DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I bought this 20 pound vest along with the 60 pound vest. The 20… well it sucks. (Sorry). It sucks becausE the “pockets” that hold each individual weight have “gaps” ALONG the side and overtime (took less then a month for me) the fabric will start to stretch making these gaps larger and larger. To the point that youll go on a run with all the weights…. Feel like the run is getting easier and easier… only to realize that it was only getting easier because all the weights in the back of the vest were falling out. Zoom in on the picture. Look at the weights. You’ll see what i mean.

Return policy is worse on the website itself compared to third party storefronts (ex. eBay and Amazon). Return department was difficult to understand and despite return shipping being covered through other sites, I was required to cover shipping myself (with retail rates starting at $170 for a 128 lb shipment). Neither returns or sales were willing to offer an upgrade to the X3 model in exchange, despite the product being unopened (an almost $400 profit had the salesman even attempted to discuss terms).

One part arrived defective due to a manufacturing issue. When I asked for a replacement part, it took days to get a response and resolution. However, because the item was out of stock, I was going to have to wait weeks for the replacement.

exchanging is not an option, only returns and you have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee. I understand if you returning a product but if you want to exchange for the same product but a different size etc., it is ridiculous. Also to return a product I had to email the company multiple times.

I still have not received a refund on the equipment I returned after purchase. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from this company! You can't get ahold of anyone who ACTUALLY has the ability to help. And every time I send the customer service department an email I get an automated reply...to which...they don't reply but reassign to another case # and then confuse the whole matter again and again. All I want is MY MONEY BACK for the items I returned, UNOPENED, and in perfect condition!

As documented in my emails my experience with Titan was the worst. Should never have strayed from Rogue. Being along time Rogue client decided to try two of Titans items for our gym - the reverse hyper and t bar row. Upon measuring the space for the reverse hyper my wife realized the space would be tight and we needed to reconfigure the space first before making the order. And so after ordering at around midnight online we called Titan to cancel before 8am the next morning. The Titan rep told us it would be hard to cancel as it had already been loaded and shipped! Explained that’s not possible but even if so to return it as we were to cancel. The rep told us we could return it for a 20% restocking fee upon arrival. Told the rep we had ordered an enormous amount of equipment with Rogue and others in the past and never had a problem canceling an order even if made a day or so after the order was placed. The hyper (a very large two package item) was obviously shipped to us quick and delivered when we were away and left on our door step without signature - we were lucky it was not stolen as it sat there for three days. Titan then informed us they had cancelled the second item the TBar row, which never shipped, and to add insult to injury charged us the 20% restocking fee on that item anyway! We have never received such horrible service and such shameful conduct from a large American company in years and although we never leave negative reviews or engage in such trash talk we feel that in your case we may change our policy as we feel the Better Business Bureau and Google should learn of the way your company at no time attempted to assist us with our order in any way to our satisfaction and in fact went on to add insult to injury with a charge for an item never shipped. It’s also of interest that the item shipped was of poor quality with poor alignments and we should have returned it despite the inconvenience involved. We will obviously not be making the mistake of choosing Titan over Rogue ever again. Our experience with Rogue has always been first class as has their products. Our reviews will reflect this fact.

My arm blaster arrived dented, to the point that the entire shape of the device is altered. For what the device is for, this greatly affects the entire function, or ability to use it. I submitted pictures of it, and the damage, as soon as I received it and have heard nothing back. I'm extremely disappointed.

Received broken. Support took over a week to tell me that they would "investigate" and it may take up to 30 days. I'm just out the equipment for 5 weeks, now?

TITAN is making returns impossible. Tho get a return form you have to chat with a live agent who will hide behind a chat bot. Waited half a day for an agent who never responded and never received the return form.

The bag is built well enough, but the closures do not hold the sand in. The sand keeps leaking out of the bag. It was dropping sand on my head during workouts. I bought another sandbag from another company to replace it. It could be alright if you aren't going to fill it with sand.

Filler pad too big to fit and came with only part of the Velcro attachment and nothing to attach to. The actual bench is so wide it’s difficult to straddle for a 5’4” female as well. Bolts are difficult to fit holes. Reached out a few weeks ago to customer service with pictures about just the filler pad and no Velcro and know one has contacted me to resolve issue.
