Ordered a glass table for it to arrive a month later completely smashed, arranged pick up of damaged goods which took me an hour and half on hold to costumer service only to be cut off when someone finally picked up. Had to wait on hold for another hour and 15minutes. When the second table arrived this too was damaged, I wait on hold over an hour again for the person to tell me they need to speak to their manager then cuts me off. I have never been so frustrated In my life. This company is a disgrace. When I ring back and on hold for the forth time I get told they are offering me £45 off purchase price. Over 3 weeks later I am still waiting for this to materialise. Still no refund. Looks like I am going to spend another hour and half on hold to try and resolve this matter which will now be the 5th time ringing the incompetent range. I would strongly advise anyone NOT to use this company, it is not worth the frustration and the lack of competence of the people that work for them. They don’t even deserve the one star given.

Orded a party gazeno sent poles and thats it no roof or side and cant get hold of anyone went on live chat over 4 hours each day Saturday and Sunday and still nothink no one seem othered that I payed 149.00 for half my order

Avoid purchasing any large furniture. Ours arrived damaged and so have many others. See Twitter and trust pilot etc before you consider. You get ignored once the transaction has gone through they couldn't give a ****, so the range are selling faulty goods. £1000 spent and have been ripped off We are now going to do a court claim. Please advise any friends to not purchase any furniture or other large items. They are crooks

Giving it one star is me being generous, bought an Arosa Gazebo online received it put it together wife loved it, after 15 minutes i noticed a couple of bits of the seam on the fabric appeared to be stretching later noticed the stitching at the seam is all coming away , been trying to contact them for days now, store say they cant help, spent an hour on phone so far his morning and nearly 3 hours in queue for web chat

I am on the phone for the second time chasing my order, both time I have been on hold for over an hour. Bird bath should have arrived on 2nd of June. Had another delivery slot booked, had time off work and was contacted to say they couldn't find my item, and would be in touch with another delivery date. This was 2 weeks ago. So once again I'm back on the phone so far it's been 1hour 17 minutes. Ridiculous!

I received my order very promptly. Unfortunately I needed to return 2 items as they were unsuitable. When you try to call the customer services team to arrange this, the automated message sends you back to the website. I received an email telling me to call again and the same thing happened. I just wanted to speak to a human being to organise a return! Absolutely shocking customer service. I usually buy things in store but because I’m scared to go shopping now I ordered online. However I will have to go to the store to return the u required items. As a result of this fiasco I won’t be shopping there ever again!

Had two 3seater sofas delivered Delivery driver and colleague was try to force through front door. And then the nerve left all the packaging on front garden

Don't care about customers Customer service from The Range is a joke. I ordered 3 bits of furniture on 2 separate orders, the first on the 9th June. On the 12th June you email me to tell me that my first order has been dispatched. Today I receive the 2nd order, which I placed on 15th June. I have still no contact regarding my first order. You have abdicated this to your delivery partner and to be frank, that's not good enough. Also, you have no means of customer contact, other than an AI bot chat - which isn't working. Which in itself is hilarious - you're company is such a joke, your "customer service" AI bot has given up. You blatantly don't care about customers, making it as hard as possible to ask simple questions such is "Where is my order?".

Appalling service...Delivery non existent...Waited nearly a month for delivery of a bookcase,given 2 dates both came and went...Customer service,recorded message...Suggests Live Chat...which is not functioning due to 'unpredented demand' which is a joke in itself!! How the Range remains in business is a complete mystery to me...Never again.. Don't waste your money...

Don’t waste your time, I wish I’d seen the reviews before parting with my money. Delivery service and customer service, both absolutely shocking! Delivery service is giving the range a very bad name. You need to change you delivery company. Brand new mattress on floor for nearly a month, no bed to put it on! Not good or acceptable for health of my child!! I cannot complete the fields below as no contact to comment on I agree with all the comments below, dread to think of my phone bill! No item to comment on! I think a refund is now on the cards, and a very disappointed child! Thanks The Range, whoever you are , for the stress you have caused to me and my child!

Incompetent Take your money and then don’t deliver. You cannot contact anyone and customer service does not exist. You are diverted to their “online chat” if you made your purchase online. Online Chat over 200 people waiting in the que, who no doubt have the same issue as you. Never buy from them again and give me back my money.

Shocking way to operate a business, customer service is non exsistant... nobody replies to emails... the phone number they give you to ring is automated , and tells you to refer to website ... which is useless... will never use the range again .. will go to dunhelm in future... much more customer friendly

I received a broken Bird Bath bought online from my son, for my birthday, tried phoning to return but no answer. Return goods to the local store for a refund but couldn't refund £30 for delivery. So I joined Live Chat at 15.12, with 210 customers and finished at 19.24 to at No 2 but no answer, I think they had gone home. Appalling service.

What a saga. After a stressful time over several days trying to get some response from the company tried their on-line chat proceedure. 10.58.42. logged in, at 13.19. current position number 1 in the queue, approx waiting time 1min. At 14.05. think I have been patient emough. What a shambolic company they use every ploy to avoid you!!

Item delivered but contained broken item. Looks like it had already been opened before coming to me. Followed their procedures to return, can't get through on phone and on Live chat waiting for 2 1/2 hours!! only to be timed out. Still can't get through on phone or live chat.......very poor service even in these difficult times.

Ordered nest of tables 26th May was informed collected for delivery on 29th to be delivered 2nd June still waiting no updates from XPD have emailed them and have both tried to email and phone The Range it is ridiculous wait for hours at own cost to be cut off and email does not work I am fuming and do not want item now would prefer a refund as from what I have read most things when actually delivered are damaged Will never use this shop again and would not recomment to anyone

I did a online order for garden set On 28th may recovered a email next day saying Item had been dispatch to courier they would be in contact (witch didn’t happen) on date of delivery 16th June I tryed to contact the range was on phone for 1 hour 20 min before hanging up. Phone again the next day was on phone for 1 half hour before someone answered they could update me on my order so I told them to cancel it. was told I would get refund but would take up to 14 day. I have looked in to all this after reading reviews about The range I have put a complete about them in to Trading standards you can also speak to your bank if you have not received the gd and money back with in 30 and they will try and get it back for you. I have worked in retail for 16year this company do not care they just want your money there customer service is shocking to leave you waiting on phone for over a hour and more not replying to email. I also noticed on there Instagram they will take away back comments that desperate ppl who are waiting or trying to get hold of them to fine out where item that they payed for are to hid the fact they are a dreadful company

Trying to contact Range as my order had not been delivered by XPD. On hold first time 45 mins and gave up 2nd time another 45 minutes still no answer. Absurd they do not have a customer complaints e-mail address to contact. Totally wasting my time. Will never order again.
