“This is one of the easiest programs I have used to date (and over the years I have tried many)!!! The Fast 800 is easy to follow and stick too. The progam is so thorough and user friendly. Having a library full of recipes with the options to pick your protein, meal type, calories etc.... makes life so easy. Love the weekly tips, the workouts and the option to reach out to a community if you ever have a question. I cannot recommend it enough.”
“I have followed the Fast 800 diet for twelve weeks and have lost one stone in weight( I need to lose maybe another 4 pounds) I am in my sixties and putting on weight is easy( despite being active and generally eaty healthily) I tried the app( I have previously used the WW app) but the Fast800 app just did not suit me, I think maybe it offers too much! I read the Fast800 book by Michael Moseley and two Fast800 recipe books and was hooked and loved the diet. The weight did not fall off as predicted but a steady 1-11/2 lbs per week. I will continue with this eating and two ‘fasting days’. The books suited me so much better than the app and thanks to them I feel I am back to my old self! Just hope I can stay there!”
“The app is excellent but not affordable for most which is a real shame as I think it’s instrumental in the success of people on the new eating plan - I think there could be a better uptake in it were made more affordable, which would increase user numbers which may help the affect of the reduced cost and its implications”
“I joined the fast800 program as much for the exercise program as the meals and have been hugely impressed. I didn’t just lose weight but learned I need to add more calcium and protein to my diet. It was so informative and helpful thought I had a pretty good idea of what a healthy diet was! But it was even more. With its variety of exercise programs including resistance, HIIT, Pilates and stretching, meditations, habit building workshops and articles on eating healthily, this was a wonderfully holistic program that I believe would be helpful for anybody. There were 6 weeks where due to a long overseas trip without internet I was not able to keep it up but even getting half those weeks in, this was a fantastic course. Thank you!”
“I've stuck with this diet for 10 weeks. It is so flexible and being able to choose between different styles of eating has been great. I tried the two meals a day plan and to my surprise, I love eating this way. As the plan includes exercises, mindfulness, education and online support, it's got everything in one place and you can dip in and out, fully commit to all the extras or something in between. My fitness levels have improved to the point that I feel I'm almost back to my old self. The plan is so cheap for what you get. I would recommend thefast 800 to anyone.”

“Highly recommend this programme. It's not just about weight loss but improving health and wellbeing in a supportive, fact based and non judgemental way. I've found the weekly menus, exercises, mindfulness and articles easy to use and navigate. I've been able to adapt the different approaches such as from the 5:2 to the very fast 800 2 meals a day, to the transition 4:3 at week 10. I'm eating better, spending less on food I don't need, and lost significan weight along the way. I was addicted to sugar and now I have the knowledge and techniques to help me ignore it. “A good way of eating, however I have recently been diagnosed with a dairy allergy and find it extremely difficult to get options for dairy free, as there are lots of cheese on this diet. I would have thought it would be easy to set the programme to do this, but I have to change an engine in the search bar, which is really frustrating. Also it would be nice to have a texture setting for meals, as we had the prawn bhuna last night and it was awful and I needed a crunch.”

“The recipes on the Fast800 app are unappealing and meant having to cook alternative meals for others. So much so, I found myself substituting recipes from the fast800 books, or elsewhere and then calorie count, so it defeats the object. There were other aspects of the app, the usability, which I thought were very good and I am sure a lot of people will benefit from the directed approach.”
