I ordered two curtain rods June 11, I received no confirmation email but you charged me for both. Two boxes arrived, one containing a curtain rod, the other only had packing material in it, no rod. I've been trying ALL WEEK to call your centre, yet again I'm on hold and have been for 43 minutes listening to your dreadful music and message. I'm trying to contain my anger as it isn't the fault of the person on the other end of the line when or if I finally do get to speak to them. I have no order number, I've been charged for an item that hasn't arrived, there is no email that I can send, just this 0345 number. I sincerely hope that I'm not charged for all these calls. I'm furious. Dreadful system, dreadful service.

POOR SERVICE FROM THE RANGE AVOID ONLINE DELIVERY - BEEN WAITING 8 WEEKS FOR MY ORDER. They don't answer their phones either regardless of time of day! currentlyn on hold for 30mins!

I am still waiting for one of my refunds from 19th may I have never known a company like these you can't get old of anyone on the phone lines why a massive company like this one as one phone number that deals with every department

Charging customers next day delivery £7.95 and not delivering on time 3 days later is not good enough, your charging customers yet your not delivering on time. Why is this company continuing to get away with it.

Castle Brom Store - very unhappy with the customer service and communication between customer and employee. Very rude with a lack of communication skills and appeared to be incompetent of fulfilling their job role. Very unhappy with the overall service and will not be shopping with that store again.

Had 2 wardrobes delivered which took 2… Had 2 wardrobes delivered which took 2 weeks ,received them opened everything up and no fittings at all . Now got 2 wardrobes i cant put up, waited on hold for 2 and a half hours and still cant get through, you need to send me these fittings ASAP ore refund me my money. Order Number - W9171337

Customer service do not answer phones I have tried for over a week to speak to somone being on the line for 50 minutes and still no one picking up been in shop to complain got told must ring the customer care line tried ringing head office to have the phone put down on me Working in retail for all my working life this is the worst company I have dealt with when I eventually get my order sorted I will never deal with them again Quick enough to take money out my bank though

Only one of two chairs delivered 4 weeks ago, told the other would follow ‘within a couple of days‘. 3 weeks later still waiting. I didn’t even like the chair so wanted to return and cancel the remaining item. Spend over 40 minutes trying to contact Customer Services on the phone before giving up. Went to the store to get a refund on the chair and to cancel the remaining item. They said they couldn’t because the order was incomplete and suggested contacting Customer Services. That’s a joke, and they confirmed customers were having difficulty doing so. A few days ago saw a chat feature. Lengthy chat explaining my issue and questioning The Range’s lack of pro activity given my order now 4 weeks outstanding. Was told they don’t track orders like this, that the customer must contact Customer Service to follow up. I won’t repeat what I said about their so-called customer services! I was told they would contact the supplier about my remaining chair and, if I hadn’t heard back within 24 hours, to call back. What! Me call them back? Yes, I heard right. They don’t follow up. Again, it’s customer responsibility. So here I am - again - unable to contact Customer Services on the phone, and, mysteriously, the chat option is no longer available. What a total shambles. The Range is an absolute disgrace.

Can not deliver correct item x 2 packaging in a state and damaged unable to speak to customer service or get a reply to an email! Have asked for money back if and when received will go elsewhere! Not a good way to conduct business.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I purchased a mirror online and paid approx. £100 (inclu delivery), it arrived smashed, the delivery company returned it to The Range and sent a confirmation email to myself and them requesting a replacement. I emailed The Range several times and tried calling. It has now been 4 weeks, I have not received a replacement, refund or any response from The Range. I finally got through to someone in Customer Services today, she was so rude, asked me why I hadn't contacted them earlier and basically called me a liar when I said I've been trying for weeks (and have evidence). She told me no one is reading the emails, so it's 'a waste of time emailing', after lots of attitude she eventually arranged a refund. I have never been spoken to so rudely before. This is my first and definitely my last experience of shopping at 'The Range'. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I would give zero stars, but it does not allow me.

Goods not delivered. Helpline not answered, difficult to get hold of livechat, promise on livechat to give a reply within 24h not fulfilled. Wish I had not ordered items from The Range

I purchased 2 wardrobes and a chest of drawers the wardrobe mirror is not fixed on properly. The chest of drawers is scratched. Just had a email from their head office I have to post them back to them asap . Also ringing them is impossible as the phone number never gets answered they will not email me back . I've sent photos of the damaged furniture. I will never spend money there again . The furniture from there supplier is shoddy workmanship also there customer service is terrible I know they are suffering as other retailers . But I work in retail myself . I think I will get in touch with watchdog .norma William's

Ordered a Bowland stone circle on 19 May, money went out of bank on 26 May - still no delivery. Spent nearly three hours on phone over last two days and still not spoken to anyone. Tried to message them on Facebook reply said only contact is by phone BUT THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. Tried email but got an automated reply saying the inbox is no longer being monitored and to PHONE. Live chat is also not working. Just don't know what to do next.

Ordered item on line, returned via store on 1/5, not received refund. Store unable to help, but said refund been sent, but it’s not in my bank. No one answers phone, they are not accepting emails, written to H.O.. but just a deathly silence. I still have all paperwork to verify

Had over £1000 of my money for over a month waiting for delivery, kept saying it would be with me, never turned up. 3 phone calls later after over an hour waiting each time, they finally say that the warehouse never received my order, and the items were out of stock and not due anytime soon. £1,195 of my money gone for 32 days, all because someone couldn't press process on my order. Completely useless.

Purchased some dolimitewhite stone but needed some more but they had none for a couple of weeks which understandable as it a very popular stone. Called in today and they had bag of polar white which is the same as dolimite but made by another company but this time it is a pound more in price at £4.99 and no multi buy deal buy three for £12, talk about cashing in at times like this shame on them

I have been trying to get hold of The Range since beginning April to cancel an order, no success so they shipped it anyway. Then tried for a month to get them to get a return authorised. Eventually someone agreed to send a courier to collect the item. This was done three weeks ago. To date I have not had a refund so had to call them again (1 hr 15 minutes waiting on the line) to check. Spoke to Hayleigh - a week ago - who said she would sort this and email me with a response. This has not happened and I still see no refund in my account. This is the worst company for customer service. Don't buy from them if you don't want to have to pull out your hair in frustration

Awful, awful customer service. Call not answered, on hold for up to an hour each time tried to ring and still not spoke to anyone. Ordered goods 21st May.......its now 14th June. No goods, no contact. Awful company. This is the first and last time I will buy anything from them. They took my money and now seem to be nothing more than fraudsters..........
