Don’t know why bands would be sold without the matching pair. Nice bands, but not too excited about having to purchase another set just to have a pair.

I was far from impressed with the customer service of this company. I ordered during their sale time on Black Friday, they cancelled my order over a week later. Then I sat on hold 2 separate times for at least 30 minutes each time and really, their solution to me was, try to order online again. Then it wouldn't accept my credit card, so I had to call back, sit on hold, to have them do it manually. If this wasn't a gift my husband was really hoping for, I would have said screw it. I'm sure the product itself is good, but the service and company, not so much.

My 3x3 x3 rack has been dented by hand tightening by using normal pliers and I submitted pics to titan support.. The response was blaming me for the issue..I've had rogue 3x3 and 2x3 racks and NOT one time have I bent the steel by tightening the bolts. It's insulting. This is the downfall to using Chinese steel versus American steel.

Ordered three sets of chains. Two arrived falling out of the box. Very poor packaging. The last piece came about 5 days later in a different box because the original was completely destroyed. Needs to be packaged better to avoid this in the future.

the product was defective as I put it together. A bolt snapped in half with barely any torque. The customer service is dragging their feet replacing the defective part.

This is my second belt of the same kind. I wanted one for my home gym as well as for days where I needed to go to a fitness center. The first belt I bought has already started to come apart after 4/5 month in my possession. You cant beat the price but sadly the quality isn’t there.

Sliding plate was held up by up ties . As we were assembling the unit you have to physically put the heavy part of the machine where plate lies up in the air. It’s says you need to people which is impossible. You need more than that as part weights 200 lbs plus . Also my head almost got crushed by plate that broke loose from zip tie . I highly recommend ties plate with more heavy duty ties or something won’t break . Or my arms or legs anything could’ve got crushed. Machine is great but assembly need to be safer and needs to explain better . Overall my rating is only low for the near accident this could’ve caused. I highly recommend to check this serious issue with plate out so other costumers who purchase this unit don’t get seriously hurt .

My item arrives damaged - like dropped down a flight stairs, I contact the company via telephone - they ask for me to send in photos. I do. The new one is sent out to me. I am asked to send the old one back. In which fed ex refused to take. The Titan employee told me fed ex would take it. They would no without a scheduled delivery and the schedule is very full in the Phoenix area and I had schedule this multiple times only to not have taken because of the weight. I spent over 5 hours setting up a fed ex account which is required for pickups, scheduling, reschedules upon rescheduling, contacting Titan, photographing, and having to repackage the item with the small pieces of cardboard and tape, and dealing with the whole process on a item that the company still charged me full price on. The second one arrived with minimal damage but I’m not even reporting it cause this process is unacceptable. I don’t have another 5 hours to waste when they didn’t even offer anything other than oops.

Although we were see excited to receive our new rack, there were broken pieces that we are hoping to have repaired and/or replaced.

Was excited to order from Titan fitness the first time, however, my first experience didn’t go well. The packages came separate days and one of them was missing 3 major parts. I’ve had the reach out to the product team a few times instead of them following up with me. I do believe I will enjoy the machine once I get all the parts. Thanks

When I got home I found my box on top of my Christmas truck decorations. It was smashed. So you may been good but the fedex driver should be better.

Rack looks ok /sturdy overall, I Haven't set up the rack yet, but the shipping boxes/packaging materials were inadequate. Several Posts had scratches where they had exited the packaging and hit (probably) ground. While there is some. Responsibility on FedEx, the box and interior stabilizing packaging materials just didn't appear to me to be robust enough for shipping a heavy item. I'll deal with the scratched up prices where powder coat is gone as it's relatively small, but this is a Titan production problem more than a FedEx roughed it up problem.

1 session and the stone no longer opens. Stuck at weight, I was very careful and had 2 drop pads for unloading from platform, still broke.

The overall product seems to be quality. However, there was an issue with the seat adjustment bar. The bar does not line up with the channel that it is supposed to pass through. With a bit of force you can force it in but then the knob lock doesn’t line up with the holes so it’s unable to operate in any position but down. My problem isn’t really that as it’s probably just out of spec things happen. My problem is that I wrote an email on Sunday and have yet to receive a response. I then had to call on Tuesday just for them to tell me I need to write an email to which I explained I had and they found it. I’ve still not heard anything about this useless piece of metal in my gym to this point.

Ordered the pivoting tricep bar, came defective (left handle came right out after I put it together, and it came with no directions. Customer service takes forever. Not worth it. Used to love Titan, but they’ve gone downhill the last year while spiking their prices!
