The holes don't align. If the brackets are mounted vertically and at the same height, the bar is not horizontal and cannot be advanced thru both brackets. Im having to modify the hole alignment to get it to work. Poor quality control.

Ordered two cross members and both came in looking as if they have been used and abused. Surface rust and rough paint is visibly noticeable. Cross members work as intended and bolted right up so I’m good with it. Just disappointed in the price point and appearing refurbished.

I had high hopes for my Titan equipment, but sadly it arrived subpar. My weighted vest and Mounted pull up bar work great, but the best arrived with the Velcro belt fringed on the edges, so now it catches everyone it even slightly moves, and the holes that hold the pull up bar in place were not drilled level, so I had to use a dremel and shave the holes open to fit the bar.

The shipper (FedEx) failed to deliver the package and shipped it back to Titan, who sent it back again despite not applying the shipping label properly the first time. The ruck plate arrived late, and had rust on one corner.

When the item was received there were no instructions, the link on the website was down and item had rust marks on the edges. Unrelated but specific to customer service — the item was not canceled despite me contacting them timely to do so. Despite this being the company’s error, they stated they could not cancel the order and would charge me a restocking fee. The item went on sale a few days later and was told they would not refund honor the price despite my item still being in transit and them failing to cancel my order.

Dissatisfied with the chest supported t bar row machine. The foot plate doesn’t fit securely into the frame which causes it to wobble. Also, missing several end caps.

I received my order 3 weeks ago and was missing parts. I have been waiting since to get the required pieces. I don't have any updates except they are waiting on FedEx. At this point I already am paying on the equipment and it's just laying in pieces on my floor.

Purchased a lat pulldown attachment from them which had bad and bent welding on the bracers. They sent a replacement which came months later--which had even WORSE quality/bent parts of the bracer. I reached out and they told me to go to a welder. The company avoids any fault to their mistakes or bad quality control. If I could go back and change my home gym it would be to never have bought titan fitness. +1 star to be fair that there have been a couple CS reps that have honestly tried to help previously. But definitely a small amount of their reps are helpful. I'd say best bet is to actually call their CS, or they just respond with an excuse over email to avoid any solutions on their end.

I never got my weight plate holders because it was delivered to the wrong location. Using fedex was a nightmare to be able to change addresses so I still haven’t received the weight plate holders.

Very Good products at reasonable prices. However, shipping delays were not acceptable and products that arrived displayed heavily damaged packaging. What appeared to be outsourced customer service was a challenge and I did not receive the guidance that I needed to return a damaged product that I received. I was told to return the product in the box/package that I received. However, I explained that the 75 LB dum bell did not arrive in a package and was unsure how to return it with the paper shipping label that I received.

I like the equipment, but I received my bar at a 15% discount and then got a notice for the same bar at $50 off, which was a better deal. Three things... 1. Your marketing AI should be able to reference the fact that I already ordered the product and not send me a better deal a day AFTER I received the product at a lesser discount. 2. When this happens, you should reach out indicating that you will refund the difference and honor the lesser discount. 3. I did reach out to customer service explaining my position and have not received a response. You should respond.

First bar was bent. Second bar was slightly bent as well and holes in the mounting brackets were not large enough to accept the bar. A lot of extra time and work

The quality control of the build was lacking. The pull-up bar when placed into the holes of the supports the bar was at least 5 degrees off. I didn't measure it exactly. In order for the bar to sit in the supports at 90 degrees I needed to grind 1-2 millimeters off of both of the right lower and left upper parts of the holes on both supports. I wouldn't recommend this purchase unless you have the ability to correct the manufactures defect. One may be tempted to try to bend the support rotationally in order for the bar to sit at 90 degrees. This I would not recommend as it may compromise the welds of the bracket supports.

I’ve always seemed to have luck with Titan Equipment, I own a T3 folding rack and accessories which all seem to work well. Unfortunately one of the lever arms doesn’t pin to the rack correctly and isn’t functional as I had hoped.
