I would give you 0 if I could. I have been on hold for over 5 hours over the last 10 days. No one answers the customer service phone, joke. No one replies to emails, joke. No one replies tod could media messages, JOKE. yet they’re quick enough to take almost £400 from my account which includes a £20 delivery fee. Any update on my order? NO. will I be getting it on the day it states? Doubt it. I am absolutely furious. What terrible customer service. I have had no tracking, no confirmation of dispatch times nothing. Yet I’m sitting here with money down out of my account and no order received. Disgusting I will never shop with you again No one answers the phone. I am now without my wardrobes for a month.

Absolutely Appalling order number W3384287 I purchased a rug at £229 , it was supposedly dispatched and picked up by Tuffnells delivery company(. Look at their reviews. That speaks for it self) After several emails and un answered phone calls. I finally get the response that it was delivered and signed for by Jack???? There are no Jack’s? In this street. We are also pensioners and have been isolating and are permanently in the house . The fact that I received no tracking number from either the range or Tuffnells means we are unable to find out where it actually went. The help and response from The Range. Was rubbish. Go ask the neighbours if they took it in. A bit ridiculous as 20 days have passed since the supposed delivery. I’m at a loss as to how bad this company is and I have now approached my credit card company to intervene. No tracking number?? This rug disappeared between the Range ( if actually sent) and their delivery partners. I’m disgusted at the way this has been handled.

Brought a Christmas tree that was advertised for use outside. After a couple Of weeks the tree set on fire. I’ve tried to contact the range many times and sent numerous emails with not even a reply. I’m shielding as I’m pregnant and can’t go into my local store. Terrible service that not even a reply to one of the many emails sent and especially with something so serious as faulty goods. They are quick enough to take your money with no regard to your safety!

Awful service.... Ordered a 4 piece bedroom furniture set... came faulty, marks all over it, chipped door panel, middle wardrobe door bent...No apology, it’s been a week & still trying to get it sorted. Will not shop here again.

This company is a joke please avoid!!!! They tried to deliver a sofa which didn’t fit through my door and they couriers took it back. I showed them a video clearly showing the conversation we had with the courier and the massive box that wouldn’t even fit my porch, and apparently it isn’t enough evidence!!!! This is an absolute joke!!! I’m out of pocket and even their courier company won’t take responsibility, now I have no sofa and they took my money!!!! I’ll get a section 75 involved but was hoping to avoid this hassle. Avoid avoid!!!! Not sure what I expected, stuff is so cheap and poor quality - and their service is appalling!!!!!! Just use a proper furniture store instead of these clowns.

I bought two smart watches one did not work. Two ab trainers that fell apart on taking off badly sellotaped boxes. Obviously returns put back on shop floor. It is not the first time I have bought defective goods from Derby store. The inconvenience of returning goods in covid makes it impossible to get there legally. Goods should be checked and returned to manufacturer but I assume it is easier to put back on shop floor as customers cannot return goods unless they are food shopping.

Altrincham store. my daughter that is 1 picked up 2 cans of silly string and put them in a basket that was left in the isle I then had a lady that worked there ask if it was my basket said no Im putting the 2 cans back now and she told me my 1 year old daughter shouldent be touching things I'm not buying. - A 1 year dose not understand very rude staff not happy!

Tried to return a Christmas advent truck with individual drawers. One drawer was glued shut so when I tried to open it the door came off and drawer is stil wedged tight. Also realised there is no number 19 and two no 23's. Quite comical but pretty useless as an advent. Took it back as faulty for a refund. Advised it was out of the Christmas returns dates. I explained that shouldn't apply as faulty and the delay was also due to lockdown. However the manager said they could not say it had not happened since I left the store and they wouldn't be able to check the CCTV now to confirm this. Unless my painting skills are pretty damn good to change the numbers and make them match I was pretty disgusted at being accused of doing it at home and glueing a drawer shut is also quite extreme. I could have understood a dent but these are obvious factory issues. I cannot believe they check CCTV for the condition items were sold in and unless they are ultra HD im not sure the tiny numbers on the advent truck would even be visible on CCTV. Refused a refund! Awful customer service

Aviod at cost! There boss is one of the wealthiest men in England (two billions pounds) The government helped him during Covid to the sum of well over £30 million, but he did not need it as he kept his STORES OPEN . Thats £30 million of your money that could be usded on the NHS. He is now saying he will NOT give it back. I ask you to all AVOID THIS STORE.

