“Well I have to keep contacting you about my order then about 2 weeks ago you told me it was out for delivery I'm not happy with your service feel like I'm being constantly lied to I would like my money refunded”

“The worst company you order the coins take the money and they never send. You cannot email or call them. Everything is false. Do not order anything. I ordered coins is September and I still did not get it.”

“I ordered a selection of coins in September. When they didn’t arrive I asked what was happening I was told to look at the website and be patient! I have since found out that 4 of my 5 coins are available but they won’t send them to me until the 5th is in. I bought them as Christmas presents and it’s not looking likely that I will get them. What ever you do DO NOT BUY FROM KOIN CLUB”

“Bad experience!! I still have not received the coins i ordered back in mid September. These people are a bunch of serial scammers. So I will be writing to the Dorchester Police to investigate their fraudulent business activities”

“I ordered and paid for the King Charles coins in September,was told del beg of October , then the middle of oct, then the end of oct . Then the beg of nov as it’s now nearly the end of nov and still no coins and no contact from them .”

“As per others reading their reviews ordered the late Queens commentary and King Charles accession coins on day after her passind3 have phoned several times still no coins customer service must get there scripts from Hanns Christian Anderson so please hurry up”

“Placed an order for the Queen Elizabeth II memorial coins, just after her funeral. So far nothing has arrived. I tried emailing them but no reply. DO NOT buy from these people, it’s a complete rip off.”

“I bought a silver prof coin from this company and after numerous emails chasing the delivery, I received a packet with both ends open and my ordered item is lost. I highly suspected this company is a fraud as they only sent me an empty packet. Never buy from this company again.”

“In 11.09.2022 I ordered some items from your site, order number: 160915, delivery method: next day delivery tracked(UK), in total of 76.92£ and until today 06.10.2022 I did not receive my item ordered. Nobody need to wait more then 25 day for an order. Do not buy from Coin Club, no Customer service by phone. I sent an email to cancel my order after 4 week, they wasn’t able to cancel my order, no refund yet.”

“Promised my delivery 3 to 5 days still waiting 2 weeks on with no email to confirm when I will receive what I've paid for. Read one email sent by staff which stated items out of stock. But still trading selling goods they don't have. . Very poor. When you find one page which states this company has folded. 1 star given I wouldnt give you that. Treating customers this way taking ££ we are your bread and butter and this is nothing more of deceat. Shameful.”

“Ordered Queen Eluzabeth coins 1 King Charles first day cover And 1 £5 Platenium coin on 10/9/2002 now 20/9/2022 was told 3/5days Delivery took money straight away not even told have been dispatched sound dodgy will NOT be buying from here again or recommend them to anyone sound Fake”
