Several boxes were damaged. I will need to call support as some parts are not on box. Did they fell off during shipping? Box had several holes

The rack uprights were not packed very well and have some damage to the powder coat. One of the boxes was missing a side and just had tape there. One part of my order turned out to be backordered for a month after I ordered it but this wasn't made clear anywhere.

The pads are to thick I have to build something to stand on when I deadlift. It puts the deadlift bar up to high off the ground.

The holes in the 2 bar support were not concentric. Had to use a Dremel tool to grind out the inside hole. It was inexpensive so guess get what you pay for.

Leg Press design flaw. I have a Titan leg press/hack squat machine. It is extremely dangerous. The lock out supports aren’t long enough to catch and support the weight. To fix it, Titan has added a PLASTIC extension. So basically where the steel support ends, a slide on plastic extender is placed to support all of the weight. Of course it is broken. The plastic is less than 1mm thick. This is a design flaw and I can’t believe someone in charge thought this was an acceptable fix for such a potentially disastrous outcome. I do like the other products from Titan.

My first order came out of the tube-lost product. Second order came to my house with end caps missing but product was still there . Despite my reaching out for better shipping packaging it it feel on deaf ears…. Poor packaging

Below average. Still waiting on plastic/rubber cap piece. Not a big deal, overall. However, somehow a second order for full equipment piece (back hyper bench) was placed. Not sure how, but overkill. Shortly after receiving item, I received an email promo for the same item at approx. $60 lower price. Seemed strange and somewhat upsetting. The bench is fully functional and working as expected. I understood limitations based on price ($250 is vs. $600+).

Once again (for the 4th-5th time), my item arrived damaged and I had to file a (successful) claim with Route. While transit is indeed the responsibility of the carrier and not necessarily Titan, I'm not given any alternative shipping options (I would gladly pay an extra $10-15 to choose a different carrier), and time and again I have to file return/replacement claims for any large item I order because FedEx is mediocre. In my opinion, when an understandable "mishap" in transit becomes the norm, it IS Titan's responsibility.

I bought the T-3 shirt folding rack, 41”. There are zero instructions about how to assemble. Contacted Titan and got an Indian guy, he ho sent me a picture that was zero help. The videos online by other purchasers are for the 21”, which has different mounting brackets. Nearly impossible without instructions on hole placement to get it mounted to the wall square so that the rack folds close. Mine will not fold closed. Would not buy again.

We received 3 replacement parts and 3 were damaged, in addition to the original. Titan has a packaging problem. The heavy equipment is not properly secured.
