The rack itself is fine. So far does its task and feels sturdy and safe. The lack of stars is based on the fact that the entire shipment arrived damaged. Every piece of the rack is scratched up and the barbell plate's rubber is knicked and marked up. When you spend over $2,000 (rack and weights with accessories) and literally every piece shows up scuffed, knicked, or scratched it really shakes your confidence in a brand. And then when you ask for some compassion and compensation they tell you to take a discount code for future purchases or to just send everything back. Mind you that's over 700lbs of material to ship back in boxes that arrived destroyed. Not going to happen. Overall, real lackluster service leaving a disappointed customer with higher hopes.

Titan Fitness ships their products fast, I will give them that. Though that said, their refund policy is horrible. First of all, you will only receive a partial refund because of some restocking fee. Second, you will have to pay to ship the product back then. Given how heavy some of their products are like the T-2 Power Rack, it will cost a lot to ship it back to them. So after finding out the T-2 I ordered was too short for my taste, I'm kind of stuck with it. Will probably look to someone else for exercise equipment in the future.

This could easily have been a 4 star review, but after the last couple of orders I cannot, in good conscious, do that. While I enjoy the gear I have gotten from Titan Fitness, I feel they need to update several things for the consumer. I did not know my last product was 2 packages until i went to install the first package. And the "card" they put in the box with a URL to visit for guidance installing was not a valid url. That was the 3rd time that happened with a purchase from titan. With the last order, they sent internal bushings that were not able to be used, and the directions were not good. Thank goodness for YouTube!

The foot pad or brace is a poor design. It doesn’t secure or adjust to all sizes. I purchased another unit the Goplus Deep Squat Machine for $150 less with awesome adjustable feet padding to secure feet and multi-functional exercises.

The uprights have rust on multiple sections and one of the shelves is bent. Much cheaper than competitors, but would not have expected these issues.

Im not sure if my product was defective/broken out of the factor or maybe the delivery person dropped the product. The box had a caved in corner. It also had a broken support arms. I repaired myself. Overall a good box for training.

Unfortunately, this purchase was a let down. I bought these mats to help stabilize my peloton bike. The mats are very thick which is great but the rubber itself is softer than I anticipated. Also, one of the pads had a small chunk missing on the bottom corner which is disappointing (not sure if this happened during shipping). The return policy makes this even worse - paying to ship them back and a 20% restock fee would virtually result in me paying money to have received these. I understand there’s a cost of doing business but I will not purchase from Titan again with the current return policy. Too much risk if the product doesn’t work/fit/meet expectations. Thanks.

Each v3 high pulley tower I received was missing a single nylon nut needed to complete assembly. I called Titan, waited on hold for nearly an hour before being disconnected. I called back and got someone who basically told me they had to open a case and it would take 5 business days to hear back on the case and then another period of time to ship the replacements. Instead I just went down to Home Depot and purchased parts myself that did the job. A $2 fix vs a ruined customer experience. You get what you pay for with Titan. I’ve been a longtime customer and will likely continue because they are the cheapest around.

When I received the product it was missing 2 of the corner connectors. I reached out to customer service and waited on hold for 10+ minutes so I used the “press 2 to receive a call back” feature. I never received a call back so tried again, this time I received a call back but got disconnected and didn’t receive another call. On my 3rd attempt I decided I would hang in there and wait, after 15 minutes I was able to finally speak to someone. He said he needed approval to send me the 2 parts I needed and I would get an email confirmation the next day. The email I got the next day started they didn’t have the parts and I was going to receive a whole new frame… So I ended up receiving the full package again, I’m not sure why they didn’t just open that package and send me the pieces I needed. By sending me the full frame again I ended up with a bunch of extra metal that I had no use for that I had to dispose of. The product itself is fine but the rubber mats do not fit in to the frame without being cut. If you’re going to buy this make sure you have access to and the ability to use a skillsaw as this is the only way you’ll be able to cut them. If I could do it again I think I would have spent a little more and bought a better product.

Products were a little lower quality than I have seen with my prior Titan Fitness orders. Eccentric hooks have a sloppy mold so there is sharp metal on the underside that scratches the bar. The T-2 catch racks do not sit flush with the rack, no matter the positioning. Now the bad part... The shipping guarantee was not fulfilled first off. Customer service hung up on me 3+ times during the process of trying to figure out where the packages were. My 4 small items shipped in 2 separate orders out of the same warehouse, of which 2 of the items were never updated over the entire 12-day shipping process. The items arrived on separate days, and upon contacting FedEx customer service, they had no idea if the order had even been received from Titan. In continuation with the customer service issue, I requested an email confirmation of a trouble ticket being issued, requested a call back from a manager multiple times, as well as being promised the sales team would be reaching out to solve my account issue. None of these requests or promises were ever fulfilled. The only information I gathered from the customer service department was that they could not help with anything, not even confirming the packages had been shipped from Titan's warehouse.

The product I purchased is sold almost everywhere else as a set, so I assumed that was what I would be getting when I placed an order for 45 lb bumper plates. To my surprise, only one showed up in an extremely tattered and torn box. I spoke with customer service and they made me aware of my obligation to pay shipping and a TWENTY percent restock fee. It feels like this was an attempt at forcing me to spend more money at Titan, because what does one do with one bumper plate? Thankfully, I am not the only victim of this scam, as I found another in my city who was selling their ONE matching 45 lb bumper plate from Titan at a discounted price. It worked out decently enough for me, but Titan should emphasize the single plate or sell it as a set. The description is misleading and the return process is absurd.

I contacted Titan fitness via chat to ensure that the mass storage shelving would hold kettlebells and that no other accessories were needed. I was told they would and I ordered the unit. It arrived with only minor damage 9which seems from reviews to be normal for titan) however, the shelves will not hold kettlebells. I've contacted TItan via email and chat but other than receiving a resposne that the message was received I've not been given any information on how to make this product do what it was purchased for: hold kettlebells

I didn’t receive all the parts for my order so it is unusable until we receive them. So two stars for not making sure everything was included before shipping. However, customer service was kind. I wish the missing parts would’ve been expedited as we are still waiting one week later to use the new equipment

Would love it if it fit my rack. I thought the order didn't go through as I received an error on the site. I was relieved because it doesn't fit my rack but then after asking about the charges it was sent. I would like to return and order something else.
