“Ordered a weight lifting belt and measured according to the Titan website instructions. It specifically states if you’re between sizes to size down. I did. It didn’t fit, so I had to send it back. They charged shipping when I ordered it according to their website l.”

“Pulley machine works well. However, there are several scratches on black parts of machine from shipping. Also, a bunch of scrap metal was left in tower parts making it very difficult to remove scraps and properly assemble machine. Also, instructions were not very well laid out having you installing pulley wheels, only to have to remove them again to put in cables. Metal housing to house pulley wheels bend too easily as well.”

“My First 80lb. Dumbbell came nicely packaged in the box but the 2nd Dumbbell arrived with no box and only a label attached to the handle. I have ordered many products from Titan Fitness and my experience has always been surprisingly great but this was a bit of a disappointment.”

“Received the Kip Bar but not in perfect condition as one would expect. The primary wooden rod connecting the two stands was actually caked in mud (seriously). It was as if they were missing a component prior to shipping it out and someone ran out into the yard, grabbed a rake, cut off the handle and shipped it as a replacement (also hard as concrete at one end and fragile at the other; not safe for a kid to swing on, honestly). Very weird. It was also lot long enough to properly attach to the external stands. There was also older damage to the base of one of the stands (deep scratches through the paint where rust had started to accumulate. I've written Titan in hopes of getting this resolved. All in all, I really do like Titan's products, have purchased quite a bit from them over the years and will continue to shop from them in the future. I'm sure this was a minor oversight given the Christmas rush to fulfill orders, as I've never had this issue with any of their products in the past. Just sucks that this was going to be a Christmas present for my 5 year old.”

“Definitely not a good tricep bar or a curl bar, but I do like it for seated back rows. The bar is not balanced correctly and is very awkward to handle.”

“I ordered 3 machines. 2 of them never come with instructions (I had to go and print it which is ok) my main problem is it’s NOT good if you are 6ft long. Even 5.7ft. The machines are not for bodybuilders are for just tall people. It’s extremely small.”

“I was far from impressed with the customer service of this company. I ordered during their sale time on Black Friday, they cancelled my order over a week later. Then I sat on hold 2 separate times for at least 30 minutes each time and really, their solution to me was, try to order online again. Then it wouldn't accept my credit card, so I had to call back, sit on hold, to have them do it manually. If this wasn't a gift my husband was really hoping for, I would have said screw it. I'm sure the product itself is good, but the service and company, not so much.”

“My 3x3 x3 rack has been dented by hand tightening by using normal pliers and I submitted pics to titan support.. The response was blaming me for the issue..I've had rogue 3x3 and 2x3 racks and NOT one time have I bent the steel by tightening the bolts. It's insulting. This is the downfall to using Chinese steel versus American steel.”

“Ordered three sets of chains. Two arrived falling out of the box. Very poor packaging. The last piece came about 5 days later in a different box because the original was completely destroyed. Needs to be packaged better to avoid this in the future.”

“the product was defective as I put it together. A bolt snapped in half with barely any torque. The customer service is dragging their feet replacing the defective part.”

“This is my second belt of the same kind. I wanted one for my home gym as well as for days where I needed to go to a fitness center. The first belt I bought has already started to come apart after 4/5 month in my possession. You cant beat the price but sadly the quality isn’t there.”
