in the company said I needed to take a photo of the rugs and send that too them. I asked where was that in the small print? Not there! Returns policy in small print? Not good at all. I would not order unless you know you want the rugs and can be sure you will not have to pay a lot of money to return them.

Although delivery was speedy after sales service was poor. Rug shed copious amounts of silver threads but complaint was not dealt with. Now given up.

I bought the waltz rug. Beautiful rug. My issue with the rug is that releases a lot of fine fibres that are difficult to see until you sit on the rug with dark clothes. The fibres are quite sharp if they get into your eyes which happened to me on the first night. I ended up with an eye infection. Realising what had happened I hoovered the rug about 15 times with my Dyson and each time I could see the fibres accumulating in the chamber. Its becoming less but I think the manufacture of the rug should be aware of this as it possesses possible health risk possibly to those who may be sensitive to dander, wear contact lenses or general allergies to dust.

We found that the rug did not really look like it did on the website at all, with the white being a lot more prominent. IN fact the only reason we did not send it back was because we were not sure how to go about it (there was nothing on returns on the different emails received after our orders) and thought the cost of it would be prohibitive.

Disappointed with the rug, just not as good as the photo as there appear to be yellowish stripes running across the pattern. Definitely wouldn't have bought it if I'd seen it in a shop.

Carpet quality are poor very thin, not even sure they are wool feels completely different to the Bokhara carpets we bought from John Lewis several years ago

I suppose I got what I paid for! Very flimsy and not much hickness to the pile and very thin at the edges.

I'm sure these guys are nice people, and I think they genuinely tried to help, but the difficulty I have had in getting hold of a twin pack of rugs I ordered makes me think the place is disorganised at best. I had to call and email many times and only just before Christmas did I get the second rug of what is described on the website as a 'twin pack' of Carlucci rugs which was ordered late November. Even with the last delivery which clearly states on the paperwork "Give customer full 2 pack" I still got only one rug. The website and order form clearly states 'twin pack' but they seem to be able to deliver only a single, so beware! At least I have now got the 2 I ordered so I'm drawing a line under it and learning from the experience...

Hello, I am extremely sorry for the problems that you encountered with the delivery of your rugs. I can fully appreciate your frustration when you only received one rug initially from your 'twin pack'. Unfortunately the manufacturer has changed their packaging and the information on there resulted in some confusion upon dispatch. We do try extremely hard to please our customers and when we do make mistakes, we can learn from these problems to ensure they do not occur again. Were told after one week that one of the rugs was out of stock and not back in until beginning of Feb. Despite this orders were still being taken on the website. Then received email on 21st December stating both rugs had been despatched. One rug turned up; still waiting for the other one! Beginning of Feb. maybe? Who knows?

Hello, I am sorry that you have experienced some problems with your delivery. At busy times, some of our ranges do go 'out of stock' but we always contact customers to inform them of this as soon as possible and ask them if they would like to wait until it comes in, look for an alternative or cancel the rug. As you chose to wait for your rug to come in, you will receive a new dispatch email with a tracking reference on as soon as we have it at our warehouse. You received the email that your rugs were both being dispatched as your original order was of two rugs. I apologise for any confusion with this. I ordered a rug in 21st Dec. It was dispatched on 23rd Dec. The tracking number you gave us UPS did not reconise, so we could not track it. We were expecting delivery in between Christmas and New year. You are closed untill 4th Jan. No other information was given. Very poor.

Placed order and paid for rug 49.99 for rug for Xmas present I was sent an email saying the rug was out of stock and I requested a refund. A few days later someone rang me to say I should not have received that email because the rug was in stock and being despatched by him that day and I would receive it in a few days. I rang after a few days to check on my order and was told I had been sent a email saying it was out of stock I explained I had received a phone call telling me it was in stock., the gentleman said he would look into it and ring me back which he did and yes the rug is out of stock and I am still waiting for my refund no I would not use this company again and now me a survey about my recent purchase .!!
