Scratch and dent item came incomplete, with no hardware. I need to buy all the screws/nuts/bolts retail, and the additional cost will negate the discount I received from buying scratch and dent rather than a regular item. I called to complain and the company was polite but useless. Would not buy again.

Package never arrived. When I checked the delivery it said it was damaged 3 days prior and no one got back to me, then took me hours to get to their customer service. Had to get refunded and lose the extra money I paid for protecting the package. I’m sure the squat rack was decent but not buying or recommending buying here again.

I purchased a Roman Chair Back Hyperextension from Titan Fitness for $228.40, advertised as new. Upon arrival, multiple parts were scratched, rusted, and bent, indicating it was not new. I provided photo evidence and attempted resolution, but the merchant only offered a minimal partial refund (~18.5%). They eventually provided generic options (replacement, partial refund, or return). After a series of back and forth emails I decided to just return the item. When I requested a full refund with pickup due to the defective condition, their final response was dismissive and procedural rather than solution-oriented: “The Return PDF must be attached to the package or inside of the package to be eligible for refund, if a refund is applicable.” At no point did they acknowledge the inconvenience of receiving a damaged product or the burden of repackaging large, defective equipment. This process was unnecessarily prolonged and frustrating. As a repeat customer, I expected better service and accountability. Instead, I was left with defective equipment and no reasonable resolution.The whole experience was not how you treat a repeat customer or a new customer.

The assembly is complicated and there is no support instructional video for this model to assist. The call-in for support is terrible.

If I could give zero stars I would. To start off, my package arrived and the box containing my uprights was damaged, and there was a decent scratch on it. I went ahead and started opening boxes, because I was eager to put my power rack together and start using it. As I was opening everything, I noticed that I was missing the ENTIRE top section of my power rack. Not only that, I am missing the flat foot pieces of my rack as well. In other words, I can’t even put the rack together. Once I noticed this I immediately reached out to Titan hoping they would make this right. After numerous phone calls and emails (including verifying what I had actually received), I still have no idea what they’re going to do about it. I’ve been told multiple times I would get an updated order number emailed to me by the end of the day, and still no word. I’ve been hung up on, not called back, and I have received ZERO help towards resolving this issue. For weeks now, I’ve had boxes just sitting in my gym waiting on an answer. The shipping, the customer service, etc is a joke. I’m at the point now where I just want them to come get these boxes out out of my gym and give me a refund.

Received my items quickly, that’s the only positive. - 25 lb cast iron plates arrived with metal “spillage” all over the back side (did they send me scratch and dent? I paid for “new”. Was told “it’s normal and part of the casting process. Smh. - incline bench had defective hardware so was unable to fully assemble (m8 locking but wasn’t machined). I went to local hardware store and purchase a replacement to hold me over until sent a new one. New one was sent out but it was silver (not black like originally purchased) and support said “we ran out of black so this is all we have” smh. I mentioned I’d like to return the defective items and they said I’m liable for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. FOR THEIR ERRORS! Smh. Nope! Then they said if I decided to keep their junk I can receive a $9 refund for the defective cast iron plates. SMH. Lesson learned. I got what I paid for. Junk. Go with Rogue and spend a little more. Titan Fitness is the Payless shoe store of fitness equipment. Bow i know!

Poor packaging. I find funkos i order packed better. That being said: item arrived scuffed and dented due to a very thin box cheap tape for a 23 pnd bar. Nothing to brace it or secure it during shipping. Was gonna order weights but after how poorly titan packages it's products this is a lesson learned.

I’m very disappointed in the product I received. The parts were not packed in a thoughtful way, but simply just thrown into the box. When I opened the box, it was a complete scrambled mess and as a result several pieces were bent and chipped and the product is currently unusable. The metal is bent so badly I cannot even assemble the cable tower. I do not recommend buying from Titan. This is my first experience and I can honestly say it is worth paying more and buying from Rep or Rogue.

With a burgeoning love for kettlebell, I found that Titan fitness was the best company to go to for this. I was hoping to buy Titan products for life. But the service you have given me has left with me with the worst shopping experience I’ve had. I was sent the completely wrong product, some cheap price of rope. Then when I reached out to you, I was told you would let me know when my new one was sent out to me. After waiting more days then I was told to expect I reached out AGAIN to see where and when my new product was coming. Only to find out, that I a paying customer, was forgotten about and that you had no more of the product I was looking for. Happily though, I took my refund and will never EVER buy a Titan product. Thank you for the awful experience, my hard earned money will go elsewhere.

My package came damaged with multiple holes in the box and missing one handle and one sleeve. Kinda hard to use without all of the parts. I have filed a claim and 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for a response regarding the remedy. Be aware if you order from Titan and your order is damaged or missing parts you will be waiting a long time for a resolution. In my opinion, from here on out I will not buying titan equipment. Dealing with a third party to remedy a problem with the order that is not my fault, and I paid for the ‘protection insurance’, is not acceptable. I will spend more money on reputable products that don’t source out their customer service. I have sent multiple emails and get AI generated customer services responses that have no clarity or details to them. Good luck, buyer be aware.

Terrible customer service. No one is available to answer calls and when they do respond by email they don’t even acknowledge the issues you are experiencing. Not worth the headaches. Stay away and from this place if you don’t want to be on your own tracking down your order over 2 weeks later.

I ordered the Performance Series Adjustable Bench when it was discounted thinking it looked like a great deal compared to other benches. However once it arrived, the poor quality showed. As I started the process to assemble it, I noticed what looked like to be rust. Furthermore, several pieces appeared to be scratched. Moreover, during the assembly, I noticed some steps had already been completed. This was frustrating. I spent additional time looking for said parts when they were already attached. This made me believe my order was a possible return. Overall, it was a negative experience before even using the equipment.

Received pull up bar and immediately noticed large holes or gaps in the welds. I can easily see contamination and rust inside the bar. I reported this to Titan, and Titan sent a replacement pull up bar with larger holes in welds. Unbelievable. I don’t know what to say? Should I post video reviews on YouTube? Should J post reviews and photos on Reddit? I know Titan provides a one (1) year warranty, and perhaps this is the build quality that Titan provides?
