Quick to help out when wanting you to place an order with them, however delivery can be ridiculously long and now I wish to return the faulty item, after numerous contact attempts via email have had no response in terms of them arranging a collection nor refund for the faulty rug! I'll steer well clear in future.

Ordered a rug online. Waited 10 working days but no rug. Went online and order status was still "processing". Rang up to find that the rug was not in stock despite being allowed to order it. To be fair they promptly refunded my money.

Whilst your service is efficient your product (rug gripper 120 x 120) does not live up to its specification. You very clearly state in your publicity it "prevents your rugs ... from slipping and sliding........including ...CARPET..." This product is no better than any other I have tried. The rug is adjacent to my bed and is on top of the fitted carpet (the rug is same quality/colour/weight). The rug has moved as the rug gripper fails to hold it in place and the gripper is now exposed. I have had to move the rug several times to cover the gripper but the rug still moves. I have rated you in regard to your product not your company.

Delivery outside of 1-10 days window without notification or apology. Delivery missed 1 item. Quality of rugs disappointing. Overall poor value for money and customer experience.

Waited 4 months for my rug. Had to chase them for updates. Ridiculous. Really nice rug though and good value. Still would buy it from elsewhere in the future.

The rug is very nice and looks exactly like it did online. However it was out of stock and we were only told this (via email) 9 days after placing the order, delivery is meant to be within 10 days. Delivery was delayed by over a month and when I called The Rug Seller to see what the options were they were not at all helpful. They promised to call back with further information but never did.

I have not received my goods yet!! I was not at home for the first delivery, which I had tried to stop on the UPS website but was unable. UPS then did not deliver to my house on their second attempt (which they should have). They sent me an email to say that they had delivered my goods to "Commercial Road" I was expected to know where that delivery point was. I had to phone your service desk, which eventually got UPS to agree to deliver my goods on the 29th. Hopefully I will see my order which I made on the 26th November.

Ordered item 30th November wasn't delivered until 15th December, no gesture of goodwill for delay offered.

I placed an order for two rugs I also acceted that i would have to wair for one until the end of November. I had to e mail your company on two separate occassions to get the rug you had in stock sent to me. I then had to e mail and phone to chase up the second rug. The products are very good what is poor is your company's communicationwith customers who pay for goods and service in good faith, I feel that I would not use your service again despite the quality of the goods you provided.

I had to wait nearly 5 weeks for delivery. It was for a birthday present, but due to your poor delivery service, I had to purchase another gift.

Ordered 2 rugs that showed as being in stock 1 week later was informed they were out of stock until late January. Tried to get an email response but no joy. Had to phone to get a response slow process and not great customer service went elsewhere and got my rugs one week after ordering straightforward and without hassle. Shame really as the rugs looked really nice?

This is a arabesque teal rug which on close inspection the main colour is very patchy, but due to costs sending this back it is not worth it, so we are putting up with it meantime but we definitely won't be using the Rug Seller.

The rug I ordered is very poor quality. Have purchased 3 rugs in the past from them and they were very good. This latest one is poor. It rucks up and creeps across the carpet all the time. No where near as good as the previous ones purchased.

Two delivery delays, no communication of said delays. Rug is a Union Flag design and is a mirror image of the 'true' flag.

I am still waiting for one of the rugs I ordered and have had several discount codes since so could have re- ordered it and paid less while I am waiting. I was given wrong information three times about delivery dates. The rug I have received is nice but I had to ask for the one that was in stock to be sent out now rather than waiting until the end of December when the other one (that I was initially told was in stock) will be delivered, otherwise I would still be waiting for that too.

The night I placed my order they had a software glitch. I entered in my correct address, a house, but my order went to my address with the addition of a flat address, it totally confused the delivery driver who couldn't deliver the item. I contacted the company who couldn't understand what had happened, it would have been better if they had admitted it, as I saw the wrong details on my PC advice note etc, so I am sure they could see it. I did get the item, but it was a nuisance, that shouldn't have happened to a well run company.

Unfortunately when I received my rug it didn't reflect the colours seen on the website which was really disappointing, although they agreed to take back this rug and refund me , I had to send it back by signed courier which cost me over £9.00 (as they said I had been sent the correct rug...! ) disappointing experience...
