“Tippsy has good consumer services.”

“Tippsy has sake covered. It's a virtual Japanese sake shop with extensive and changing selections plus product education. Short of a trip to Japan, currently a remote possibility, Tippsy is the best option for the sake devotee. Regardless of where you might find yourself within the sake experience.....Tippsy is omnipresent with products as well as education. Unfortunately, for most of us, our immediate retail options may have a handful of sakes along with an uneducated staff. (No offense intended, just the reality of retail.) Why bother? Just Tippsy! Put together an order of 6 bottles or more and the shipping is free. (Honestly, who can't use 6 bottles of yummy sake?) An appreciative bow to the team at Tippsy, arigatou gozaimasu.”

“I tried Tippsy on a whim as something fun for my husband and I to try and we've been enjoying our subscription boxes! I was pleasantly surprised by what came as you never know with subscription services online. While we knew a little bit about sake we've really enjoyed the online videos and information sheets that come in the box. The area they are from and learning about the brewers has really added some in depth personality to the different types. Its so simple to follow as well. I liked it so much we purchased a box for my brother to try over the holidays. We did end up with a hiccup with the third party shipper (not tippsys fault) but when I contacted customer support tippsy worked with the shipper right away and made sure the box was delivered correctly at no extra fee to me. They were quick and nice to talk to while fixing this issue. This is a great service if you're new to sake and want to learn a bit more or just want a good place to order sake online.”

“I have ordered three times from Tippsy. The selection and quality of the sake offered is why I keep coming back. On my last ordered I misapplied a code and the order was sent without the discount I was expecting. Tippsy was gracious enough to refund the difference even though it was my error. Before I came for the sake selection and now based upon the excellent customer service I have even more incentive to buy sake from Tippsy.”

“So many sake, which one to get? What is your preference? Is it sweet, dry, rich, or light? First off what are you eating? Just like wine, sake can be also paired with your favorite foods such as fruit, seafood, meat, or as an aperitif. Still don't know what to get? Have you tried sake at a restaurant? What was the brand? Now compare the prices, you get such a great deal at Tippsy. Why not be adventurous and try a sake box selection. It has a nice sample of sake from different regions from Japan. When I received my first box, I was impressed with the quality of the shipping materials used. It also came with sake informational cards which is also a great way to keep track of the variety of sake that I have tried. Hope you take a dive into this company and learn what there is to learn about sake.”
