Rug arrived in timely manner, however when taken out one end unfortunately will not lie flat properly and shows the dark lining when viewed when entering room, have tried several remedies, but still showing, very disappointed.

I have ordered from The Rugseller previously with no issues, unfortunately this time due to poor service on the part of the courier company I am not so happy. My order was placed with no problem and the communication confirming my order was first class. I received an email confirming my order was out for delivery and the details of the courier company provided. The email said next day delivery. A week later and I have still not received my rug. I did chase my delivery last week and was told the courier company had been inundated and that I should have my order very soon, but have heard nothing since. With no consignment number either I have not been able to track my order on the couriers website Whilst I appreciate that courier problems are not directly The Rugsellers fault, given the email from The Rugseller says couriers will deliver next day and they don't I can't help but think that The Rugseller may want to review their despatch email wording. Better to under promise and over deliver, than over promise and under deliver!

received order within two days. rugs are not heavy enough and are beginning to curl up at the edges making them a bit dangerous re catching foot on curled edge. Would not buy them again

I wanted to return my rug as the colour match was poor. This was made difficult as I had to organise the return and pay for carriage.

I ordered a terracotta coloured rug and you have sent a red one... However, as soon as my neighbour stops re building his bathroom and my other neighbour returns I shall know if the red will do. The rug is for a communal area. It looks lovely! Fingers crossed it matches the hall carpet or will be covering.

Hello Belinda, I am sorry to hear that there is some confusion with the colour of your rug. I have checked our stocks and the quantities are correct. Please can you check the label on the reverse of the rug and advise what colour it says? Regards, Daniel

After the delivery driver didn't turn up when agreed, the Rug company said they would contact the service but when I called the delivery service they denied any interaction between them. My rug should have been here last Thursday and it has yet to show up! The Rug company said they would refund my money but has yet to do so.

Ordered a rug ,it came with a hole in it ! I was offered a refund or replacement .I opted for a replacement for which I was given THREE different days for delivery ,still not here ! supposed to arrive Tomorrow 28th .Don't know if it's morning or afternoon . That's why I have given the rating of poor

The rug is fine (although different in colour from the picture), delivery was quick, but since I ordered i have adverts from The Rug Seller appearing on most web pages that i open and on Facebook etc. This is very annoying and off putting.

I purchased a rug online and was pleased that it arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was not the rug that I ordered. The packaging had the correct details of the correct rug but the item inside was not that. I was disappointed with the delay in getting a response from the dispatch manager. I was told he would telephone me within 24 hours but he never has. The correct rug eventually arrived after two weeks and I thought that the delivery man would simply take away the incorrect rug at the same time. No. I had to wait at home on another day for the same guy to return and collect that. No apology, and no communication from the Rug Seller. I would not do business with this company again. The rug is of good quality but the service is not!

I ordered a rug and paid the higher delivery fee to have it delivered on Saturday morning. Waited in but no delivery. Rang the Rug Seller but they don't work on Saturdays so left a message. No rug on Sunday or Monday and Rug Seller did not phone back. Phoned on Tuesday and they apologised, got in contact with the courier and advised that it would be delivered that day, but no rug again. Phoned again the following day and eventually received the rug. The Rug seller have said that they will refund my delivery fee but as this is the first time I have ordered from them I would think twice about using them again, they need to sort out their couriers and they need to have some way of contacting them outside of 9 to 5 Mon - Fri.

Very disappointed with the quality of the rug. We bought a large flokati rug and when it arrived there was no edging on the back and it was very flimsy. We compared it to an existing flokati rug we had which was half the size but twice the weight, with reinforced stitching on back to prevent distortion of shape. We had asked for the GSM and thought that would be a sufficient indicator of quality but clearly not. The Rug Seller itself was prompt and efficient in sending us the ordered item and information generally. Maybe it is a lesson in you get what you pay for.

Hello Lynn, We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your recent purchase. The Flokati collection is extremely popular and we have not heard of any complaints previously. The method of construction of these rugs does not normally vary as there are limitations in keeping with the washable nature of this collection. We would be happy to process a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your order and would appreciate if you are able to email some images of your previous purchase so we can look into this further. After waiting a wk still haven,t received my rug, got an email saying it was despatched on Thurs at 2300 hrs but still waiting! Very disappointed I haven,t received it yet!

Bought a large pink rug earlier in the year and am very disappointed. It has still not stopped shedding and is showing 1 area where the material is coming away from the backing and another that looks like a hole is appearing.

Was very disapointed , with the lack of communiation ! Had a delievery for friday and i took the day off work , waited the whole day and at 5 pm rang up to see how long it was going to take. Was told that my rug was one of the rugs that didnt turn up In the delievery and someone was supose to ring me to inform me the day before! I was really angry that i was not told and then to take the day off work, i was not happy at all. But eventually did get the rug on a tuesday , and again nothing was said to me when the deluevery would come . Luckily someone was home !! But i did get s discount of £5 because i found the rug cheaper else wer and they pricematched it.

Ordered a rug for a Saturday AM delivery, but it didn't arrive when I asked why they said the following: We do state in the terms and conditions deliveries can take 1-10 working days. Saturday delivery does not necessarily mean the closest Saturday to when the order was placed. If we have to have orders transferred from another of our locations this can add a few days onto delivery. It came the following Saturday, so I had to wait a lot longer than what I thought and for the extra money it's not worth it. Otherwise the rug was great.

Ordered my rug ages ago and still don't have it as apparently the courier lost it. Only found this out by chasing it myself.
