If it comes within 2 weeks it's a miracle Make sure you check their return policy before you order it costs more to send it back than to just keep the wrong product

What I ordered did not work with my equipment. I called to get instructions on a return, only to find out that I will be charged over $20 for restocking fee and I have to pay for it to be returned. Oh, not to mention I need to send pictures of the item before returning it. I will NEVER order from this company again

Poor customer service. The rep sounded annoyed and made me feel like I was getting the runaround when I asked to speak with a manager. No apologies on a back order and no additional discount on an additional item I was thinking about getting. The conversation ended with him hanging up on me. Not interested in doing any further business with this company. If you’re promoting health and fitness, part of that includes not making the customer feel like you’re being dismissive and bothered doing your job.

Didn’t do great! My order was missing parts and I’ve yet to hear back from someone on replacing it and/or providing some type of discount for the aggravation. I understand things happen but it’s how you handle those situations that separates good vs bad customer service. Thanks

I was really excited to to try the Titan Fitness Youth 3-In-1 Heavy Foam Plyo Box – 12" x 14" x 16". We received it quickly and we got it right out of the box and started to use it for my 8 and 10 year old hockey and lacrosse players. After only 8 days of both kids working out with the Plyo box under my supervision (so I know it wasn't mishandled), the outside vinyl cover started to tear open. Sad that the product is not more sturdy and reliable than it is. An 8 year old and a 10 year old, doing 1 workout per day on this should not cause this product that much damage. I am extremely disappointed with the durability of this product considering it costs A LOT of money for something used for youth athletes.

I am having problems with my V2 Lat pulldown machine. I have told those involved that the problem is simple. The weight plate fits too tightly against the silver pulls causing too much friction. The weight you are lifting is not accurate as it sticks. I'm guessing, this is why you sent some lubricant to me in the original packaging. Your company obviously have had problems with this so you added the lubricant. The lubricant helped but it is not acceptable. Poor product. Wouldn’t buy again. Returns are a joke, they take 20% to restock. Poor business model. Use REP fitness next time. Much better.

I ordered the 2 40 pound kettlebells. They came with manufacturer defects. The power coating was poor, parts were already peeling, and very sharp to the skin on the handles due to poor molds. Titan wants me to pay for return shipping and pay for re-stocking fees. I am never ordering from this company again and neither should any one else.

I was very disappointed to learn that the product I purchased went on sale shortly thereafter for a significant amount less than the amount I purchased the item for and, even though it was within 30 days of purchase, I was told that I was not eligible for a price adjustment due to Titan Fitness' policy. I was informed that I would have to go through the inconvenience of returning the item and repurchasing it at the lower price. This is not consistent with my experiences with similar retailers and is also not consistent with the level of customer service I have experienced with reputable retailers.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I bought this 20 pound vest along with the 60 pound vest. The 20… well it sucks. (Sorry). It sucks becausE the “pockets” that hold each individual weight have “gaps” ALONG the side and overtime (took less then a month for me) the fabric will start to stretch making these gaps larger and larger. To the point that youll go on a run with all the weights…. Feel like the run is getting easier and easier… only to realize that it was only getting easier because all the weights in the back of the vest were falling out. Zoom in on the picture. Look at the weights. You’ll see what i mean.

Return policy is worse on the website itself compared to third party storefronts (ex. eBay and Amazon). Return department was difficult to understand and despite return shipping being covered through other sites, I was required to cover shipping myself (with retail rates starting at $170 for a 128 lb shipment). Neither returns or sales were willing to offer an upgrade to the X3 model in exchange, despite the product being unopened (an almost $400 profit had the salesman even attempted to discuss terms).

One part arrived defective due to a manufacturing issue. When I asked for a replacement part, it took days to get a response and resolution. However, because the item was out of stock, I was going to have to wait weeks for the replacement.
