Next Day delivery turned up two days late, when my items arrived items were smashed due to poor packaging. I made two telephone calls, the first went dead while in a queue, the other was a lady who appeared just woken up from a nap and put phone down on me. Despite numerous emails with pictures attached of faulty items, no reply at all. I went into my bank and filled in few boxes for chargeback and they refunded my money from The Range. Check with your bank to see if its possible. Even if its not possible , the report will be on record.

order Number W15395031 Since my last review, I have had one person ask for photos (4th time of sending the same ones) one person say they will send parts (I have had refund promised me 4 times) and one person apologise again and say they will arrange collection... then a week later again back to square one asking for photos... APPAULING Please consider before buying anything online from The Range, hand on heart THE WORST experience I have ever had. I have a £120 light fitting that is missing parts. They have messed me around for months asking for the same photos over and over telling me they will collect and refund, so I bought another light and had it fitted, then telling me they will send the parts, then asking for the same photos again!! asking for phots of the box, I am literally going round and round in circles - I have called and tried to explain and one agent said to me 'why are you phoning me this isn't our problem' and put the phone down!! I have reported them to trading standards. They have no complaints line, and have put in writing that there is no complaints procedure. I am so surprised that they are able to get away with this appalling service.... and look, the standard reply, knowing fully well you can search by a customer name...

Ordered outside garden furniture with a fire pit and the rectangle table came with a square fire pit which doesnt fit in the rectangle try telling the range is intresting they sent another one which has the same issue and now fighting for my money back is a complete joke. The customer service are so daft its unreal I'll definitely be taking this to the ombudsman after waiting 8 month for the furniture and them taking the money upfront.. then trying to keep my money complete joke. DO NOT ORDERED FROM THE RANGE. Over £2000 of furniture and no money back... joke.

Awful all round my order was delivered to store on 4th Nov 21 no one bothered to message me that the item arrived which I was told would happen so chased it up myself after a couple of weeks only to be told that the store in Hemel Hempstead had received it but they couldn’t locate it whereabouts and to date have had no refund or replacement so my advice is if not in store don’t bother because their online service and customer service is awful at best

Unacceptable experience from The Range. Took weeks for my product to arrive only for it to be damaged. Took weeks to get a refund. The customer service department sent me round in circles stating "it's being sent to another department", and often would just hang up when issues were raised. Also didn't respond to emails for days and only when I chased anything. Terrible company, do not purchase anything from them.

Appalling Customer experience Called The Range yesterday to cancel an order. I misheard the information about my refund - I thought the call handler said refund in 25 days which I said I felt was a long time to wait - he then asked me what I thought he said and I replied 25 days - he said no I said 2 to 5 days for your refund, which I replied was acceptable and we ended the call - only the call handler clearly though I had cleared the call when I heard him say 'Efin idiot'. The most appalling customer service and totally disgusted to be called that. Email to Their Customer Services Department and no response.

Done a online order on 01/11/21 money taken acc on same day it is now 17/11 and still no delivery of goods and can’t email them or having to wait an hour on the phone to talk to customer services and then the phone cuts off

First delivery had to go back because all packages were soaking wet due to been left out day before delivery then given dates for second delivery only to be informed they were coming at a later date which they didn't arrive due to date change again so today still waiting for delivering to arrive to hours later absolutely disgusted in on line shopping will never buy on line again and loss of earnings for the second time

Will never buy there again. Refused to refund faulty product even with a receipt. Customer service is non existent. Avoid.

The most DISAPPOINTING online shopping service . AVOID !!! Ordered 3 weeks ago 30 October online nothing arrived 30th . was told 3/4 working days . Payed EXTRA delivery charge ! Customer service team not helpful at all !! Spoke to Antonia and Demetrou . Didn’t have any answer to actual cause of delay . I have been calling Customer service for past 2 weeks chasing order .no update from the Range team . When asked for manager to call back - said no manager . Need to write and post a letter ! Who does that in this day and age . Pathetic overall ! When asked for complaints email - NO Email again. Again then when I asked to change order from Delivery to Collection - I will make effort and collect myself . Guess what ?? NO cannot be done either … Definitely NEVER ordering from again ! Customer Service team has no clue how to deal with customer complaints . Have no answers for delay ! No email even sent out to inform about anything . Managers need to step in and provide good customer service . Disappointed and appaling service overall .

When the fragile parcel arrived the outer packaging was stinking, returned the item to store as it was damaged, still waiting on a REFUND, and the lack of customer service is disgusting, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THE RANGE AGAIN AND I WOULD ADVISE ANYBODY NOT TO ORDER FROM THE RANGE EITHER

Awful and very very stressful. Sent me a broken item. The item arrived late despite me paying extra for delivery and was broken. The team did not reply to emails, hung up and were extremely rude. Personally I will never use them again- awful!

I ordered my items on the 29th October nearly 2 weeks ago, told 3 -5 days for a delivery. I then get an email on the 3rd November saying due to demand there will be a delay. They take your money and then change the delivery window due to demand. My understanding is when something is in demand you should have informed the customer before placing an order, obviously you don't do that as customers will go elsewhere. I emailed The Range twice this week to see what is happening and asking when my items will be delivered and if not asap then please refund my money. They have not even replied to my emails. Worst customer communication I have come across and I would never entertain this place again.I work in the public sector and this would not be tolerated, you should have response times to answer an inquiry. I can understand if there s an issue with a courier service, I can understand if there is a manufactures issue. What I cannot understand is the rudeness in not having the decency to reply, I am not asking you to write me a letter? Looking to take this complaint further now as I just want my money back now. Where else can you do that as a private business, take a customers money and mug them off by not keeping them up to date with what is happening or even responding to there questions. Kindly post your response for other customers to see as well as this is what you should do on a review site.

Charged for delivery for smallish items adding to over £100 to find that three weeks later items still not here. They sent a standard email a week ago after spending half an hour on the phone to be told.......there's delays. Avoid The Range!

Altrincham branch. Food review. Latte good. Tomato soup - the worst I've ever tasted. It was like a tin of chopped tomatoes with herbs. Even my husband who can eat anything tried it and couldn't eat it.

Terrible customer service No response via email or Twitter Contacted by phone to cancel order as I can’t wait for the delayed delivery (for which I have received no communication), was put through to four different departments to achieve this basic task, with long waiting times between each. Had to give up while waiting to the ‘retention’ department who are apparently the only ones who can cancel an order. Have a life to live though so could not hold on after half an hour of waiting (after already being on hold to other departments for the same amount of time) Do not order from the range!!

Will never buy anything from The Range online again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced . First I received wrong item and days later they send item which I ordered or more specific half of the item ( half of parts was missing) It took almost 2 months to get refund.
