“There are flaws, rough spots, scratches, and pitting on the steel. Also, the upright bench itself does not sit level which irritates me since I try to be as even and symmetrical as I can when I train.”

“I like how thick the pads are on this bench but the legs came uneven which is really disappointing. The legs of the bench (front and back) come assembled already. So I'll need to slip a wood splint underneath it to straighten it out”

“Fast, cheap, but arrived damaged and I haven't gotten a resolution yet. I assumed they ran things this way so they could just whip out a replacement part, but I'm learning that's not the case. I wouldn't recommend getting anything soft or which could possibly be defective from these guys. A barbell is gonna be a barbell. The racks are fine, if you don't mind a tiny bit of bending, but my bench pad arrived completely flat in one corner and I have been waiting>3 weeks for them to help me find a fix(either a replacement part or a refund and we're on day 5 of silence).”

“I've been playing with this Leg Stretcher for two days now and I've been talking with tech support and warranty support about its issues. The problem is in the gear mechanism. It's very chunky in its motion and the gears bind together making it hard to turn, as it gets stuck at times. Their is too much play between the gears, the backlash in the shaft, possible alignment or even the cut of the gears itself is poor. But something is wrong there. Overall the machine fits me well, and it seems sturdy... But being hard to turn the wheel and the fear of getting stuck in the machine from binding gears is there. Warranty support said upon viewing my video of it grinding and bucking around... "That's just how it works. If you don't like it, you can return it." I'll have to see if it breaks in over time or if I can fix the gear set myself. Luckily I didn't pay full price as it's a bit disappointing.”

“Was told that the mass storage unit only cames with 2 side braces, despite all of the product photos (and other buyers' YouTube videos) showing 4 braces. So I guess mine has 2 braces. Also, customer service is very slow to respond.”

“Product Quality was acceptable. But customer service was absolute hell. They simple didn't care about fulfilling my order. A barbell that was part of a larger $1000 order was supposedly shipped with the weight by SAIA trucking. The barbell was not with the weights or the other two shipments with FedEx and UPS. The trucking paperwork just had shipment number and weight on it, not itemized. When I contacted them, they gave me the run around and after 17 days and dealing with three companies, include signing paperwork that I never received it with a notary. I was offered a refund from their shipping company because I had bought on sale and they didn't have to honor what I had order at the original price. 17 days of hell for a $140 dollar barbell. And all the people I talk with, I had to give them information, apparently they cant be bother to talk to companies they do business with.”

“The assembly was a bit confusing as the directions weren't straight forward, and some pieces (washers) were missing so he had to use different sizes for the assembly. Also, the Lat pull down bar grip was cut/ripped as we took it out of the box.”

“Olympic plates arrived in poor condition with a small hunk missing out of one and them and they look used. Returning would cost so much, so I am stuck with them.”

“Product good but they are the only ones who I’ve bought a rig from and they didn’t include the concrete anchor bolts. When i asked them about it they said they would start saying start saying the do not include in the description. Just checked and they still haven’t put in on there.”

“The 45 lb plates I received were not 45 lbs. Wouldn't normally care, I know plates can vary slightly in weight, except that I have 4 cheapo plates from Academy, all exactly 45 lbs. Now how does the knock off brand get it right, but the big name brands can't seem to do it despite charging more for it? Can't really say I'm upset or surprised, guess I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised by the quality, not just the appearance.”
