“Value for money, and it arrived within the stated time. Rolled up tight for shipping so I suggest you roll the rug in the opposite direction in order to reduce the wrinkles. Very Pleased. 👍”

“the rugs came very promptly and looked as expected. As they have only just been laid on the floor it will take some time to know how they perform. It was an easy process to buy them which is good for someone like me who is very low tech. I'm sure I will return.”

“Pleased with delivery service, lovely rugs. However one of my rugs had no serging on its edging, it was left bare just left raw, I e mailed to complain on 13th Jan, I quickly got a response saying my photos were put forward to the manufacturer & I was told I would be contacted shortly with their response & whether I would have to return my rug. 27th Jan !! STILL WAITING!!”
