I received my order 3 weeks ago and was missing parts. I have been waiting since to get the required pieces. I don't have any updates except they are waiting on FedEx. At this point I already am paying on the equipment and it's just laying in pieces on my floor.

Purchased a lat pulldown attachment from them which had bad and bent welding on the bracers. They sent a replacement which came months later--which had even WORSE quality/bent parts of the bracer. I reached out and they told me to go to a welder. The company avoids any fault to their mistakes or bad quality control. If I could go back and change my home gym it would be to never have bought titan fitness. +1 star to be fair that there have been a couple CS reps that have honestly tried to help previously. But definitely a small amount of their reps are helpful. I'd say best bet is to actually call their CS, or they just respond with an excuse over email to avoid any solutions on their end.

I never got my weight plate holders because it was delivered to the wrong location. Using fedex was a nightmare to be able to change addresses so I still haven’t received the weight plate holders.

Very Good products at reasonable prices. However, shipping delays were not acceptable and products that arrived displayed heavily damaged packaging. What appeared to be outsourced customer service was a challenge and I did not receive the guidance that I needed to return a damaged product that I received. I was told to return the product in the box/package that I received. However, I explained that the 75 LB dum bell did not arrive in a package and was unsure how to return it with the paper shipping label that I received.

I like the equipment, but I received my bar at a 15% discount and then got a notice for the same bar at $50 off, which was a better deal. Three things... 1. Your marketing AI should be able to reference the fact that I already ordered the product and not send me a better deal a day AFTER I received the product at a lesser discount. 2. When this happens, you should reach out indicating that you will refund the difference and honor the lesser discount. 3. I did reach out to customer service explaining my position and have not received a response. You should respond.

First bar was bent. Second bar was slightly bent as well and holes in the mounting brackets were not large enough to accept the bar. A lot of extra time and work

The quality control of the build was lacking. The pull-up bar when placed into the holes of the supports the bar was at least 5 degrees off. I didn't measure it exactly. In order for the bar to sit in the supports at 90 degrees I needed to grind 1-2 millimeters off of both of the right lower and left upper parts of the holes on both supports. I wouldn't recommend this purchase unless you have the ability to correct the manufactures defect. One may be tempted to try to bend the support rotationally in order for the bar to sit at 90 degrees. This I would not recommend as it may compromise the welds of the bracket supports.

I’ve always seemed to have luck with Titan Equipment, I own a T3 folding rack and accessories which all seem to work well. Unfortunately one of the lever arms doesn’t pin to the rack correctly and isn’t functional as I had hoped.

Horrible instructions. There is no reason for that. I have 40 machines in my home that I have put together. This was the worst regarding instructions. I haven’t used this yet, but want to warn others it takes a lot of space and if you aren’t familiar with putting things together, don’t buy this. I am 5’11” and a experienced lifter. I had to set the hand bar grips all the way back. So if your shorter, this unit will not be for you.

The pad on the step stool coming off Wasn't glued on properly and one of the base pad was broken off.

First off the shipment was late a number days during which time it just said delayed. Secondly you need to emphasis the importance of getting the heights perfect and plum or assemble the bar before mounting to maintain alignment. I had to take all the bolts loose to assemble the bar. The other option is open up the tolerance on the holes - no way I could move the bar.

The new squat bar I purchased appeared to be used. It was packaged well however, at the base of one side of the bar where you load the weights was chipped at the end of the bar. Would have been professional to state the bar was used.

Unfortunately oversight was not part of an internet order. Parts that were specifically designed for parts to work together were not automatically correlated to the purchase. Now who knows how long before I get my part since it is out of stock. Some of my situation was remedied with incorrect products being sent, partial refund was given. But I needed that product now I have product I have no space for. As well as waiting on another partial refund for the out of stock product so I can purchase when in stock. Just a waiting game I hope, we shall see.

This is really the most useless piece of equipment I've ever purchased. It's too wide to use in a rack with standard J hooks, the grips are not at the standard width for any actual log, and the cylinder isn't wide enough to make it functional for practicing log cleans. If you want to use it to build a log press, have fun cleaning it (ow) since you can't rack it (unless you're using safety pins and have a rack tall enough for you to fully press out in... Hope you're 5 ft tall) and pressing from two positions that aren't available on a real log. Basically this bar's only purpose would be block Swiss bar pressing, but you lose out on one of the Swiss bar grips that way too. Do not buy this if you're thinking it's an easy way to have the benefits of an actual log and other things in your home gym. It's not remotely useful for that.

We were missing a lock nut and the seat had a rip in it. When I asked for a replacement for the seat I was only offered 10% off OR a new seat. I requested the new seat and was then told that they're on back order and it would be a while. Still waiting on both the lock nut and the seat.
