I purchased a tv unit in November and by early February it had massive cracks all along the back. Within the 30 days of receiving this I checked and this was in fine condition. When speaking to them this week they have said they is nothing they can do as it’s out the time frame. Personally I think it’s disgraceful they can’t even offer anything of good will as a returning customer, I will not be rushing back anytime soon.

Yet again another bad experience at range Harlow. Not only staff are rude and unhelpful but today was unable to exchange a wrong size picture frame that i purchased in error. I required same product but smaller size. Item was still unused and in packaging. Reason for refusal receipt out of date by 1 week. I will now boycott out of principal many other shops that are happy to assist and keep customers happy.

Please avoid using the range at all costs. We placed an order for 2 wardrobes and a bed. Both wardrobes were damaged and the bed never arrived when it was promised. We had to constantly chase up what was happening, never had anybody call us back. Poor customer service, in fact the worst i have ever received. Waste of time escalating our complaint as they are not willing to offer anything reasonable and in fact ignored most of what we had said. Mangers are not customer facing so we ended up excepting damaged goods and waiting 2 weeks for a refund for the bed. Unless we chased up our missing bed we would have never known that it wouldn't have arrived until the end of Feb, our order was placed in December!! They constantly tell you how it's a third party company providing the goods but they are very quick to take the money on behalf of this company. The issue you will have is ever seeing ur money again and being given either no goods or damaged goods. The one star has only been selected because it won't let me type anything at all without it. They deserve no stars at all for the amount of stress and money loss they caused us!

Went to the Leeds store today well I tried the car Park now has height barriers so my wheelchair accessible van would not fit under. Would mean parking other end of car park as it was really cold just turned round and drove away, shame really looking forward to visiting not been for few months

We bought a 3seater sofa and a 2seater sofa and an armchair, they did not bring it when they said they would we had to keep chasing them up about it, but when they finally came we found all sorts wrong for instance the arm chair arms, one was higher than the other and was out of proportion but also if they weren’t propped against anything they would easily capsize if you leaned on them. We made several calls to tell them but they just kept saying nothing is wrong with rather than coming to see, but in the end they just fed us up because they didn’t want to do anything about it. So now I will not shop from the Range anymore especially for their furniture, all you get is hassle..they are ONE BIG NIGHTMARE!!!!!!

Went to the warrington store today, I picked up 2 toy items advertised at 7.99 each only to get them to the till and be told they were 19.99. I was told the manager (john) was informed and instructed the staff to remove them from the shelves and get the priced up correctly. John made no appearance whatsoever. I either paid 19.99 or not at all. I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service within this store, your managers and staff need to be educated. I for one will never be shopping at the range again.

I went to a shop with my dad to look at art pencils and I got accused of stealing out of there. I go in that shop regular with my dad and all because I’m wearing doc martens a fur coat , van gough leggings and a galaxy cat jumper they judged me and thought I was stealing or trying to steal out of there. We looked around and walked back out and went to the shop next door and the security guard followed me all around the shop with the art supplies and then he followed me around the other shop next door and told the staff in there I was stealing and then I went to the pet shop to get some pellets for my guinea pig my dad went back to the next door shop to get me some canvases I then went into the art supply shop to use the toilet the security guard waited out side of the toilets and kept standing in my way blocking me , I walked the other way he ran to the door and blocked the door after telling the staff about me. He steered at me and refused to let me through the door and asked me what I was doing and I said I used to toilet now I’m leaving and he said that’s ok then. He followed me out of the shop and about four staff came out and he even followed me and wrote down my dads number plate and told the man outside about me. They waited and was pointing at me when my dad came back and wrote stuff down about me. I got in the car then they went inside. Funny thing was I wasn’t even stealing anything I only went to have a look.

Therange charged my creditcard for no reason or it's fraud with their name. Never heard or bought from them. Support only copy and pastes 2 times the same : "Unfortunately If you feel you have been a victim of fraud you will need to be in contact with your bank and ask them to raise a case with our finance team. " I wanted them to check this transaction to resolve this mistake or tell me it's fraud. But copy and paste is the only thing they can do.

