I ordered something and I've not heard from them, no delivery info. Just spent 45 mins on the phone with no answer. I should have looked more closely at reviews, this company has incredibly poor customer service, best avoided. Now trying to get my money back

My mirror arrived broken in a skimpy broken box. I cut my hand on the shards of glass. Repeated calls have gone unanswered. I've waited 5 days and still no answer to emails. Appalling service.

If I could put less I would, utter disgrace I ordered a Christmas tree to be delivered to my home only to changed to my nearest store where I had to pay £10 extra than the price in store and £4.95 for delivery and I have tried for 5 days solid to call to discuss this and also left messages on Facebook with not one response . No customer service at all I will be contacting my credit card company asap .

Me and my husband placed an order on 22.11 and we have no update about delivery. The status is.... still processing. What a disappointment! It was meant to be a present for a child. Now I have to quckly buy something somewhere else.

I woul give them 0 stars if that would be possible. Placed a order 13/11/2020 told the delivery would be 19/11/2020 stayed in all day no delivery. Today is 01/12/2020 and I still have not get my order.

I am disabled and thought my item would be delivered to my home address having paid for delivery.I can’t get to your store so can you deliver to my house or can you cancel order and reimburse my payment Yours Mrs C Dunn

Absolute shambles of a company , ordered item 11 days ago , money taken from my bank instantly, delivery should have been 6 days ago, no contact, impossible to get it touch with customer services , no answer on any social media platforms....Get a dispatch notice with no delivery time or date and no idea which courier is bringing the item..........Not a place i will ever spend money in again .....i gave a 1 star review only because 0 wasn't an option.

Placed a order 17/11/2020 told the delivery would be 21/11/2020 stayed in all day no delivery!!!! Another message saying delivery 24th still no delivery !!!! Where is my order !!!😡

placed an online order with them 10 days ago now. was meant to be delivered friday, but the order is still 'processing' apparently? e-mailed them, but still awaiting a response. i know companies are stretched at the moment but the least they could do is keep their customers updated! won't be ordering again!

I placed my order for a family of light up reindeers ( £200 ) the order arrived very quickly, when testing the reindeers one of the power supplies is faulty ( not flashing ) I tried calling the help line which is continuously out of order, tried calling my local store to see if they can help No answer My only route is to return the complete order to my local store for a refund I wish i had read the reviews beforehand W2942082-1D-V

Ordered an item 10 days ago: it’s still not been processed- I rang to cancel the order and was informed that “ my call can not be processed right now”. Rang again to try another option to update my order and received the same message. I regret placing the order now since this company is clearly incompetent.

You will see I put a review on the website 2 years ago saying I loved this shop well not now was in there today and a very angry guy store person I think told me to get out the way when I asked him what he said he called me a fxxking ares hole said I could fxxk off other costumers heard this and told me to report him but I just put the things I had in my basket down and walked out as I was so embarrassed this was the Edinburgh shop

Paignton Store Check the price on the shelf is the price that goes through the till i purcased goods advertised for 2.99 and was charged 7.00 only to be told nothing they could do that's the price have removed labels from shelf. Im not the only person who has had this problem ive heard from 6 other who have had the same problem. Check your prices.

Possibly the worst customer service I have received, purchased an item on line, was delivered broken, called up the same day and told that they would replace it as they had loads of stock, and that I needed to send pictures, emailed pictures the same day Thursday, didn’t hear anything back, by Monday I rang and spoke to someone again, yes we will arrange a collection and send out your replacement and I would receive a confirmation email, 5 minutes later received email to say no stock so had to refund which would be proceed up to 5 days after they receive the broken item, I called to speak to some one after waiting on hold for 40 minutes speak to the most unhelpful rude lady ever, after her not being willing to help I asked to speak to a manger, no managers speak to customer and the only person who I can speak to was her, asked for complaints procedure, they don’t have one all I can do is speak to her, everything I asked her about my issue and when pick up was she wouldn’t answer, I asked how long it would take for courier to deliver to them after picking up from me she told me to call the the courier. I asked what service the delivery was booked on and she said it doesn’t work like that, as I asked for her name I realised she was the first person I spoke to who didn’t process the replacement in the first place called Lauren, still waiting for replies to emails

Culverhouse cross Cardiff I shop here at least 1 a week never had a problem but yesterday 24.11 asking for some help from a member of staff SONIA to a response like I was wasting her time not very helpful at all. I no to avoid her now and ask another member of staff. She should be Grateful to be still in a job with what going at the moment SHOCKING

I live in Ireland and because of the government covid restrictions I decided to order a picture frame online as I had previously bought the same one in store and was happy with it. I ordered on the 8th of November, a 20×30 inch acrylic glass frame, it arrived today the 20th in a box that was at least 10 times too big. Seriously ridiculous the delivery driver was completely bemused when I said what it was. Now to add insult it's broken! I will not be returning it because it seriously is not worth the wait for a 7.95 frame ,sent from England when there's stock available here just ridiculous. I most definitely will not use the online service again.

Keep well away from this company if you want to keep your sanity. I had a delivery of self build furniture 5 weeks ago. Panels were damaged and seriously bowed and some missing. A complete package was missing. All reported to customer service with dozens of photos and part numbers. They don't answer their mails for days and indeed when I eventually got through on the phone they admitted that an e mail I had sent over 3 days before hadn't even been opened as they are only allocated a certain amount of time to deal with them. When you try to chase them on the phone you can wait for over 30 minutes. When I tried to speak to a supervisor or manager I was told that "we don't have any customer facing managers" It is now 5 weeks and I have 2 bedrooms of part assembled furniture and no end in sight. I am 69 years old and have spent approx £1200 on my order and to be honest it is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life!! The company is a farce and once they have your hard earned cash they just don't care. BEWARE & STEER CLEAR.

5th time now of visiting, there won't be a 6th. Supervisor on duty dealing with a customer in front of myself with a query on pricing being overcharged, she lost it and was very unprofessional! I was waiting in the queue for the same thing as I'd also been overcharged, 2nd time I've been told offer already finished and also many items not priced. She was shouting at the customer in front of me that there is a pandemic and she wasn't paid enough to take this, if she worked in my business she wouldn't be in it any longer! When it came to my turn she was needed again and called over the tannoy, she rolled her eyes at me obviously because I had the same as previous customer but for different items. For a new store the service from the staff is that of indifference and take it or leave it, I will be leaving it! Maybe the team in there need to go on the same customer service team training as M & S across the way, shameful attitude.

Been waiting over a month for this outdated company to sort out a faulty duvet cover. You can’t return without contacting them but they never answer the phone. They arranged a pick up that never happened. Still not answering my email saying it takes 4 days. I think they hope I will give up, no chance.stay away
