“I’ve ordered 2 things from Titan Fitness in the last couple of years. In those 2 orders, I’ve had 3 issues with missing pieces, damaged items, and incorrect parts. When I eventually get the right items, they are good quality for a good price. The accuracy of getting what you order makes you impossible to recommend.”

“Rack arrived with damage during shipment due to very poor packing. When I contacted Titan about it they generously offered me $25 vs actually fix the issue. Bottom line, you get what you pay for.”

“The pull-up bar arrived with no guide for installation but instead there was a post card that had a code and I needed to go to the webiste to look for it. A problem was that the code could not be found with a search on the website. I was able to install it without the documentation and to do so I removed the T-2 pullup bar and loosened the two side cross pieces to slip the new pullup bar into position. Not necessary to use M16 bolts to attach this and these require a 24mm socket which few people will own. Six M12 bolts provide a shear strength of 6800 pounds or more than enough.”

“Pegs are too high at the top to use with a regular barbell. Bar hits me at my neck. Might work for a pencil neck accountant.Able to make it work with an EZ curl bar, but not sure I can load bar heavy enough to improve on just using straps with a regular bar. The rubber pad is already pulling away from the harness, and I haven't even used it yet. Titan Fitness has become the NY Barbells of the 1980s in their quality, not a compliment by the way. Do you actually have lifters testing these products?? Not the first product I have ordered from Titan that hasn't performed as expected. I ordered version one of the linebacker, needless ro say that design did not work for front squats either. Item may work for zercher squats so I will probably keep it as I got it with a great discount. Otherwise not worth regular price.”

“Product was partially delivered quickly. Portion of order took longer than anticipated. Explanation of product return policy was subpar and seemingly used as a deterrent, rather than an actual return policy. Unhappy with the cost incurred to return an unopened item.”

“Decent cable tower rack but the pulleys are all off centered so the weight catches every 2 inches of the cable moving. Not a hard fix with upgraded pulleys (titan fitness doesn't sell them) but at that price it's worth getting a different brand cable tower with better pulleys.”

“Pains me to leave this review, because I think Titan fitness makes decent workout equipment for the home gym. China production, but nonetheless good quality. I am leaving a two star review because they have abysmal customer service. BE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. If you order something, and accidentally make a mistake, there is virtually no way to rectify. I ordered a large amount of equipment late night for a new home gym, and called the next morning. I waited on the phone for a combined 2.5 hours trying to get somebody on the line. I never did. In between the first call and second call is when I tried to email. While the above is definitely a major issue, what really got me is their response when I tried to order taller rails for the short T2 rack (the mistake). At first, they said no. Then, after some prodding, they allowed me to disassemble and send back in the (stipulated) exact original packaging with no damage to the boxes. And the shipping cost is shouldered by me. Once this criteria was met and they received, the item, they would refund me for the short rack and they would allow me to purchase the taller version. I didn't think companies could get away with such bad service anymore, but here we are. Buyer beware.”

“I had to spend about 3 hours modifying the handlebar mount in order to adequately bolt to the chrome extender. Problem was that the weld bead on the chrome part kept handlebar from mounting flat, due to 1) holes not properly drilled, or 2) handlebar mount being too wide.”

“Customer service is great, but when I receive 2 defective products back to back it makes me lose faith in the company. I won’t order from Titan Fitness again which is a shame because I was very close to ordering a functional trainer.”

“I had a lot of difficulty placing my order using Paypal. Had to try multiple times to place my order and had to reconfigure my address in my account to get it to work. Items received seem to lack some quality control as although functional, they came with flaws in appearance (dirty, scuffs, discoloration, smudged print, etc.”

“Product was not as sturdy as I had hoped and some screws were missing. When I contacted to have new screws replaced it was suggested I go to the hardware store to replace them myself if I wanted it done quickly. Odd and not helpful”

“I ordered an adjustable bench and a 2.5kg change plate pair. The bench is great and well made for the price. I experienced a lot of difficulty with the change plate. It only came with one plate. I had trouble with titan as to why it only came with one plate. Customer service was slow to respond and not helpful. UPS claimed it was Titans issue and vice versa. Eventually titan made it right and sent another one. But for this reason I wouldn’t order anything from titan again.”

“My squat harness came in severely damaged and when I went to file my route claim by myself, the website was malfunctioning so I had to call Titan and they had to submit the route insurance claim themselves. That process was frustrating because the website didn't work. Overall, there were quite a few bumps in the road until the end when I had a titan employee submit a route insurance claim for me. They did send me another squat harness for no extra charge so that process I am happy with.”

“Ive bought two items and the service has been great. The items not so much. My olympic plates dont fit on the sleeves of my ez lift bar, and one of the bolts for my rack broke off in the way!”
