The price was good as was the customer service. The product arrived late and the belt that holds the weighted vest close to your body was frayed. I cut off the frayed part on the belt and may have damaged it. I'll wait and see.

Thisdisappointment. Item was a "final sale, may have slight dings, scratches. Holes to mount pullup bar to ceiling brackets off by 1/2 inch, no use if can't be mounted....manufactured poorly BIG dissapointment.

bought 3 of these for my 8, 7, & 5 year old boys to do box jumps and implement into workouts... not very sturdy... even on the lowest side it isn't completely steady while they do jumps.

Everything arrived quickly and was fairly easy to install. The plastic coating on one of my cables for the lat pulldown stipped off on about a foot on the cable while testing the build was correct. I submitted a warranty claim but have been unable to get resolution.

Was a long time customer. Spent several thousand over the last few years and generally liked the products. Recently made a purchase for a dip attachment but selected the wrong rack style. This was my fault. Got the box, which was very large, and realized my mistake. Emailed support to figure out how to resolve it and they were no help at all. I wasn’t asking Titan to pay for anything but WAS expecting them to help and send a label (which could be deducted from my return of the other product) so I could buy the right one and swap these out. They didn’t work with me at all and even were going to charge a 20% restocking fee. I’m not trying to be on a “high horse” or anything but we spend money on fitness and they ended up losing a long time customer vs. helping a bit more. Again, I wasn’t asking them to eat any costs, just help make the swap easy. They didn’t have any interest in doing that.

The bar itself is fine, other than it came with ultimate scratches on the black powder coating. The hardware and instruction manual were completely useless, especially considering it came with a hardware for the actual ceiling mount that I had never seen before but zero instructions on how to use it.

The squat stand that I bought is great. The packaging and delivery was not good. The box is not designed for that amount of weight and was shredded by the time I got it. The stand had some surface scratches because of it that I decided to live with rather than going through the trouble of returning the product. Would rather buy another product of the same or better quality and pay for shipping in the future than pay for a new product and get the dent and scratch version.

This was my first time ordering from Titan. I ordered a heavy bag stand. I received 2 of the 3 boxes very quickly, which was great. 5 days later, the last box arrived. Unfortunately, the shipment was missing a lot of hardware. I received a package that was previously opened and returned. When they repackaged it to send my order, none of the bolts, washers or nuts were sealed in any kind of bag or container. They were loose in a box that had lots of tears and breaks. When it arrived, the delivery guy had a few pieces that fell out in his truck. I immediately contacted your office to let you know but agreed to wait & make sure items were missing before requesting a supplement shipment. When I went to put the stand together, I found that there was a lot of missing hardware...mostly the bolts. I called and spoke to someone and requested that they immediately send out more hardware. It wasn't until 5 days later that I received a notification that the hardware was shipped out. When I received the hardware, it still didn't contain the missing bolts that I needed. I went out and purchased my own hardware. I love the product, but the service was a problem.

Shipping was fast and packaging was great. However the 90lbs kettlebell only weighs 87.5lbs, has a wobbly bottom and rough handle. May have gotten one that snuck past QA because Titan stuff is usually top notch.

The equipment itself once finally assembled is great. The shipment was full of issues. FedEx was a nightmare to deal with. They were going to leave the package if no one there I asked them to reroute to FedEx office to pick up. The items was sent in 2 boxes. One I was able to reroute the other they wouldn’t let me change online. And when calling told me no. It took 5 calls and 3 managers to get them to properly route. Then they sat on the one rerouted online for an extra 3 days sitting at their hub to process reroute. Once both boxes finally arrived on different dates Upon opening. There were pieces all over the place it looked like they were just thrown in the box. No directions. Had to hire someone to put together for $100

Review for PORTABLE PLATE AND BARBELL STORAGE TREE The biggest problem. IWF certified bumper plates DO NOT fit. The storage poles measure 1.98". Rogue IWF certified bumper plates measure 1.96" for a tight fit on IWF certified barbells. The bumper plates only fit about 1/3 - 1/2 way onto the tree. CS offered no resolution and says most of my plates fit except the ones that don't. Isn't that obviously true? Although it'd be more accurate to say that 4/6 poles don't fit. Package was missing m10 split washers. CS wouldn't send any but offered to reimburse for my purchase. Upon installing the split washers, I found that they actually don't fit. I assume this is why they don't ship them anymore. Separately, package arrived with big black metal washers that are not in the instructions. The manual is clearly outdated and wrong given these 2 problems.

It was scratched as is the case with Titan. That doesn’t bother me. There were a lot of paint imperfections as well. When putting it together several parts had problems. One of the holes on the metal shoes was stripped. Which I have notified titan not sure if they are going to fix it. The whole for the front handle is too small for any of the bolts to fit. So I used one that I had. It still does not fit properly, but I made it work. I have been able to use the sled, despite only having one of the two bolts on the metal shoe working. It works as intended.

Purchased it for X3 rack. Did not fit the rack. Had to widen the rack by loosening the bolts of the rack. It’s off by 2-3mm. Poor quality control issue

Product was delivered in good condition. However, I was disappointed that that the diameter of sleeves where the plates are loaded are much smaller than the Olympic barbell. The description states that it allows Olympic plates to be loaded, but they are very loose and all the clips and collars that I have or are too loose. Great products, but Customer Service is very lacking.

I think the product itself is great, especially for the price point. My complaint really has to do with the quality control and the shipping/packaging process. First and foremost, let's address quality control (some of which may be affected by shipping/packaging). First and simple like you had one job to do and that was to apply a sticker with the company logo, but nope not even straight and hanging off the equipment, there are also just burrs and bent attachment pieces for the pulleys, etc. Secondly and most important is the packaging of the product, it was the lamest I have ever seen, especially for the heft of the equipment. I mean truly pathetic and I feel for their customer service agents as I feel they deal mostly with "my package was damaged or pieces are missing" and I feel this is mostly due to the flimsy and lame packaging of their equipment. My equipment came all scratched and dinged up and was missing a piece which I cannot say happened in shipping or was missed in packing, either way, the packaging of the equipment ordered was inadequate and led to a dissatisfied experience overall. I doubt I would buy another product from this company again. I guess you get what you pay for and in this case, a product that could be great has been soured by the poorly received end product due to lax packaging to product product. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide photos of the product in my reviews. Does the product function? Sure, but it feels like I bought a scratch and dent unit and I paid full price with the added hassle of waiting another week to get the missing parts. Not sure I want to buy something and then have to settle for it being all banged up and dinged and wait for missing parts, got to say this whole experience ranks extremely low. That is bummer, I am looking to expand my gym and now I will look elsewhere, I took a chance on this company and it was not a win.
