“The customer service lady at westgate Auckland branch was so unhelpful not very approachable didnt want her job by the look on her face.I pride myself on giving a pleasant service when dealing with customers maybe she is better off on a invalids benefit poor dont buy here poor lack of products available.”

Email to say item was with 11st class Royal mail...not arrived so I asked for a reference...no reference and therefore no proof of postage!!!.
Therefore I cannot check with royal mail...whats next.
Supply the items, or refund...either works!!!

“Terrible company. Ordered myself one of their ionic hair brushes on October 28 and I expected it to arrive at around 6-12 days as they advertised. Today is November 23 and it’s almost been a month since I purchased this product and I still haven’t received it. I emailed the company about the delay of my product but no replies. “I purchased the iconic brush and not only did it take ages to arrive (my wish order came faster than this). Don't waste your money you literally pay for a brush with a light that does nothing but make your hair 40 times the volume. As well as the off switch doesnt even work. I have had one email on the 14/10/2020 to say it was on its way and despite several emails I have sent since I have no reply and no brush!

“A company’s reputation is based on a sound product and a sound reputation: neither of which “the Warehouse Family” have.
Do not deal with them!
I purchased an ionic hair brush from the ‘Warehouse Family’ based in Toronto.
Despite using it as instructed it did not make any difference to my hair.
The brush light was barely a flicker and did not glow so I thought it might be because it may be a damaged brush.
Initially the service and communication was very good but once I had a query regarding the brushes effectiveness or maybe it’s quality, all service disappeared. I was asked to write my emails to the company at 3am Australian time so that my emails would arrive to them in Canada between 11am-3pm and would not be “lost” in their mail.
They probably thought I wouldn’t pursue it at that time but I did.
Finally I was asked to return the brush but unfortunately the postage from Australia was going to cost almost as much as the brush.
Once again my emails were not answered despite writing them during the middle of the night!
What does it take for good service from this company.
They have shown they are capable of it but only when and if it suits them.
Steer clear!
