“Still haven’t received my order. It was out for delivery and now showing it’s back in California. In all of this, I never received any communication as to why or a new delivery date.”

“My order was a bit more work than both side had hoped for. I ordered a gift set that came in a really cute box! However, the packing was thin and one of the bottles ended up breaking during the shipment. I reached out to Tippsy’s support and they immediately sent a replacement. However a further misunderstanding happened when I refused the whole shipment and only got a replacement bottle. I messaged their support again and today I received all three bottles! All safe! The shipping date was fast and the support was so kind and helpful. One of the best support lines I’ve experienced in a while. I was a bit worried since their shipping method is not a familiar name, but all my items (after a few misunderstandings) came in safely. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed about was that I bought this set as a gift, and the replacements did not come in the same cute box with the bottle cards. I’m not too worried about them but I had wished I could have gotten what I ordered in full. Overall a great experience!”

We are so sorry that we heard that the first bottle was broken. However, We are glad that you received the recovery package. The recovery package is also packed more tightly, so there may be some differences in the packing method. However, we will continue to do our best not to worry about cracking.
