“This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten the wrong item. It’s extremely frustrating when you’re expecting one thing and get something else.”

“It works well as a pulley but, the length of the main bracket is too short. As there is no guide, some swing is inevitable during sets. The width of the plates and proximity to the side of the rack guarantees that they collide. I've tried clamping a sheet of plywood but that's not completely effective either. Not only does it make me want to stop my set, it makes me want to throw it across the room.”

“The box showed up damaged which I could write off to an issue with the carrier but the weight bench was missing a wheel. One wheel came pre installed and the other was missing.”

“Received the equipment and the top piece was missing a hole on one side for a pulley.... it looks like it was partially cut, but only half way. which makes completing assembly impossible.”

“Solid machine. Unfortunately, at 6ft tall, I'm only barely able to get a full squat. I wish I could go a little lower but the bumper stops are welded on and can't be adjusted. The safety bars roll out while performing exercises which, in my opinion, is a safety hazzard. You think for the price, this machine would be better.”

“Honestly only issue is bent corners and scratches on the product, not looking to return it because it’s a hassle and a Christmas gift, but sure hated seeing that as soon as I opened the box..”

“I would usually give Titan a 10 out of 10 as this bench was the 5th piece of home gym equipment I purchased from Titan. Instead of Titan Fitness eating the money for a ripped cover, they gave it to me. The leather cover they put over top of the main body cushion has a large rip in the corner, my husband assumes they over stretched it when they made it. Not worth the hassle of returning or exchanging its just very poor quality control this time, especially for a $550 bench. Hopefully it stays together”

“Fast shipping! Solid equipment! Terrible Customer Service! The above is my honest opinion. My experience with Titan started when I flubbed the shipping address for my order and called the customer service line as soon as it opened the next day to update the address, but nothing could be done. Every interaction I had with customer service that day was disorganized and helpless. I ended up driving 6 hours to retrieve the several hundred pounds of equipment that had been delivered to my previous residence over several days. The saying goes, "You get what you pay for" and with this particular company, it seems like that doesn't include a great time when things go wrong. I don't recommend ordering from Titan. In fact, I spent the extra $$ and went with Rogue for the plates the following week.”

“Titan did a great job! Shipping was fast and the item was packed well even though it’s heavy. Great customer service and they answered my questions! Update: My wife decided she didn't like how heavy it was so I went to return the unopened box and they charge a 20% restocking fee even though it was never opened. I asked if it could be waived, but they did not budge. It was disappointing.”

“There are flaws, rough spots, scratches, and pitting on the steel. Also, the upright bench itself does not sit level which irritates me since I try to be as even and symmetrical as I can when I train.”

“I like how thick the pads are on this bench but the legs came uneven which is really disappointing. The legs of the bench (front and back) come assembled already. So I'll need to slip a wood splint underneath it to straighten it out”