I bought some ceiling lights which were out of stock but got delivered early December. Unfortunately the quality was not there as mainly plastic droplets so not what the description advertised. We have been trying for 3 weeks now to organise a collection as the boxes are v large and would not fit in a car. Nobody replies on the customer helpline (often waiting for 30mns or plus before giving up) and neither do the 2 stores nearby who I thought may help instead. In the end raised a ticket with on line zenDesk... and still awaiting confirmaion of a collection to organise refund. In the end, decided to reverse credit card charge since nobody is able to reply to email or telephone but will not order again

I feel like some of the staff on customer service are quite rude and are typical jobs worth definitely need some training in customer care also the manager came across the same

I ordered a ceiling light on the 6th January for pick up from store three days later the following week I had still not heard anything about it so went to the rochdale store to see what was happening and was told very abruptly it had nothing to do with them ring customer service can I have the number I asked once again was told very abruptly to Google it. So I Googled the number rang it and 53 minutes later Howard answered and told me that the light was delivered to store but none of the staff would sign for it so it was returned and it would be re delivered on the Friday for store pick up on the Saturday Monday morning still not heard anything so once again rang customer service 47 minutes later Lauren answered and told me she would look into it and put me on hold five minutes later the line went dead waited 20 minutes and rang again 37 minutes later got through and was told Lauren had emailed me to say she would look into it and email me back 2 days later and nothing so I wrote an email to the CEO Chris dawson that was returned undelivered god forbid he hear any criticism it is now the 26th January and still waiting. Please don't get caught like me do not order from this shambles of a company

Wrong colour doormat sent, they expect me to pay for the return via Royal Mail , or take to store. As an 85 year old, self-isolating that is not possible. To add further insult not a word about sending the correct item. I ordered a fawn coloured mat, they sent me a grey mat.

Purchased two pairs of curtains, packaging states £14.99, I was charged £15.99, returned one pair today 24/1 as didn’t need them and also ask for the refund for the £1 I was overcharged on the pair I kept. Was told it’s the ranges policy that they have 24hrs to correct the problem and that they don’t have to honour the payment. Karen from Colchester was very rude, wasn’t wearing a mask, it was just pinned to her name badge like it was a fashion statement! She wanted me to sign a receipt with the pen she was using, and if I didn’t she was just going to put the curtains back on my card unauthorised!! I asked her for a clean pen, she got very high rate, oblivious to the pandeamic going on around us! Manager was also very clueless!! Will not be shopping here again, I have found in past visits, staff to be very miserable and inexperienced! You really need to brief all your staff on government guidelines on how to wear a mask! Appalling behaviour from Karen at customer services! On duty manager, very bad attitude, not fit to be running a store if you are not abiding by the rules! But apparently the range have there own policy in place 🙄

Don’t order from the range! Awful company! Ordered 5 items, only 4 arrived but the box was big enough for 5. Invoice in the box also stated my order was 5 items. The range refusing to refund because the weight at warehouse matched the weight at DHL. Of course the weight is going to match if the warehouse didn’t pack my order correctly. The range now refusing to investigate it further with warehouse or check cctv! Disgusting excuse from such a high up company! I want my refund! Will be going to trading standards!

I bought three door mirror wardrobe… I bought three door mirror wardrobe waited three weeks to be delivered when it came the glass mirror door was broken the hinges were unbalanced the doors wouldn’t close. Rang them up spoke to management they said send pictures and will get back to you. They haven’t got none in stock left they would give me 10% off or to dismantle everything and they will pick it up with a refund I thought that was disgusting as I had already thrown away my old one and they weren’t helpful at all I tried to speak to someone but they said I can’t just write an email Order number -W4094457-1A-V
