Would not purchase this product again. It is not “safe”, back end lifts up off the floor, will not hold my weight. I weigh 225lbs, and it says it has a 250lbs weight capacity. Cannot even use it……

After completing almost the entire assembly process, we realized that some of the parts arrived damaged. The most notable being that the seat was torn along with a few rust spots. When I contacted Titan for a replacement seat, then gave me the options of a 10% discount or disassembling and returning the bench for a replacement. This has been an extremely cumbersome process and it doesn’t seem like there is a lot of effort going into resolving the issue. While the bench itself seems stable, I would not want to purchase from this company again.

This review is based on the lack of quick customer service. The lat pulldown bar provided with the machine did not meet the specifications listed on the website. It's 48" inches wide rather than the listed 42". I wish I had enough space where that difference isn't impactful, but I don't. This was the easiest customer service request of all time. I provided a picture of the bar with measuring tape showing it's 48" lenghth, and asked for a replacement that meets the specs. I still haven't heard back. I will not put the machine toghether until this is resolved, and I'm almost at the point where I will simply return the product in its entirety and use legal means for a full refund.

Wasn’t delivered to my house. Luckily the Neighbor whose house it was delivered to which wasn’t close dropped it off for me. I reached out for customer support and got an email to take steps for a “stolen package” but it was stolen, it just wasn’t delivered.

I ordered the wrong item for my son’s birthday and quickly reached out to customer service to update to the correct item. Customer service ignored my request and never reached out to address my inquiry. Going on 2 weeks but constantly get requests for feedback. Here you go…enjoy!

Hello, My name is Matthew Schoonewolff. This is my first time purchasing from Titan. I had purchased a T-3 Rack 24" by 91". One of the uprights shipped to me was sticking out of one of the boxes and the paint on the end was scraped off because of it. I'm upset at the fact that I paid full price for this rack and one of the components comes to me already damaged and worn. The paint and metal was scraped clean off and the part of the upright sticking out suffered damage from being hit by other items during transit. As of the past week since recieving this I've been going back and forth with customer service trying to get a replacement. If they want the damaged upright sent back, I have no problem with that, but I refuse to have to pay for return shipping and label due to an issue that is the fault of TITAN.

Had i purchased this back hyperextension before my X3 rack and Titan bench, I would never have purchased them. The back hyperextension arrived poorly packaged, parts were beat to hell. Powdercoat was so thin the rusty metal was bleeding through. The pad vinyl is permanently indented. It is sold as 11ga steel but most of the parts are 16ga at best. I am seriously disappointed in the quality and most likely will not purchase another Titan product. I had to spend about 5 hours sanding out gouges and rust then repainting.

Extremely Disappointed – Will Never Buy from Titan Fitness Again! I ordered a pull-up and dip rack from Titan Fitness back in December 2023, and while shipping was fast, everything went downhill from there. As a private gym owner, I had high hopes for this equipment, but I’ve been let down at every turn. Right after receiving the equipment, we assembled it and noticed the cable was torn. I emailed Titan Fitness immediately, and they did send a replacement. However, as soon as we installed the new cable, it tore again. We quickly realized that the rolling wheel was the root cause, as it was damaging the cable. We contacted Titan Fitness again, explained the issue, and requested a replacement. They initially promised to send a technician to inspect the equipment, but no one ever showed up. When it became clear no technician was coming, I asked for a replacement, and they told me my request was under review. It’s now been almost a year, and Titan Fitness has completely stopped responding. At this point, I’m stuck with unusable equipment and a complete lack of customer support. I used to regularly purchase equipment from Titan Fitness for my gym, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing – I would not recommend Titan Fitness to anyone.

Cambered bar came twisted and without avail we’ve not had much success in getting replacement bar! Just emails for photos we’ve already sent 12 photos and still no help.

Titan Fitness unfortunately did not address my compliant of recieving an Used/Open Box item when I paid for a New item. I provide pictures of how I received the item showing the security straps were cut and retaped. The picture inside of the box showed items thrown in the box in no particular order and upon lifting the box the parts were rattling around banging into each other scuffing up the frame of the item purchased.

BEWARE OF TITAN FITNESS! I ordered from them before and was considering ordering a leg ext attachment for my rack. I wasnt sure it would fit but I had it in my cart. My shipping information and payment information was saved in my account. A day later I get an email saying my order had shipped! I HAD NOT ORDERED ANYTHING!! I contacted them IMMEDIATELY and they said they would cancel. Nope. It came a few days later. Several calls and open support tickets and they tell me to mail this super heavy box back at MY COSTand they will decide if they are going to refund me the $400 they billed my card. CROOKS!

Titan sent the wrong sized crossmembers to the rack. It has been an absolute horrible experience dealing with their customer service. It’s been well over a week. They admit to making a mistake but still waiting on a response of what they can do to fix the issue. I should have waited for Fringe Sports Osprey.

The hyperextension i ordered came dented, paint chip and covered in Rust. Titan fitness is blaming it on shipping and taking no responsibility on their end. How an item develops rust from shipping and not improper storage in their warehouse is beyond me. But hey if you can pass the blame then why not. A decision that benefits the business at the customers expense. Titans send me a damaged product from the warehouse and I now have to fight it out with a shipping company. Thanks Titan fitness for the wonderful customer service.

I received a rusted bar. Since I did not purchase the shipping insurance, they wouldn’t replace. It was not damaged due to shipping. Titan gave me a rusted used bar

I didn't realize that Titan charges a 20% restocking fee for returns. When the cost of shipping back the heavy bumper plates is considered, the net refund would be about half of what I paid. In this age of the majority buying items sight-unseen on the Internet, their exorbitant restock fee is both deeply disappointing and puzzling. Are they actively trying to steer customers towards workout equipment sites that have real return policies? In the future, I won't order any items from them that have a significant likelihood of having problems.

Customer Service needs serious refinement at Titan Fitness. I ordered the X-3 Rack, X-3 Lever Arms and additional weight plate holders for the rack. What I received was just 4 uprights for the rack and not a signal other component. I reached out to customer service who told me to file a claim with the shipper when they never shipped out the additional parts. I came to the conclusion that they shipped out T-3 lever arms and sent me that instead of the X-3 parts. So now the had bunch of parts in my basement that were all useless. After a whole lot of back and fourth with customer service I was finally told that they’re shipping out the parts that they forgot to ship out and they I need to repackage the other lever arms print out a label (don’t have a printer) and lug that 100 pound box back to fedex for them to return. They offered a 10% code (that can’t be used when anything is on sale) for all this hassle. All this for oops here’s 10%. Unacceptable answer to serious issues in this whole order. Also still waiting on my additional parts to be delivered. What a mess

To be honest, not happy with the hyper extension. I am 5' 9" and the base plate is oddly angled making the whole bench unusable to anyone shorter than myself. The support plate is also very insecure given it only has about a 2 inch heel plate. The slightest slip and I wouldnt be surprised if a client went flying off the front of the bench. Over all poor design and poor functionality. Now I have to figure out if I can return it for a refund or if I need to sell it to an ususpecting buyer.
