Its solid equipment, easy to assemble but Im 6 foot and on the lowest setting its just barely hitting below the pelvis for a regular lower back raise, Im actually up on my toes a bit. Theres no way to add a photo to show the pad placement on the hip area or Id do that. Despite the great price Im really disappointed in this, no one else in the family can use it and Im barely able to use it at 6 foot tall. If youre 6'2" and up its a nice piece of equipment.

The item was not complete, one chain had less links than the other. Was told there was nothing that could be done. I have bought from Titan many times, not happy with this order.

The bar I love!!!, only reason I gave 2 starts is because 2-3 days after I purchased bar it went on sale for 20 dollars less. I just felt a customer who’s spent 1000’s of dollars with Titan they would notified me and given me the sale price.

Only two of the three bolt holes on the main beam line up with the holes drilled into the bench. For my use two bolts should be sufficient, but does suggest poor quality control.

I’ve messaged the titan team about missing parts (bolt and nuts) for my items and haven’t received an answer yet. My items are just sitting there because it cannot be bolted in.

I'm disappointed with the product. It overall serves it's purpose but if that was the point I would have ordered a cheaper one elsewhere. It came with a bent piece so the seat will forever rattle. And the adjustable height is finicky and frustrating. The curved metal piece with the holes doesn't line up always and needs to be shifted. Someone times it gets stuck and I have to yell while turning to get it to move. Not sure having customers yelling at your product is a desire in the design and manufacturing process.

We like the curl leg ext machine, but it does not work well with our adaptive athlete population of young kiddos. Even with the seat all the way forward they can not get enough grip behind their heels to do a hamstring curl, It's very challenging and therefore we have to decrease the amount of weight that can previously be done with other machines. Is there an extension piece you offer or another option with the seated curl/leg ext machine to help us with our special needs adaptive personnel? Thank you Andres

Shipping was fast but the item (seated stationary bench) leans to one side and is not square, even after reassembly and attempts to straighten it.

Several pieces of my rack came damaged/defective. One of the J-hooks was welded out of square and will not fit on the rack. I have made a warranty claim, but despite having already provided sufficient pictures, I keep receiving emails to submit a video as well. The emails are automated and can't be responded to, so I've had to follow the links in the emails. When I follow the links, my login doesn't work for whatever reason. You're pretty much forced to do everything via a desktop PC and/or in person over the phone within their extremely limited hours of operation.

Equipment seems like good quality so far. My complaint is customer service- Price dropped within a week of placing my order they wouldn’t match it. Will be looking to buy accessories elsewhere in the future for this reason.

Damaged second box on first delivery no update from company didn't figure it out until a few days later when I tried putting it together. Second box "replacement" delivered extremely damaged. Concerning how the second box is delivered damaged twice with pieces hanging out and first large box was delivered perfectly.
