My hefty bench v2 arrived missing two of the four steel plates needed for assembly, and the bolt holes on the main frame are misaligned with the backrest. Long story short, it’s not functional. I will update my review after hearing from customer service and after receiving replacement parts.

I am building a robust home gym in my three car garage. This is the first Titan Fitness equipment that I purchased. On the fence on whether I should stay with Titan. A few of the pieces were warped/bent upon arrival. Also, the tricep pull-down rope was missing.

I ordered a T-2 Lat Tower extension kit for my home gym in January 2023.when it arrived, I was missing multiple parts. I contacted support and received some of the missing parts within a few weeks. Other parts took months to get shipped to me because the part became “under stocked.” It was not under stocked when I purchased the product and as a result of this unprofessionalism, I had to wait 5 months to complete my home gym. The remaining missing pieces finally arrived, but I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth. Titan did nothing to make this right, only replying a week later to my regular follow up emails about my missing pieces, telling me to be patient and wait.

I ordered a calf raised machine- it was delivered with no hardware. Now it’s gonna take weeks before the hardware kit to arrive.

Was sent the wrong item and customer service placed a replacement order that was then later cancelled by Titan. Customer service agent was at least helpful and nice.

Upon delivery, the package containing the pulleys was opened and a pulley was missing. The replacement pulley wasn’t shipped for nearly a week. The upper and lower wall mount brackets are not square and I had to use large washers to act as spacers to fill the gap between the brackets and wall. Lastly, one pulley space on the multi pulley bracket is bent inward. This is causing the pulley to rub and is quite audible. Overall, the product works. The system lacks smoothness but I believe purchasing better pulleys would improve the experience. Think of it as a solid base and you can add upgrades to make it better. I think I got a lemon and will make the most of it. One other consideration is the 2 to 1 ratio setup. Research and understand what this means and see if it’s right for you.

The bench that inclines and can go flat is very cheaply made and poorly constructed. Would like to return it or get a refund.

The product is pretty good so far. But the process was terrible. I paid for expedited shipping and after tracking my package was going to be late. One Dumbell finally arrived more than a week late and the other was lost. I had to wait for it to be declared missing before they could send me a second. I lost business as a result and for my troubles they offered me the same discount you get when you log onto the website. Pathetic I will never order from them again despite the product being decent.

I hope to improve my review when I receive parts that were missing in the original shipment. 4 simple but important washers were shipped promptly by Titan when I let them know that they were missing, but they are sitting in the Fed Ex shipping facility x 4 days noting shipment delay. What type of shipping delay could be holding up sending nonfragile parts that are probably in a package smaller than a chocolate chip cookie? We’ll, I guess I’ll eat some cookies instead of lifting while I wait!😂

I purchased the seated calf-raising machine. When I opened the box, one of the square pipes that has a plastic ring inside of it arrived bent and the plastic ring inside was broken in half. I have pictures. I had to spend time bending out the metal so I could insert the square pipe through it and the plastic ring. The broken plastic ring doesn't look good, but it works. The piece Im referring to is attached to the handle and it sits directly above the knees. Other than that it the equipment is fine.

The item I ordered was broken on arrival. It took almost a week for them to offer a solution. I ended up just paying to fix it myself.

The holes don't align. If the brackets are mounted vertically and at the same height, the bar is not horizontal and cannot be advanced thru both brackets. Im having to modify the hole alignment to get it to work. Poor quality control.

Ordered two cross members and both came in looking as if they have been used and abused. Surface rust and rough paint is visibly noticeable. Cross members work as intended and bolted right up so I’m good with it. Just disappointed in the price point and appearing refurbished.

I had high hopes for my Titan equipment, but sadly it arrived subpar. My weighted vest and Mounted pull up bar work great, but the best arrived with the Velcro belt fringed on the edges, so now it catches everyone it even slightly moves, and the holes that hold the pull up bar in place were not drilled level, so I had to use a dremel and shave the holes open to fit the bar.

The shipper (FedEx) failed to deliver the package and shipped it back to Titan, who sent it back again despite not applying the shipping label properly the first time. The ruck plate arrived late, and had rust on one corner.

When the item was received there were no instructions, the link on the website was down and item had rust marks on the edges. Unrelated but specific to customer service — the item was not canceled despite me contacting them timely to do so. Despite this being the company’s error, they stated they could not cancel the order and would charge me a restocking fee. The item went on sale a few days later and was told they would not refund honor the price despite my item still being in transit and them failing to cancel my order.

Dissatisfied with the chest supported t bar row machine. The foot plate doesn’t fit securely into the frame which causes it to wobble. Also, missing several end caps.
