I first ordered a leg press/hack squat machine. It arrived damaged and had to be returned. As I was following the tracking I realized you were sending two replacements. It took 5 phone calls before someone actually stopped the second order…kind of crazy, but ok. This time I ordered a machine on back order (which was fine) but in less than 24 hours I got a notification it was shipping, but the address was wrong. So I called “customer service” (we will use that term loosely) to correct the address and was told it was going to cost $20 to fix it. Then I was informed that the “other part” of the order wouldn’t ship for another 4-6 weeks. I asked them to ship it all at once. I understood it was back ordered and was fine with waiting. I was told that couldn’t happen since it was awaiting pick up. Again my response was to cancel the pick up and ship it out at the same time. They said it was on the loading dock and couldn’t be stopped. I told them to just put it back on the shelf and that I didn’t want to warehouse a box for 4-6 weeks awaiting more parts and decided to cancel the order. This was within 24 hours of placing the order. I than began the process of calling multiple times and speaking to your “customer service” department to try and obtain my refund, which by the way, as of today, I have only received half of. I have asked to speak to supervisors who are never available and never return a call. We are now more than a month since the order was cancelled and I have called about 10 times…awaiting my refund. On the bright side and the reason I placed my order in the first place, I love my leg press/hack squat machine. It’s fantastic, and I was hoping for another great addition to my home gym.

item was poorly packaged and fell out of the cardboard tube in transit. a single layer of tape around the outside and a plastic cap was all that was holding a 25lb curl bar from coming out and it sure did. To Titan's credit, I did get a refund but was promptly reminded that it's not their issue after the product leaves the warehouse and shipping insurance is the only way to ensure your product is appropriately shipped.

I’m extremely disappointed in the products that were delivered to me. Not only did I have several items destroyed and dented sent to me, your company called it cosmetic damage.

I never write reviews but I had to put this out here …Horrible Company , terrible customer service and poorly made products. My pull up bar came bent. My X-3 series squat rack was shipped to me with no parts to assemble it. I reached out to their product support team 3 months ago and they assured me they would send me the parts to assemble my squat rack …they never did, I called again every few weeks and they told me the same thing and 3 months later still no parts. Now I have a squat rack un assembled sitting in my garage. Go buy rogue , spend the extra cash and get a better quality product and save yourself from the headache of dealing with this company. Everything I got from rogue was high quality and nothing was missing and they have customer service that actually speaks English and cares. Run away from titan, they essentially stole money from me.

I received a damaged product and was offered $3.50 in compensation. I replied multiple times regarding my disappointment. I was then offered $7.00. This is absolutely embarrassing. First and last time buying from Titan.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! The arrived non-functional. The bar was not assembled correctly by the warehouse so hole inserts are not aligned. Since it’s not aligned, I can not attach the pull up bar to my T3 series rack. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for weeks now with no help or response! Whenever i call, the call would “drop”, when i tried the chat all they would say is “we will send this info to our product team”. And when i email, i get an automatic response about their response time delay. it just goes into circles. I now have to go to my bank to decline the transaction. Highly don’t recommend this company. Not sure If I got unlucky or getting scammed.

Dissatisfied with the experience. Realized I ordered the wrong size BBs and tried to cancel the order within 5 minutes of placing it. Was told it couldn't be canceled and that the BBs would be shipped and I would have to pay to return them. Very poor experience.

Worst experience I have ever had with Titan. Item description is mislabeled but because the item is marked as "scratch and dent", they will not take any steps to remedy the situation. I literally wasted $150 for a useless product. Buyer beware. Ask a representative at Titan for EXACT measurements before ordering something marked as "compatible will all Titan power racks". This is a flat out lie.