Went today went to buy some fish weed , which was £3.99 on shelf , went through till at ,£5.99 but wouldn't let me have at £3.99 wasn't going to pay £5.99 so left there ,

just now Placed order via there website which has now gone missing in there system, no confirmation email or order was given, but they took the payment from my account! Contacted this company many times about it as I want my money back if they aren't going to supply goods, but they are all rude obnoxious people who don't give a hoot! They won't even recure my money as they say without an order number they can't do that, so my money is in there bank account lost, this was over £200, so I would warn anyone from placing an order via there website as clearly there's a glichgin there system and they won't do anything about it!!

AVOID ordering online at all costs ££££. Tried placing an order online yesterday. When trying to place the order online with The Range, my card declined several times. I then checked my online banking to see that The Range had taken numerous payments from my account, still with no order placed. Online complaints does not let you submit your complaint and I gave up waiting on the telephone. Absolutely scandalous from The Range. It seems I am not the only one this has happened to. Absolutely furious, and I would definitely advise anyone to stay clear from them online.

Will never ever use them again totally wasted time DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!Order nr W8996440 should be delivered in 2 days but after 5 days this useless shop was saying still in transit and didnt refunded all money even they didnt fill the contract .Bunch of idiots last time shop with them is more better shopps arround which deliver as should be !!!

Missed delivery date, their delivery agents had a number of dubious excuses, which summed up was "couldn't be bothered to actually try". Contacting The Range customer services through webform lead to no response. Phone call was concluded with a commitment to sort out delivery and email me back. Nothing, not a sorry, not a date, not a "we're trying". Bottom line is I will avoid online shopping with them in future.

Rude staff basically accusing you of stealing. I paid for next day delivery on an order 4th dec . I had an email saying it’s with a neighbour miles down the road . When we went to neighbours it’s not there. The range are refusing to refund me and say it is a civil matter between me and my neighbour! I will never buy from them again AVOID

This is the email i sent to "TheRange" with everything I went through and more I have not added below: Dear The Range I will start by saying the you are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Firstly I saw your pop up tree on the web search which helped suit our disabled needs in my home as it is just me and my wife. We are both disabled. I purchased your pop up Christmas tree Ref: W-8288244 and paid a total of £103.94, and was expecting it to arrive on the 12th November 2018. That day came and went, so I decided to contact you for help in finding out what happened to it. The customer services at first were helpful and tried to help find my tree. The delivery company stated that they had delivered it, but hay I’m still out of a tree. I contacted my neighbours on both sides who stated that they had not seen or spoken to anyone regarding our delivery. On the blue slip the driver had put that he had left it with my neighbour at number 11, but all instructions stated that the item had to be delivered to my neighbour at number 7, that was on the instructions. But hay no delivery. So I contacted the range and spoke with Ben most times, but there was one other a male who was rude and ignorant but I cant remember his name. Whilst dealing with the various staff I was pushed from pillar to post, lied to over the phone. I was refused to speak with any member of staff higher than themselves, but when I called today (10/12/2018) the staff member went and spoke to a manger who authorised my refund, only four weeks later. I was told the range had to speak to the delivery company to prove fault, so the range would get there money back and then I would get mine. After weeks of bullshit excuses from your staff and the sending of my documents to proof my movements and signature. it was more like an interrogation every time I spoke with your guys and could here the lies from their mouths. Eventually Ben advised me that he believes me and would refund the money but for the ranges excruciating needs. I even had the delivery driver come to my house and ask me questions about the delivery. I felt threatened by his visit, which was unannounced, unwelcome and without authority. He advised me that he always signs the peoples names when dropping of a parcel if left somewhere, which he did by the way. Apparently he left it up the alleyway next to our house instead of following instructions on the delivery form. He then got in his van and left. BY THE WAY ALL OF THE VOICE CALLS ABOVE WERE RECORDED BY ME, AND I ADVISED THE STAFF WHILST I WAS ON THE PHONE THAT I WAS. I left you several weeks so I did not have to listen to your bullshit lies anymore and finally four weeks later I get a refund. But I want recompense for my ordeal. A suspect arrested by the police would have gone through the same thing as yourselves except for fingerprinting. I feel that as a gesture of good will at this time of year, you send me another of the same Christmas tree for free as that is all I want, but I will never use your services again. I will be posting this on all review sites. Yours not grateful at all DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE RANGE, EVER

Slow, dismissive, and unkind customer service in response to a faulty product. I know it’s cheap. But there are plenty of shops that sell similar products and treat customers with dignity and respect. Avoid if at all possible.
