“Box holding workout bar was a wreck. Your company needs to upgrade to something more formidable besides relying on whichever shipping service you use to get the product to the customer without damage. Otherwise the products I purchased were of really good quality, highly recommend!!!”

“Titan fitness has a great quality product. The instructions were a little confusing because 70% of it was completed before it got here. Which made it way easy to put together but I had to spend about 15 minutes figuring out where my first step was in the instructions. They need to be updated to reflect that if this is the case. Otherwise the product is great. Delivered earlier than expected which was amazing.”

“The pulley cable tower came all bent up so I had to use a hammer to straighten everything back out in order to connect the pulleys. Other than that everything is sturdy and feels more solid than expected. I ordered the T3 rack, 2 wall mounted pulley towers, and a bench. The bench was super solid and basically already put together out the box. The nylon pulleys catch and aren’t as smooth as a commercial gym but that’s to be expected. Overall really great experience.”

“All was received intact. I was quite surprised after receiving other gym equip. Unfortunately one of the stainless guides was a bit scratched ...important part to be damaged. :(”

“overall I am very pleased with Titan Fitness. It is probably closer to a 5 than a 4, but I gave it a 4, because I wanted to give a little feedback on the product I ordered. I ordered the Lever Arm Leg Press Attachment, and although it is great, very strong, and works well. It is very heavy, and hard to setup with one person. I would higly recomend doing an aluminum version that is much ligher, with a lower weight limit. I only need about 300 lbs, so the 1200 lbs is way overkill, and at 60 lbs it is very hard to connect. I would love a 20 lb version that can do 500 lbs. Other than that, it is great, and I am happy you at least make the heavy duty version (nobocy else does), and it is at a very reasonable price.”

“The product is excellent and a good price. I had to give it four stars out of five because two of the most iimportant bolts are so short that their threads do not engage the nylon ring in the nylock nuts. These are the vertical bolts around which the sliding pulley assembly moves. It seems to me that the brackets through which the bolts pass were welded to the slide in slightly the wrong position. When the bolts are run through, they are too short. A few more mm would be enough to engage the nylon ring. I will fix with loctite. But overall, the product, shipping and price are great.”

“Overall, not bad. They are like, one step up from Walmart but not quite Target. Some of their details about their equip could use some work but I mostly buy accessories. Two things I got from them that I love is the standing 6 hole barbell holder and their magnetic barbell cuffa.”

“Parts shipped and arrived as expected. Parts are high quality and well made. Packaging was pretty torn up but the parts were fine. Everything works as expected. The folding rack could use more complete directions, specifically guidance on size/length of stringer mounting bolts and/or design loads (shear, tension, etc).”

“The easy load hex bar works as described. However, There is a lot to be desired in their packaging. I received my first bar about a week after ordering the unit arrived with the outside box smashed and it had holes. Upon unboxing, the six aggressively knurled handles were loose inside the box. This allowed them to scuff, scratch and gouge the paint and main portion of the bar. Upon assembly, there are four separate triangle plates that hold the handles to the bar. All four plates were missing a screw hole. I contacted customer service, they were extremely helpful and sent out to replacement bar. When that bar arrived, the packaging was in pristine condition, but once again on the inside, the six neural handles had caused quite a bit of damage. It appears each of the handles has their own bubble wrapped plastic sleeve that they are inserted into, but the sleeve is not sealed so they just fell out and caused all the damage. Overall, the bar does work as described, and customer service was quick to respond.”

“Timely delivery, assembly was tough at the start but once you figure it out it eases up. Instructions are very barebones. The holes on the mount that the weights go on at rest were incorrectly sized but luckily I had a tool to increase the hole area a bit for the screws.”

“Have purchased a number of items from Titan, they have been quality products and cheaper than Rogue for the same type items. Their dumbbells and stand have been great. Will always compare before I buy, but Titan products will always be considered before I make a purchase.”
