Stlll awaiting my order my order after 14 days used the contact form took five days to respond which was a complete and utter waste of time, also phoned twice to customer services waited 30 minutes on phone before getting through no satisfaction in when delivery would be made phoned again waited 10 minutes before reply still no satisfaction when my delivery would arrive rather frustrated with service tried again to contact to cancel again 35th in quie gave up in the end very bad customer service still awaiting any confirmation on delivery not good enough.

Never buy from the range I purchased an item which I cancelled as wrong size it took me7 telephone calls to customer services and 8 emails before I could get them to pick up my return they picked it up by DX couriers and 5 days later still no sign of my refund . If you ring customer service no one answers only to say your 30 in the queue. I just want my money which they don’t want to give me. It is way too stressful dealing with the range and they don’t value their customers once they have your money they are not bothered about anything else

This item has been on order for less than an hour even though but it took 40 minutes to get though a queue with only 14 people in it on the telephone to request a stop. Their website has no chat facility and no way to interact with Customers services without a phone call. The person on the phone I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and when I asked if I could speak to someone else said "we're going around in circles I'm ending the call". Contact their CEO instead and just got told to wait 10 days whilst they processed a return for something they've not even sent. They said it would have to be delivered before they'd consider a refund. If they needed the money that badly I could have discussed a short term load with them. Instead I've issued a chargeback. I was told they could stop the delivery even though they agreed it had not left their warehouse, not been collected by their delivery company but because they didn't know how to stop a collection. What a joke. clearly just trying to keep customers money longer than needed.

My item not delivered on time, when I tried to call customer service I was on hold for more than two hours and I tried to cancel the item and I have been told let me transfer the call and made me to.wait another more than 1 hour . One of the worst service I ever recieved . I still have no clue when will I recieve my item .

Would not buy from them again utterly rubbish got a stand and put it together to find two mis I lined holes and now can’t get screws out spoke to the customer service and they asked for proof done that and yet still waiting for a reply to get money back been in touch over four times and still waiting for a refund and pick up would not recommend buying anything from them.

I ordered a Padstow patio table with four chairs expecting a 3 of day delivery from your Worcester store, the table turned up 6 days later the chairs 3 days after that. In the meantime I had to go back to the store to pick up the umbrella myself. I then made the mistake of ordering a gazebo bar from the same store, again expecting a 3 day delivery because surely I wouldn't be messed around again. Alas 9 days later and XL logistics your delivery people have just phoned me to say my (late) scheduled delivery will not take place until tomorrow afternoon. My conclusion, having belated read the reviews, is that your service is not fit for purpose.

The range plus online customer service and returns procedure is diabolical ! Still waiting for refunds on two items over £110 owed to me . They don't supply you with return addresses , really not good . Will never use them again online . You can't return goods to the address they sent them from , yet dong give you any other information .

They don't supply you with return addresses , really not good . Will never use them again online . You can't return goods to the address they sent them from , yet dong give you any other information .

Dismissive customer service. Told in store delivery would be 5 days. 5 days later not even an email or text to book a slot. Called and just told no it’s not ready yet darling and hung up on. Awful

I ordered a hot tub via the range and also paid an extra £20 for delivery…I ordered it on the 11th May and still havnt Received it, after hearing nothing and having to chase my order yesterday I’ve had a notification that it’s finally being delivered on Monday which will be the 22nd May, 11 days from order to (potential) delivery is very poor, especially considering I paid £20 extra for delivery, I should have brought it from Amazon who offer a next day delivery service for free. Lesson learned!

Same old story dreadful customer service. Not response to emails waiting on phone for an hour. To then be fobbed off with excuses. Brought a spa pool on line paid for express delivery 3 days later no response different explanations the most recent is they are waiting for all parts to be assembled! It's in one box from supplier. It's turns out the webpage states your express delivery starts once the item has been dispatched from thier warehouse which takes 5 working days then you have to wait for the item to arrive at the currier warehouse before they process it. I've been told another week or so after that. What a con once they take your money they don't care. Nothing express about that why are we charged £20 for express delivery Mr Hawkings

On phone holding for 2 hours. Company Email contact 'form' glitchy plus 4 days minimum to reply! Confusing & conflicting emails from The Range before attempting to contact them. Part or whole order cancelled by the Range because couriers won't carry heavy items to my postcode. It was Bark clippings not furniture!

Awful customer service! I was never informed that reclining sofa would come in a box and needed assembly, as an elderly lady living alone, this is not on! Still waiting delivery of chair orderd at same time after 3weeks no sign of it! Must be worst company ever for customer service!

Nothing went wrong,it was the delivery cost,almost £10 for an item that was £7.99,no option to pick up from the store,had waited months for a picture frame to come back in stock to order it,think its inflated,will not order from this company again.

If i could leave minus stars i would! Ordered 2 weeks ago and no goods have arrived. Tracking links for the goods even state that the goods have not been handed to the courier and that was 2 weeks ago,! No help via email or Twitter, phoned and was told i could not cancel as goods dispatched, DESPITE THERE OWN TRACKING STATING GOODS HAVE NOT BERN GIVEN TO THE COURIER!

Where do I start. Bought a New Hampshire Patio set and payed extra to be delivered in 5 days. When delivery date came from them it was 12 days after order. On day of delivery the van broke down.(we was the last delivery and it broke down then. Hmm) New delivery date was a week later and finally got delivered. Started unpacking and one of the backs was bent and damaged. Phoned Customer service and was on hold for 2 HOURS and 10 MINUTES. Had to pack it back up and wait for another 1 to be sent out which was another 2 week wait. Came yesterday and started putting it together and found that it had wrong parts in (the sides have been duplicated and 0ne doesn't fit). Phoned customer service up AGAIN ( was 2 in line and still took 45 minutes to speak to someone) and they told us we need to take it all back down and repack it and they would replace it AGAIN. The customer service from The Range is Shocking. If I was you I would go somewhere else because these people don't care.

Customers service absolutely appalling after 10 days of asking for a date for after failing to deliver on the date they choosed or a refund our bed and ottoman turns up on a rainy sat night out of the blue with one person and my 64 year old husband is expected to help unload from the van it's in with the one person driving the van . No way should someone be delivering good of that weight by themselves. Shambles! Only thing they was good at was placing the order and taking your money. Head office got no authority to give refund apparently can only push buttons and put you back to customers service whom also wont help or even answer you can only give people the run around .

I would give them zero stars if it were an option but it isn't. Appalling customer services. Placed an order and paid £9.95 delivery fee for a 3 day delivery slot. Over a week later, no delivery, no refund, no customer services can help me. On hold at this present time for one hour and 2 minutes so far. Started off at caller number 32 - now caller number 16. How can they continue to accept orders but not fulfil them and refuse to offer any assistance and make it so difficult to obtain a refund. This is my second bad experience. Should have learned my lesson first time
