My first order came out of the tube-lost product. Second order came to my house with end caps missing but product was still there . Despite my reaching out for better shipping packaging it it feel on deaf ears…. Poor packaging

Below average. Still waiting on plastic/rubber cap piece. Not a big deal, overall. However, somehow a second order for full equipment piece (back hyper bench) was placed. Not sure how, but overkill. Shortly after receiving item, I received an email promo for the same item at approx. $60 lower price. Seemed strange and somewhat upsetting. The bench is fully functional and working as expected. I understood limitations based on price ($250 is vs. $600+).

Once again (for the 4th-5th time), my item arrived damaged and I had to file a (successful) claim with Route. While transit is indeed the responsibility of the carrier and not necessarily Titan, I'm not given any alternative shipping options (I would gladly pay an extra $10-15 to choose a different carrier), and time and again I have to file return/replacement claims for any large item I order because FedEx is mediocre. In my opinion, when an understandable "mishap" in transit becomes the norm, it IS Titan's responsibility.

There was several scratches & dents when arrived. Very upsetting because I paid full price and was suppose to be new.

I bought the T-3 shirt folding rack, 41”. There are zero instructions about how to assemble. Contacted Titan and got an Indian guy, he ho sent me a picture that was zero help. The videos online by other purchasers are for the 21”, which has different mounting brackets. Nearly impossible without instructions on hole placement to get it mounted to the wall square so that the rack folds close. Mine will not fold closed. Would not buy again.

Customer service needs to follow up when they say they’re going to follow up! Use a different delivery service provider, fed ex is horrible!

We received 3 replacement parts and 3 were damaged, in addition to the original. Titan has a packaging problem. The heavy equipment is not properly secured.

While Titan offers affordable options, they sent me a damaged product in a damaged box including parts that do not belong to the product.

"Blemished" in this case meant stuff that was in really bad shape, I am not very happy with this. Discount given indicated scratch and dent condition, what was sent to me was in really bad shape, and filthy dirty to boot. Wont buy again.

Product is good but mediocre customer service. Accidentally made a duplicate order, and contacted the company through their customer service portal to try to cancel but never got a response. The item shipped, but I then had to return the item on my own dime and pay a restocking fee. Lame

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund for up to 30 days after your order has been delivered, provided it is unused, in the original packaging, and in new condition. Product was nice, but I called and they could not stop my order when I realized I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I caught the error on the same day and it was still multiple days before the product war shipped out. Wish they could've just amended my order or attempt to fix the situation. I would be more understanding if I found out my error after the product shipped, but this was the same day and I contacted customer support. Wasn't worth going through the return process. Was a pain overall. I regret this experience and would buy something more expensive with better service next time.

I have gone through two cables on this item in just over a year. Both times the protective coating has ripped and then gets caught in the pulley system, making it unusable. Titan Fitness refused to replace the second cable even though it ripped within a year of normal use indoors.

Though the price was much less than competitors with free shipping, the loading pins on both sides bent on the very first drop not on pads with only 90lbs on each side of the bar.
