I received my chest supported row and it shakes and is very wobbly. Everything is assembled correct but both the foot plate and main chest base are very wobbly. I have emailed and haven’t received a resolution as to what can be down about this. Not what I expected from a brand new piece of equipment! I purchased 4 total pieces and definitely don’t recommend Titan as the quality seems very lackluster.

They did not send all the bolts. Each support member requires 4 bolts, so a pair of supports should have 8 bolts. I ordered two pair and received 8 instead of 16 bolts.

Poor customer service, directions for install is off by several inches so now I have a poor fitting rack. Quality of the product it the only thing that was good

Poor customer service and return policy needs amending. If you order anything from Titan and it doesn’t work out be prepared to lose money. They require you to pay the return shipping and you get hit with a 20% restock fee. Gives me a lot of pause ever ordering from them going forward.

The packing was poor. The weight shifted causing the box to shred. I have photos if you'd like them. The parts list in the packaging was in Chinese. Although your online instructions are thorough, the hardware was in a bag in a blank white box. Fed Ex called me apologizing for the poor condition of the shipment. A couple weeks back I ordered a leg extension curl which was packed and shipped safely. Instructions clear and well organized with parts numbered and hardware clearly marked. For the prone leg curl perhaps these suggestions may help. Pack with molded foam in lieu of 5 or 6 blocks or pads of loose foam. Straps around the box in both directions and tape them as with the leg extension shipment. Parts list in English. The welds on the prone leg curl are the poorest & slopiest I've seen in a while. The 2 pieces of equipment are side-by-side in my gym. They are night and day in workmanship, fit & finish. China manufactured goods need to be supervised consistently and overseen in packing and shipping. Maybe it works for your bottom line managing costs but the product is a mighty poor presentation. I bought the tricep machine. That was what you would expect to put together. This inverted light press is absurdly difficult to put together a friend of mine who is a handyman and was interested in getting one helped me and he said not a chance would never buy one

I have ordered alot from y'all previously. I bought a open item box and figured @ only 25% off that it would still be usable. Unfortunately I was wrong. You sent without all the hardware, bushing were bad, and no instructions. So basically worthless. Needless to say I've learned my lesson and will no longer buy any products from you.

I placed an order for a rackable EZ Curl Bar. A week later I received an email that the product is no longer available. I never received a refund. A couple of weeks later I received an email advertisement that the rackable EZ Curl Bar is back in stock. I thought perhaps I might receive another email indicating my EZ Curl Bar was going to be shipped soon but I didn't get a notice. I called customer service, they said they had to check with finance to verify I had originally paid for the EZ Curl Bar and she would return my call. I never received a return call. A week later I received an email indicating my EZ Curl Bar was being shipped. It took another two weeks to arrive because of shipping label problems. When I finally received the product it would not fit on my rack! It's too narrow!

Make it impossible to return i guess is a good business model for the business owne. 20% restocking plus costumer pays for shipping. That literally is half the value of the purchase. Low moral compass

If I could give zero stars for your customer service I would. I tried to cancel an item that I had purchased within 15 min of buying it and I was unable to. Then, to have to pay the ridiculous restocking fee is absurd even for an unopened box. I will never again purchase anything from this company. Take a page from Rep Fitness and maybe you will learn something about what great customer service truly is all about. Never again will I spend my hard earned money here. Horrible!

Products are complete junk. I will never buy any of Titans products again. I felt like I got beat up second hand gear and the workmanship was horrible

I ordered a flat bench from Titan. Then I read all the bad reviews of products being delivered damaged. Sure enough Fed Ex dropped off a busted up box with pieces hanging out of holes. Titan washes there hands of it, they add a charge from Route Insurance to cover issues. Thats a headache and they only return money to paypal if your lucky, minus taxes and other fees. All I can say is they dont package up stuff very well for all the weight and shippers deliver junk. Do your homework, I learned the hard way!

I first ordered a leg press/hack squat machine. It arrived damaged and had to be returned. As I was following the tracking I realized you were sending two replacements. It took 5 phone calls before someone actually stopped the second order…kind of crazy, but ok. This time I ordered a machine on back order (which was fine) but in less than 24 hours I got a notification it was shipping, but the address was wrong. So I called “customer service” (we will use that term loosely) to correct the address and was told it was going to cost $20 to fix it. Then I was informed that the “other part” of the order wouldn’t ship for another 4-6 weeks. I asked them to ship it all at once. I understood it was back ordered and was fine with waiting. I was told that couldn’t happen since it was awaiting pick up. Again my response was to cancel the pick up and ship it out at the same time. They said it was on the loading dock and couldn’t be stopped. I told them to just put it back on the shelf and that I didn’t want to warehouse a box for 4-6 weeks awaiting more parts and decided to cancel the order. This was within 24 hours of placing the order. I than began the process of calling multiple times and speaking to your “customer service” department to try and obtain my refund, which by the way, as of today, I have only received half of. I have asked to speak to supervisors who are never available and never return a call. We are now more than a month since the order was cancelled and I have called about 10 times…awaiting my refund. On the bright side and the reason I placed my order in the first place, I love my leg press/hack squat machine. It’s fantastic, and I was hoping for another great addition to my home gym.

item was poorly packaged and fell out of the cardboard tube in transit. a single layer of tape around the outside and a plastic cap was all that was holding a 25lb curl bar from coming out and it sure did. To Titan's credit, I did get a refund but was promptly reminded that it's not their issue after the product leaves the warehouse and shipping insurance is the only way to ensure your product is appropriately shipped.
