Finally received my delivery only for the box to be ripped to bits, and i nean bits! Chair inside has been respray shortly over RUSTY METAL work. Chipped paint off chair in multiple place. Emailed only to receive standard reply..... phone us... knowing full well many people don't allow 0345 phone calls due to the price. After phoning 30 times and no joy i fave up. Wish i had checked fb first as you are slated on there for shoking service.

If I could give a minus 5 star I would!! Utterly disgusting company to try and get hold off your customer service department... Online is a no go and twice I’ve got through on the phone after being on hold for over an hour at 0345 costs on my mobile!! Both times you promised to email me back within 48 hours and both times no email received!! My order that you quickly took the money for is still not in my property which to me amounts to theft!!!! Would never use your company again, I’ve never known such a terrible company in all my life.... The biggest thing is that the mirror is for my autistic daughter, how is she going to understand what you have done when all she wants is THAT mirror 😡

Went there today to get my key cut great deal a for £10 massive air but staff handed out free water and got my key cut ahead of me so I could just get there pay for it and go.really understanding staff.

I know times are hard at the moment, but trying to get in touch with Customer Services is completely impossible. All other avenues of communication say to reach out to CS via their telephone number but nobody picks up. I ordered a desk on April 10th which still hasn't been delivered.

Impossible to get through on the telephone number published online and all e mails are bounced back. Held on the phone on three occasions for more than 30 mins a time and still no answer. Goods not received after paying for them and no way of reporting it! Service is terrible!

Read before buying online Please avoid as the service is actually disgusting. Pay for goods which you don't receive after several months of trying to get hold of somebody to sort this they eventually say it's out of stock. But still don't get a refund. When refund is eventually sorted they have refused to give back the £20 delivery i paid. Again i received no goods but they still took my money. Think twice before buying from them.

My wife bought two bags of compost which seemed heavy at the time.On returning home the reason was that the compost was saturated and it was possible to squeeze out the water in your hand.By this time store was closed due to corona virus so contacted customer services who asked for a photo and receipt.Despite providing all the required info they said the compost looked ok and take it back to shop. Contacted the compost maker with a copy of the bar code who who confirmed the compost should not have been sold to me.We are talking about £12 ! here. Gave up in the end. Will never visit any of their stores again - very short sighted The Range. Given the number of complaints about them it does appear there is something seriously wrong with their customer services and general organisation. I don't think it's accidental they just don't care.

Delivery arrived damaged. Have been trying for 4 weeks to contact them. I followed their process - emailed photos etc. Got a reply to say i then had to call them. I've been trying all week - today spent 1 hour on hold. Terrible company - please avoid at all cost!

This is my experience of ordering from The Range: place order, wait, think of the current crisis and wait some more, then polite email - no reply, call - no answer, another email - auto responder now says emails aren’t managed, call and wait for over 1hr - no reply, send an email again just in case - nothing, open up a PayPal dispute - no reaction. I will wait out the PayPal dispute, and otherwise see what options are available via small claims court simply because no company should behave like this. I couldn’t say strongly enough, I wouldn’t order from The Range and it seems as though something quite wrong is happening with them.

Ordered six garden pots only three where not broken, can not get hold of anybody at customer services to sort out . Don’t deliver if there nothing in place to back up disputes

Paid over £100 for a mirror which was due to be delivered on 23rd April. The van arrived minus our order. Can't get through to customer services which of course is charged by the minute. This feels like theft.

Horrible customer service. At the moment they have this queue system in place with poles and tape around, no one was standing in line to go in and there were 2/3 groups of people who had lifted the tape and gone under past the poles. We decided to just do the same as it didn't seem any point of walking all the way around when people are just walking under anways as there's no one else waiting. As we get to the door the person working at the door looked at us and made a snide remark about jumping the queue. He didn't say it to the 2/3 other groups who had done exactly the same as us a second before. Ethnic minorities are treated horribly by staff. On my way out of the store I saw another group had done the exact same thing we did, the person working at the door did not say a word to them. Lucky they weren't minorities. The girl at the till wasn't very welcoming either and it felt like she was chucking our items to us, almost as if she didn't want to be there and didn't want to serve us. Absolute horrible customer service. They're a disgrace.

I ordered something online and it has been over a month now no sign of delivery. I have contacted everyone i can think of and not one single person can help. I have lost my money as a result. Extremely disappointing and never again will i shop with the range. I would advise everyone not to do online shopping.

I would give minus stars if I could. The Range has given ArrowXL the wrong address even though my correct address is on the order email from The Range. I cannot email them and their customer service number is permanently on hold. Do not buy from this company!

Went to the willenhall store and was so impressed with two managers (Julie,Matt) came out to the queue to make sure everyone was alright, they saw a very elderly Asian man who had trouble standing they asked us all if we had any issues with him moving to the front of the queue and of course no one did, they then got a trolley cleaned it for him and let him in the store, how FANTASTIC this is in this horrible time, they then can out to thank us for our kindness and patience, these two deserve a round of applause, fantastic management!!!!!!!

Yesterday I placed my first ever order with the range and then realised that there are few other companies offer cheaper price for the same item with free quicker delivery, so I decided to cancel my order and phone the range’s customer service 3 times today (within the hours given on their website), every single time I was on the phone for more than an hour still there was NO answer!!! I have attached a picture of my phone which shows the time I was on phone! That was just one time, I phoned them 3 times today, there isn’t another number to phone or any other way to cancel the order, ridiculous!!

Trying to look for some craftmania bead selection I've had before. I went through 15 pages of arts and crafts and all I got on every page is. Sold out, sold out sold out. Craft department shelves must be empty.

Would i order again from The Range. Don't think so. Place an order on the 10th April and was informed that there would be a delay on the delivery due to Corona. I can live with that. When it did arrive the delivery man left the boxes at the front door. One of the boxes was burst open and when i went to assemble it one part was missing. Sent an email and the reply was phone the company. After 20 minuets you get an answer.What they wanted was a picture of what was missing. Duly sent an email with said picture and the reply was phone the company. Another 20 minuets or so later i got an answer. Operator looked into what i was looking for and said the part would be dispatched. Now we are into week three and no part. So i think this is as good a reason as any for not purchasing again from this company.

Ordered a bed sheet from the Range. Received a Bird House! Went on the website and its very difficult to find out how you return an item. Eventually I found a number to ring. Tried a few times to ring but was left on hold. There was an email address you can send pics of damaged items to but nobody ever responded. Eventually got through to an impatient member of customer services who told me to go to the store. Drove to the store with my bird house. Man at the till couldn't believe so told his colleague who told her supervisor. After the story was told over and over I still didn't get my refund. I got given a number and email address! Went back home and emailed. Got a reply saying this email address not being used anymore. Phoned the number, on hold for an hour. Eventually customer services answered. Explained the situation and he said he would issue my refund. I between taking my details he hummed a tune to himself... Eventually he declared my refund would come through. I said can I have an email confirmation. He said you will get it once the refund is processed. Refund still hasn't arrived. Its never going to arrive is it.... Tried to make a complaint. Nowhere on the site for doing this. One of the worst companies I have had to deal with. Will never shop there again.
