Your return policy isn’t good. I bought a dip bar that doesn’t fit the yoke I bought it for, and am getting a hard time returning it. Being demanded I take a picture of the issue in order to return and not get charged 20% restocking fee or charged shipping. That’s ridiculous, it doesn’t fit and it’s huge and a hassle to unpack again

My equipment arrived with parts missing. After spending 35 minutes on hold with your service support team, I was promised that replacement parts would be shipped within a day or two. That was over a week ago and I’ve not received any confirmation that the missing parts have been shipped. Also, your assembly instructions could be easier to follow. The documents do not do a very good job explaining the how and when to use the different nuts and bolts. I’m now at the limit of my patience and ready to share this information on Yelp and Reddit.

I had two orders. One being the rack and the other be the weights. I received the rack and part of the weights. Now they cannot tell me when the rest of my order for weights will be in. The missing part of the order includes the handles and rest of weight. I now have a rack and 140lbs of weights I cannot use

Received set with the wrong set of bolts. When I contacted customer service, they sent me only 4 bolts (there are about 2 dozen in the set). I reached back out to them twice and received no reply.

They forgot a part on my bench, and their response was “here’s a few links so you can source it yourself.” In other words, they messed up and expect me to go buy the part on Amazon SMH. They haven’t replied so I’m just gunna go buy it.

Unfortunately Titan dropped the ball on customer service. Ordered 2 dumbell racks, both showed up damaged. Poorly packaged, no effort to eliminate metal on metal contact, basically every piece was scratched up with some areas down to bare metal. Took a week of back and forth over email (no live help for my issue I was told on more than 1 occasion) after a week and pictures sent of product I was offered a 13.56 refund (not even 5%) I eventually was able to speak to someone in sales that had my issue “escalated” at which time I received a phone call same day. In the end the CS agent was very nice and I was offered a 20% refund. I am still not happy about having a gym full of new equipment and the only products that came in with any damage at all was the Titan racks (again very poorly packaged) so I could not (in good conscience) buy or recommend Titan to anyone.

Recently bought the 300lb lat pull-down machine and hack squat/leg press. Spent over $4000. Items arrive and I finally get around to assembling these huge things. Issues: lay pull down came with cables that were different length thus leaving a huge gap between plates 10 and 20 of roughly 2”! Looks like trash. Submit a contact to fix - takes over 3 days for response only to find I have to remove each cable and remeasure them! Next, hacksquat machine. Wobbling - I left it up only to find one of the bottom plastic pads wasn't installed! I’m still waiting for the issues to be fixed. Why is this an issue with high end models from Titan? It looks really bad! I really regret going with them. Really do. I was trying to save money over rogue and I’m really made that I did.

I’ve purchased thousands of dollars of titan equipment for my home gym. Up until this point, customer service has been adequate, and quality of goods has been solid. I purchased a set of plate loaded dumbells that had been on back order for a very long time. Arrived at my door in damaged packages. Fortunately, only missing one piece (the threaded collar to physically hold the plates on). Without this piece, the dumbells are basically useless as you can only use one at a time. I paid specifically for “no questions asked” insurance on this order, yet after several attempts to get a simple replacement part sent out? No response. Product was plenty adequate for the price, but customer service was not. I’ll never purchase another piece of titan equipment knowing they won’t stand behind something I paid for.

I fell forward and almost hit my head on the floor. Its unsafe. I sent you a video showing the machine is unsafe. Dangerous and needs to be changed from showing as it is. Please help me. I don't like giving reviews like this. But it's a weak design for anyone over 200 lbs.

Poor customer service. Received damaged X3 rack. Did not even offer a replacement item until several email exchanges later. Now still waiting for item to be shipped out a month later. I would have paid for a different brand if I knew I would get this type of support. The slightly lower cost is NOT worth the hassle. Beware!

The grips are too narrow. I can’t stand shoulder width apart and do a deadlift which was the purpose of purchasing the bar. Unfortunate, because I spent a lot of money.

I placed the order while the item was on sale and paid for it the same day. Somehow the sale price disappeared and they charged me full price I called the next morning and ask them to honor the sale price they refused I asked to cancel the order they refused

Missing 3 items and don’t get any updates on any progress being made on a solution. Haven’t received any response from live chat or email. And I only get “an internal team is working on it” when I call. It’s a bit ridiculous to get the run around for such an expensive order and even crazier that the 3 items missing are the 3 to even start using any of the equipment.

I still have NOT receied my barbell that I ordered back on 03/06/24! It failed to arrive with the rest of my shipment even though it was written on the shipping paper work. I've had to contact multiple times both Titan Support and the Shipping Company to figure out what happened. Only for Titan to not give me a reason for not shipping my barbell, but telling me to submit a lost claim. I submit a lost claim only to discover the Olympic Barbell I ordered is now on back order until 04/30/24! It wasn't on back order when I ordered it earlier this month. Disappointed with Titan's Customer Service. This incident wasn't my fault and I expected them to at least expedite my shippment for a product I ordered when it was in stock. I have a strong feeling I'm still going to have to contact Titan Support when the back order date comes and passes and I still don't have my Barbell.
