I purchased the Titan 2 short squat rack.The box I received had been previously opened and repackaged for sale. The nuts and bolts were loose in the bottom of the box and it was missing one of the J hooks. Titan did respond to the complaint which took about 4 days to get the missing part on the way. It’s been about 2 weeks since I purchased the rack and I’m still waiting for the hook so I can use it. Not real happy. The rack seems sturdy but can’t comment because it can’t be used with 1 J hook.

This will be the last time I order elite bumpers from Titan. I've spent $1,000 the last month on these plates and almost all came with serious defects. I had to file a complaint for a pair through PayPal it was so bad. The 10lbs came with dents in each plate, one so bad that it flattened one are so it isn't even round. Quality control isn't present and it appears they don't care. My gyms will just go somewhere else.

Long time customer. None of the nuts, bolts, and construction pieces were included. Reached out to customer service with no reply. Guess I’ll try an buy the accessories in Amazon.

The package had to go back to the shipper because the label was unreadable. By the time it arrived one edge of the box was shredded - looks like it was dragged on the ground and few of the posts were scratched. Not an unusual thing when you ship FedEx. There are no installation instructions.

Shipment arrived quickly and box was completely intact. Product was packaged nicely; HOWEVER, I RECEIVED 2 IDENTICAL PACKAGES OF BOLT HARDWARE AND NO WASHERS / NUTS. Not sure how that gets past QC and if one goes out that way; how many others have the wrong parts. Seems to be a common complaint in the reviews!

Most of my deliveries have been late, 3 seperate items Have been given a certain delivery date and they show up late and I’m still waiting on my cast iron plates that are also Late.

Was shipped the wrong item. Then when I came Costner service to let them know And try to get correct item, I was asked to send proof of incorrect item. I sent the pictures and was told they would get back to me in 24 hours. After 4 days, I called back in for an update and they told me to send proof again. Very frustrating.

Great price, but everything is oversized from the height to the handle size. Everything seems that it needs to be shrunk by about 60-75%

Idk why I keep buying Titan gear. The box for box squats, the holes dont line up n makes adjustments dangerous. This sled, I should return it but not really worth the hassle. Dont think about putting a 45 lb plate on this, wont fit. 25s at biggest. Really dunno who they were building this for.

Everything was fine overall, but the ruck plates had to be sanded to take off sharp edges and repainted. Thought it was a good deal compared to Goruck plate prices, but a brand on Amazon was even cheaper with much better finish and coating. Wish I had just ordered off of Amazon and skipped Titan...

The bench was in theory what we were needing/looking for. Based on the website and the reviews, I thought this would be a solid bench and company to work with. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. The bench cushion is literally half the size of the material there so the material is not tight to it. It looks like the material has been stretched out and like an old bench. I have had issues with getting assistance on getting this resolved as I would like to return it and get a replacement or just a refund at this point.

The delivery of my machine which weighed close to three hundred pounds was left in the driveway blocking my car in the garage without our knowledge. So my wife and I both over 60 years old had to break open the crate and drag the pieces into our garage. Then on the day of the delivery, I called customer service because I noticed the machine was on sale for an additional $261 off. When I asked for a price adjustment, they told me no. They only adjust prices within 24 hours of the purchase. Most retailers have a 7-30 day price adjustment policy.

It has been frustrating with our order. I have had no issues in the past with small orders but I recently had a large order of equipment and have had several issues. I would like to actually talk to a person rather than via email. We asked for a new bracket for a bench that we ordered 9 of for our new facility. I was told that a new bench would be sent instead. Last week a delivery was made but it had 9 new benches. We needed a new bracket. Not a new bench let alone 9 new ones. Something is off with your process. Please get a hold of me! (810) 962-9219

I bought a lever belt going by the measurements on the Titan web site I was a XL. When I got it it was too big. I wanted to exchange it for a large but Titan wouldn’t do an exchange. I had to send them pictures before they would accept a return and multiple emails back and forth. Titan accepted the return but charged me 30$. Then I had to order the large and by then the sale price was over and had to pay 25$ more than the original sale price.

Ordered two pairs of 5 lb change plates. 3 of the 4 plates were in perfect condition when arriving, but one change plate was damaged.

Packages that were ordered at the same time, arrived on different times; instructions were poor parts were missing. One of the pulley strings (in T3 lat pull-down assembly) is short and doesn’t fit. I hired a 3rd party to do assemblies and have now hit a roadblock and will have to pay additional money to disassemble.

Not happy at all. They left out all the connecting bolts for me to put the product together. I’ve purchased a lot of product from Titan over the years and I’ve been very happy thus far. I reached out to them regarding getting the bolts and it’s been taking over a week and a half to try to get anything resolved. I’m very disappointing as I have a piece of equipment in my gym that I cannot use. And I still have no idea when I’m going to receive all the connecting bolts to put the product together.

Saw a fixed, seated bench on sale that I had been looking at for awhile so I ordered it. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the 3 nuts required to secure the chair to the base we're missing from the packaging. I solved the problem with a run to my local hardware store and the nuts were not particularly expensive, but it doesn't seem like I should have to do that when I order a brand new product.

The 2 plates arrived but one of the plates was covered in a grease on the. Ag that surround the plate as well as all over the green weight plate itself - very disappointed as why would one plate arrive perfect and then other in the same box was all greasy ? Makes me think I got a used product ?
