“I joined the Fast 800 programme because my cholesterol level was 7.4 and as it was familial I was put on statins which after 3 months lowered my cholesterol level to 4.5 but in the process it didn’t do the muscles in my liver any favours so I was taken off them. My doctor told me to concentrate on my diet, exercise and my level of alcohol intake over the next three months. The only downside is the recipe selection it would have been better if you could select ingredients you don’t like and alternatives you could use could be added instead . “I’ve been following the Fast 800 programme online since January and I feel so much better in myself. I used the books prior to this and lost a stone and since joining the programme I’ve lost another stone. “The am full of praise of the Fast 800 program: the internet program is so well integrated & supportive. The menu selections are, for the most part, excellent and I will continue making some of my favorites. Any failing in the program has been my fault. A debilitating knee injury last October totally derailed the daily Fast 800 regime most successfully in September and continued to hamper it when I restarted the Fast 800 program again in January. I will restart the Fast 800 again today, if that is possible. Thank you for advising me what I need to do to make this possible.”
