BOUGHT WALLPAPER FROM RANG ON LINE OVER A MONTH AGO STILL CANT GET IT RETURNED BECAUSE I CAN'T GET INTO MY EMAILS.SERVICE IN SHOP AT FALKIRK WAS DISGUSTING NOW I AM LEFT WITH THE WALLPAPER AND NO MONEY TO BUY MORE BEING A PENSIONER I DOT GET ALOT OF MONEY TO KEEP ME.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE RANGE OR RECOMMEND THEM EVER AGAIN IM TOTALLY DISHEARTENED BY THE LENGTH OF TIME I WAS WAISTED CALLING SHOP AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OR SHOULD I SAY THE LACK OF CARE IS HORRIFIC.

Had to give a star because zero isn't a choice. The Range used to be a good place to shop. Not anymore! The staff are rude and unfriendly. I feel the criteria in the interviews for this company are that of a miserable nature. It doesn't matter which branch it is, the majority are unfriendly and unhelpful! If you don't like people, don't work on a face to face basis or any other custer service to be fair! I won't be going back. B&M for me 🙂

My parcel I ordered on the 23rd Nov which was supposed to arrive by 6th Dec still has not arrived. Get no help on email I've checked yodel tracking and says parcel is still with sending despite an email saying its been dispatched. 3 hours on hold on Sat to be cut off! Disgusting service and I will never buy from the range again

Customer service is non existant. They advertise if you call them you'll have less than 15minute wait. When you call you are always between 55th and 65th in the queue then they cut the call off at 14.30mins . If you send a message then they'll reply in 4DAYS.

I ordered a ps4 steering wheel instead of a ps5. Contacted them on the 14th Nov still haven't sorted it. Todays date 12th Dec. Emailed them again got no reply I'm sick of waiting for a collection date and a refund.

I ordered an advent calendar for a child on the 15th of November. It is now 12th of December and there is no sign of the calendar. I had to spend over 1,5 hours trying to get through to the customer service on 2 occasions with no result. On the third occasion, after waiting on the phone for almost 2!!! hours to ask for a refund, the call was cut off at 6.30pm. I also wrote 3 emails with absolutely no result. Appalling service and obviously a company that does not care.

Tried to charge me £8.99 for a Christmas decoration that was for my child with disabilities it was priced at 1.49 I checked my receipt I was overcharged the rude inexperienced manager said I could a refund and said would not honour the price being that on the hook with items the same my child’s was in tears I was so humiliated with a queue full of people I well never go that store again this manager was awful a male with a beard he raised his voice at me absolutely disgusting this was the Llandudno store north Wales

Avoid this s****y company at all cost! Ordered a new dining table to only be sent gold legs instead of chrome and no glass top for it! Rang customer service and they said their partner company furniture will be in touch in afew days, still waiting, rang 3 times now 1 hour waits to get through only for the call to drop within 1 minute of them answering and no call back!

Trying to return an item they don’t answer phone takes an hour to get through same response they have passed the ticket to range plus they will be in touch emailed about 20 times same response they will be in touch been going in for nearly 4 weeks they are beyond disgusting they won’t tell me where to send it and I’m pretty sure they won’t refund it anyway it’s a good way to make people keep products they don’t want my advise is don’t buy from them they are the worst company I have ever dealt with 🤬

What a total shambles this company is. How can you have a customer service that has over 50 customers waiting in a queue to ask where their delivery is. If you can’t deliver in 2-3 days then just be honest and tell your customers that. To offer a service that you cannot upheld then you should hang your heads in shame. Even your stores are not answering calls from customers who are trying to find out if the goods they want are in the store. Certainly this customer will not be ordering from this company again. Now trying to get my money back for non delivery of goods as promised.

placed online order-told at purchase it would be delivered on a tuesday, then an email it would be delivered on the friday-took time off and another email on the friday saying it would be delivered at some unspecified time in the future?????????????what is this?? you cant take peoples money and then not deliver the goods, because then I'm just providing you with a loan!!! an interest free loan- unprofessional doesnt begin to describe this business-so I am in limbo- no goods, no right to cancel, no refund, nothing until they're ready-you have been warned people

Placed a little order for Xmas. Mostly decorations for the Xmas tree. Never arrived. Contacted customer services. Told the parcel was delivered. So I emailed again. Said the parcel had not arrived. After several days. Received another e mail with a j peg attached. The photo was of someone receiving the parcel. Not my door step & ive no idea who the legs in the photo belong to . Another e mail . The response was rude & quite offensive to be perfectly honest. They demanded a photo of my door. So I did go outside & take a photo. The houses in the street all have similar door s. So another e mail. With the photo attached. About a week later another rude response. According to them it was my doorstep & that was the end of that. I’m down £40. & nothing to show for it. Avoid Avoid at all costs. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. & going to the range. Staff are rude. & throw items threw the Till so fast. That when I got home. Items were charged for twice. Just unbelievable.

Terrible customer service, he hardly understood what I was saying, very rude and was no help ! I tried the email service and no avail. I won't be buying anything more from there. 2x missing items and I have had enough. £152 down and no refund in sight ! Stay away ! And long waits to be answered - I was waiting to speak to someone for nearly 1 hour and 35 mins!

Placed an order on the 22nd Nov not received called twice on both occasions i have waited just under 2 hours to speak to someone to be told dont know where your order is wont refund it for me just been told to wait till someone gets in touch still waiting and the ludicrous company have just messaged me to rate their customer service AVOID

Placed an order on line on the 20/11/22 but no order arrived, tried to ring the costumer service line (premium rates) and sat for 15 mins then the bot told me I was 47th in the line !, sent emails and received the same response of " your order is delayed by 24/48 hours its been 14 days now and still no order and can not get anyone to phone me or its a 3 hour wait on the so called premium phone line they use , This is the first and last time we will use the Range on line shopping service, will have to put in a claim to the bank as no goods= poor service or worse.

Doesn’t even deserve one star Poor quailty sofa, measurements and description wrong on website Poor customer service 9 weeks later I still have an unwanted partial delivered sofa in my room that I can’t sit on and the range are doing nothing even though they promised a refund !!! There blaming there partners for non collection but doing nothing about it !!! I order with the range I expect them to sort this out Now no sofa for Christmas Single mum with 3 kids at my wits end 😢😢😢

Every time I go in The Range, (Croydon) the staff are either miserable or damn right rude. I’ve just been to the til, got ignored when I said hello in normal friendly voice. Got ignored other than to be told the cost of my purchase. Nothing else got said. Whereas your rival store B&M nearly all of their staff are friendly, chatty and helpful. Not all customers are demanding or horrible so there is not justification for the bulk of your staff to be unfriendly. The Range employee friendly staff!!!

I paid for next day delivery and I have asked where my item is and I want re embersing for the extra I paid to have this item delivered the next day. It has not arrived and I have contacted you about this and no communication from you. I think you are an appalling company as you are taking money for a service you do not provide. I have asked you when this item will be coming so I can arrange again to be in. Yet again no communication from you. Your customer service is disgusting and misleading. I expect you to rectify this as you have taken money for a service you haven’t supplied Brenda Johns
